I specifically rescheduled their 1st offer indicating I had no other option but to wait.45 minutes drive there45 minutes earlt for my 2pm appointment. That would have been a great time to say, were backed up, would you like to reschedule?)45 minutes past my 2pm appointment, not pulled in.2:45 I asked when it might be pulled in, no straight answer. They said there were a few ahead of me (what???).I asked for my key, set another appointment, and left.45 minute drive homeNote:I very politely asked what I may have not communicated when I set up the 1st appointment.More vague reasons given, that they cant always predict things backed up, only have 1 rack, etc.Rep said they would make notes for a follow up appointment.Why overbook your customers like this?Why should the customer have to ask what going on?Why no courtesy call earlier in the day to maybe reschedule?Why decline my request for an appointment when they open so Im not waiting again? Why set it for noon?2:15 minutes wasted.

I’ve gotten great service here over many years. Always feel like I’m treated fairly, and never once felt pressured into additional services I didn’t need. Always happy to trust them with my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been a customer here since 2007. Today I had a 9 oclock appointment for some extensive service. I have bought my tires here, bought a lifetime alignment service, lifetime tire rotation, and have always been pleased. Today I left my car at 9 and when I drove by at 2 p.m. I saw my car in the same place I had parked it. When I went in to ask if they had completed service they hadnt even started! They said they were just about to bring it in. They said they were very busy and just hadnt had time to get to it I am so mad. They could have called me or cancelled my appointment. I will not be going back there if they dont have the courtesy to let you know when they cant even service your cars within 5 hours from your appointment. Why even make an appointment. I am very disappointed with them. I will go elsewhere from now on. If I could give you zero stars I would, but it wont let me.

It would be a mistake to not choose to work with this team at this location. All of them are intelligent and care about your vehicle just as much as you do.

Fixed my Jeep up. The Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram dealership/shop couldnt even figure out what was wrong with it, but Firestone did! And fixed it for a lot less then what I was expecting. They dont Nickle and dime you like some other places do hmm Chrysler.And the customer service! Amazing! They helped my daughter (she is 2) and I get home so we didnt have to wait there. They are our go to for vehicle needs from here on out after two great experience with them

My Fiancé and I were road tripping from Michigan to Utah and back, when we found a half dozen staples stuck in a tire causing a slow leak. The team at this Firestone location was AMAZING! For $20 and less than a half hour delay, they fixed it and got us back on the road. We didn’t even have an appointment and they went above and beyond for us. 4 months later, their patch is still holding. I cannot speak highly enough of these people!

Bought my tires on line and had them shipped here for installation. They got me in and out quickly. Their were friendly and pleasant to work with. This has been the second time Ive done this and cant complain about either time.

Used to think these guys were great years ago. Bought new tires here in September and the balancing couldn’t have been more off. A dealership balanced them after and corrected all 4 using 1/2-2/3 less weights. To add to this Firestone used the wrong weights (P style) on alloy wheels (causing pitting). Glad to get rid of the shakes; bummer Firestone sent me down the road with them.

Late last night, we had a blowout between Cortez and GJ. Definitely not something we needed on our move to Ohio. But we limped to GJ on our donut spare, and we were really grateful that this location is open on Sundays. We were blessed that they had the tires we needed, were very kind, and even gave us a discount. Firestone definitely has my business from now on.

I am NOT HAPPY with this shop. Went in for an oil change and a tire to repair. They pulled the nail, but never patched it. Tire was flat again by the time I got most of the way to Denver. They charged me $26 to replace two bulbs(!?? Really) and tried to tell me my 6 month old battery was shot and I should Replace it. The only thing they did right was the radiator replacement, that I asked them to look at and the oil change. REPEAT: I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

Very helpful. Came in on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago to have car checked since the maintenance required message appeared every time I turned on in the rental car I had. Was rest assured by one of the mechanics that Ill be able to make it to Denver/airport without having to go through the oil change. Very friendly service overall and highly recommended.

