Richard also explained the delivery and installation schedule, keeping me informed along the way. We met with Richard at the store. He was very patient with us. We really had no idea exactly what we were looking floor and Richard was extremely helpful. The flooring that he helped us with is beyond what we had hoped for. The color and the design is fantastic.The 2 young men that came to do the installation were professional and friendly. Jeff at Abbey carpet was incredibly helpful! I had no clue that I could save the carpet that was in my facility even where the walls were removed. His handle was genius and saved me a ton of time and money. You can always feel when a person is truly passionate about their trade! Were very happy with our new Air.o carpet!After weeks of back-and-forth trying to get an accurate estimate from a big name brand, we gave up on them and came to Abbey Carpet. The sales manager, Brian, showed us a hypoallergenic and ecofriendly (and still affordable!) option that we really liked. We received an accurate, itemized estimate within a few days of scheduling an appointment, and because our selected carpet was in stock, they were able to get to our house AND have it installed in 3 rooms within the next week! They were also very flexible about last minute changes to the work (asking to delay a day and for them to add on the carpet tear-out that we had originally planned to do ourselves) and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. We are 100% satisfied customers!

Abbey Carpet never disappoints! Our salesman, Richard, was very friendly, courteous and professional. His expert knowledge helped us choose our new carpet and David and his crew did a wonderful job of installing nearly 1,000 square feet in our home, including some very tight spaces. We wanted things done right, and thats why we hired Abbey Carpet. They came through and have the most skilled installers. It took awhile to get the products that we wanted in, but the installation was quick once it got started. The only thing Id suggest is a good vacuum job at the end around the periphery of the rooms to get all the little new carpet shards up around the edges of the room after installation. Otherwise, everyone was highly skilled and professional. We definitely recommend Abbey Carpet.2/13/21 We bought Air.o carpet and after living with it for for 6 months, we find it is crush proof in that furniture does not leave any dents in it, but it is extraordinarily difficult to vacuum for some reason. The vacuum suction sticks to it hard, making the power head difficult to draw across it.

We worked with Abbey Carpet to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms and closets and on stairs. The sales person we worked with, Jeff, was very communicative and wise in guiding our carpet selection knowing we have pets, kids and lots of traffic. The carpet replacement was fast and the team planned to do the sleeping areas first so that we could quickly put our large and important living furniture back in place asap.I have not ever had carpet replaced, but the only thing I would have changed in the experience is that I wish after the install, the team would have cleaned up a little bit. We had carpet strands all through the house, would have been nice if a vacuum/cleanup was included once the new carpet was cut and in place.

Recently moving from the Front Range to GJ, our new home needed flooring. Our realtor suggested Abbey Carpet & Flooring and we could not be happier. For our master bedroom, I picked out a very difficult pattern to lay and the installers were the best-of-the-best. You can not even see where the crawl space door is, being the pattern is not interrupted. The seams are perfect in all of our rooms. Had great support from Trevor at Abbey Carpet. We had outlined a scope of work for Trevor to quote after he left we found additional issues. He came back out to determine what was needed and then worked up a quote for us that SAT afternoon which was better than several others we had received. Joel lead the installation and it was professional, well organized with great feedback to work around issues.We had carpet and tile installed within a week and Id clearly recommend Abbey for your tile and carpet needs..

Abbey was used by me for new carpet and hardwood inside a rental property. They took care of all the cleaning and were done a day faster than they had scheduled for me. They left me the remaining box of wood in case I ever needed it. Highly recommend after comparing their quote to others in town, they were similar but their professionalism made the job perfect. They showed me NWFA specifications and proper hardwood patterns to ensure it was done properly

I worked with Trevor and he was fantastic! We had a water pipe break and flood our home in November, all of our flooring in our entire home had to be replaced. Just a very stressful situation. I had called first and spoke with Trevor on the phone, and he spoke with me for a very long time, and I then went in the next day and met with him. He took his time, he showed me all options in my budget, he never once tried to make me spend more than I was comfortable with! He also showed me all kinds of different options, in my budget! I went with the Luxury Vinyl Tile, and a very nice carpet for the living room and master bedroom. The LVT is beautiful!! I am so glad that we chose it! Awesome job with my new carpet for my new addition at the office. Very professional and true to the quote they gave me!

Liked the product, liked the installers. Communication wasnt great. Measurement appointment was forgotten. Had to call after waiting for an hour. Fortunately came out same day. Waited a week for estimate. Called again. Didnt like having to make chase calls to be kept aware of everything from estimation to finish. Felt forgotten. Sales should be informative and on top of keeping customers aware of progress. Product was very nice. Had to pay