These guys were GREAT. We needed a new set of tires and we needed them fast. We were basically in and out within an hour with a new set of tires and the ability to continue our vacation. We needed a new wheel/rim as well and they did an amazing job of helping us get set up with that as well. I have been buying tires and getting service at Firestone locations all over the country for years and they continue to be the best year after year. Consistently superb service all around. This trip I went in for a scheduled oil change and alignment check. I also wanted advice on rims I had bought from a 13 year newer Tacomas fitment and tire selection based on my current needs. They listened, offered suggestions and helped me to decide. I decided and they had exactly what I wanted in stock, no compromises. Then, they fit me in to get the tires mounted, balanced and all that, LoL, including my oil change. I was out of there in record time even though it was yet another busy Saturday for them. I was grinning all the way home. She looks pretty good for over 324,000 miles I think. And she keeps going great thanks to everyone at Grand Junction Firestone!

Our car was acting up on vacation and these guys were able to work us in to look at it even though they had SO many other cars. I appreciate this shop so much and Mark was the greatest guy!

They had me wait 4 hours just to tell me I had to leave my car there overnight anyways... I was so mad!! On the plus side they gave me a ride to my moms since I lived to far.... I pick my car up in the morning hopefully its prime again they are also a bit pricey

Outstanding service that goes above and beyond! Rick helped us out greatly when our car broke down on a road trip. He helped us get to the airport to get a rental car as my family had to find a hotel. Rick got our car in for repair right away. Worst customer service ever. Walked in they told me they do not do wheel alignment. Was told no Firestone complete auto care would do an alignment on any vehicle. Even tho it says right on the wall that is a service they provide.

Total incompetence.I had new tires shipped here from Tire Rack. They had my wheels and would call me when the job finished.A day later nothing, so I gave them a call. Turns out they are unable or unwilling to mount low profile wheels. (Even though the day before they said they could)I had to run to the store pick up my tires and bring them to Big O Tire. Mounted them no problem and at a much better price!

Firestone is the best!! I had a flat tire and a doctors appointment in 1 1/2 hours. Ed assisted with the purchase of a tire (the old tire was shot) and told me they would try their best to get me out in time. Well Firestone did just that!!! The customer service is unbeatable and the mechanics are awesome!! If you want excellent customer service and quality car care go straight to Firestone!!

I thought these guys did a good job. Ive owned and managed several repair shops and these guys did good. This is just my advise to you though. In my opinion, services that I offer were always presented to the customer. I felt I was doing a disservice to my customers by not at least presenting add on, like road hazard, I asked about it but I was told it was a waste of money. In my shops we presented, educated and let the customer make that decision. If I owned this shop I definitely would make sure my employees presented everything I offered. When times get tough those little add ons can make the difference between laying off employees, or closing a store. Thats my opinion. And at one time I was your top contender for a management position.

I ordered tires from simpletire.com and had them delivered here to be mounted. It was generally inexpensive. I decided to get the lifetime mount and balance and alignment. It was $250 for the service that day, and now I can go back any time while I have these tires and get it done for free. What a good value.

I had a slow leak in a tire and about 10 days ago they checked and filled all tires to correct levels. After the leak presented itself, I brought in the car and the tire was fixed quickly and easily with no charge. I have brought probably a 1/2 dozen different vehicles here over 15 years plus and have never been disappointed.

I want to thank the staff at Firestone Grand Junction! My daughter had a little fight with a curb early this morning and needed her car fixed fast. These guys definitely delivered. They got her right in and made a stressful situation very lighthearted. As a mother of young adults, it is so nice to know there is a place they can go when their day gets turned sideways that they will be taken care of and not taken advantage of.Thank you!

Professional and prompt service at a reasonable price.

We drove from Minnesota to Grand Junction on a work trip. Our check engine light came on in our travels. Firestone was able to get us in with our short stay here. The staff was super nice and helpful. They ran a diagnostic test on our truck and was able to fix our problem. After fixing the problem sparkle plug (which they didn’t charge us for) they gave us a print out of what needed to be completed in long terms. When they contacted us that our truck was ready to go, they were very thorough in explaining what was going on. I don’t normally write reviews, but was really impressed with this great, quick, inexpensive repair shop. Thanks guys for what you do!!!

This rating is honestly just for the mechanic Dennis... The other staff wasnt really friendly, it seemed to be all about the bottom dollar. If I was a local I would go here and use Dennis only. He was efficient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Do not remember her name but this was back in April 2019. Traveling across country with 3 dogs and had a tire issue with car. This lady we dealt with was so nice and and accommodating to my wife and I during a somewhat stressful event. Firestone fixed tire at no charge and we were on our way.Been meaning to write a thank you to her for her excellent service provided.

I trust them to do a good job. I have used them for several tire installs and have always been pleased with the work.

Honest courteous help, took good care of my old beat up Honda. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Over all a very good experience. Oh and the 0% interest for 6 months is a great way to alleviate the stress of the bill at the end.

Called down there the day before our appointment to make sure we were set to go and make sure everything was in stock to get our tires on as well as an alignment they said yes. We then called the morning of just to re confirm they again said yes. My wife then went down there waited for about 30 min for them to tell us 2 of the tires didnt come in. So we re booked the appointment two days later. I called the night before just to make sure they had everything in the system. They said it would be about 2 hours for the alignment and get the tires on. My wife got there they put the tires on but didnt do the alignment. I then called them explained how the situation has not been ideal and the person who picked up the phone said it was MY fault I didnt read my email to make sure the tires were there and that is was not the employees job to check to make sure they were there. He then said it was MY fault that I didnt request an alignment when we did. We asked him why they didnt do the alienment and he just stared at us. I guess the one thing that was MY fault was giving my money to a bad service company

I had to special order some tires. Apparently, a 1996 fully loaded Geo Metro is not as common as a Chevy Camaro or Ford Mustang. Checked prices at a few competitors and they were very high compared to Firestone. I wasnt about to spend $600-$700 on tires for a $400 car. The staff at Firestone understood that and hooked me up with a great deal.

These guys have always taken care of me and my vehicles without question. One of the only shops in town that will ever touch my vehicles. Very clean and gentle with the vehicles too.

Issue with my vehicle was not properly diagnosed. An alternative repair for which I was charged was made.

My girlfriend went in to get our brakes checked out and Firestone was awesome! They checked everything free of charge, gave estimates on what we needed and explained everything they would do and the charges associated in detail. Big props to Austin who was helping out.

The best place in town to go if you hate time and money! Promised 3-4 hours and took them 7 to complete everything. Replacing two brakes took 3 hours. 1 and a half hours per brake. Might as well have watched YouTube and done it myself!First and last time ever going to a Firestone.

I washed up here thanks to AAA and a search of what was open on Sunday. Even though Id been on my way home from a weekend camping and was in the oldest, dirtiest car there, they treated me with respect and honesty. I could not have asked for better service.

Had an unexpected flat this past Saturday night! No appt., and had to be at work by 1:00pm Sunday. I arrived after 11:30 and they had my car ready by 12:15! Very reasonable and no pressure to by another set of tires! I am very pleased and happy with the service!

Went in for an alignment after replacing ball joints, idler arm, and center link myself. Only went in because they were only alignment shop open on Sunday. The guys at the shop were great. They took the time to do the job right and kept me updated even while being short handed and busier than a normal Sunday. I appreciate the job these guys did and the price was less than competitors. Would definitely go back.

We have been taking our vehicles here for the past 11 years for various Automotive needs. We currently receive a friends and neighbor discount because of our patronage. The front end alignments, and other things can be very reasonable to a little on the expensive side for the average person. However, you get what you pay for,& in my opinion they do a great job! In addition, they are very fast and efficient and the manager treats you very well.

I had two flats a month after purchasing tires and they kept my warranty valid. I don’t know if they always do that or if it’s because it was within a certain time but that made me feel easy about buying from them

I called the shop on a Sunday afternoon, in a panic. After an unexpected flat tire (I suppose they are all unexpected, right?), I faced the prospect of driving on a spare tire across the state with two small children.They assured me they would help, fit me into their schedule, and stayed late to make sure that I got back on the road in a safe vehicle. Seemed a little put out by my husbands presence when he showed up to pick up the car. We are somewhat unaccustomed to being asked, What do you want? As opposed to, May I help you?

I started by calling and obtaining an estimate for a pretty straight forward repair. I was asked if I could bring my vehicle in so they could look at it and give me a better idea if that would be the final cost. I scheduled a Friday morning appt, they were busy, but got my car into one of the bays within just few minutes. It is nice you can see the service bays from the clean waiting area, with a TV, magazines, and coffee. After inspecting my vehicle they said they could make the repair at this time. They told me exactly what they had done so they could observe what was needed, and why they did what they did to see the whole picture. I was told it would take about 20 minutes to get the part in, and about a half hour for the repair and the exact price. Everything went just fine, and I was out w/i an hour of arriving. Very pleased and the other customers in the lobby all received the same courteous service.

The people who took care of my battery took the time to be extra friendly polite and courteous. They tested it and made sure that I understood why it needed to be changed. All this and it was under warranty so it was no charge. These guys are very professional and upfront. They didnt hard sell me or try to upsell anything. They did what was needed within 30 minutes and done. I highly recommend them and their services.

They said they have the car done in 2 hours, we came back and they havent even moves the car. Then we had to sit there for another hour for them to do the tires because they put other people in front of us. Then still charge us full price. If your nice they will walk all over you.

My dad purchased a set of tires which came with a free tire rotation. At his first attempt to get the rotation he was informed he needed an appointment. Ok, he made an appointment for another day. He arrived promptly for his appointment and then waited one hour and 13 minutes before they brought his vehicle in to the bay for the requested service. Understandable if places get busy, however, no apology during that entire time for the lengthy wait for a mandatory appointment. Not great customer service for repeat business. Complete Auto Care...perhaps, just make sure you have plenty of time to spend in the waiting room.

Stopped here on a cross country trip due a bad tire. Service was quick and Jeff was very professional. They gave us a good price on four new tires and we were able to get back on the road.

These guys took care of me. I broke down while traveling from Utah. I needed major front end work. I got a referral from a friend who lives in GJ and the tow truck driver agreed it was a good choice. After they looked at the truck and told me everything that was needed, they also gave me a list of recommendations for future service. I called my mechanic back home and told him what they were going to do and asked what he would charge. They were within $100 of each other. The hours make it super convenient to get your vehicle taken care of.

These guys are great I went to 3 different shops to wait and tell me they couldnt help me. Went to these guys and they got it done for me. Stopped by a few times and these guys are always willing to help me. They know their stuff.

I purchased unlimited alignments for the life of my car. Tried this morning to get one of those and they where unable to find my information. So I am now searching for my paper receipts. Wow. Auful. Also I showed up 20 min after opening and they had a single customer. I couldnt get help for a half hour. Never going back to this location.

Ask for Steve the mechanic. Not only did he address my engine issue, but Steve topped off all of the fluids and checked the tire pressure - for free! Friendly staff, clean, spacious waiting room, free WiFi and coffee. Overall, a great Firestone experience. I will go back.

My family and I were traveling from Fort Carson to SLC and realized our tires were balding on the way to Grand Junction. We stopped at this Firestone and the people here were very friendly and got us back on the road very quickly. I definitely recommend this Firestone!

Very disappointed. First visit. Made appointment for 11:00. I was there a couple minutes early. They took my car in at 11:35. That’s about when I am usually expecting to head home. Then at 12:30 (90 minutes in to this thing) they came out with a list of $1200 worth of suggested repairs. No thanks. Thankfully there are dozens of alternatives available. I will be going elsewhere. Worth a try. Failure.

Stopped in as we were passing through town and had just noticed a flat. They had us in and out with the flat fixed at no charge because we bought the tires from Firestone at home. Professional and courteous service behind the counter and in the garage, clean waiting area. Would gladly return if we were driving by again or lived in the area.

We bought all four of our tires from you and were told a tire rotation would be at no cost, per Rick as we called ahead to make an appointment since we live 90 miles away. We explained that the car had directional tires before we came and again when we arrived. After 30 minutes we received a call from Rick telling us we would have to pay $80.00 for rotation because of the directional tires. We repeated again that you told us there was no charge but now the story changed. Very disappointing to not even offer some type of discount for your mistake. We decided not to have the rotation done and left dissatisfied!!

Good honest service. Over all satisfaction. The only thing I see they could improve on is quicker finish time on my car as well as calling me to keep me informed.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this firestone. My most recent experience has to be the best one yet. I came in and Rick was able to price match my brake job, give me every coupon and discount he could, and he made me aware of a serous problem they found when performing the services I had requested. Not only was all of that amazing but my car was done a lot faster and the end price was a few hundred less than I had expected.

I have always been treated well at this place. Ive been a customer for 12 years. They are prompt. They are ethical. They do extra things without charging. The staff are very respectful.

The people here are always nice, helpful, and wont rip you off. They are very timely as well which is nice .

They tried to work me over good! If my mother had been there she would of spent over $1000 on pads, rotters, bearings, and seals. I took my car to an honest mechanic and all I had to replace was my front rotters and pads. They swore that my back breaks werent even working an full of grease. It turned out I had at some point driven over something that wasnt water on my back tires. I will never do business with Firestone, ever.
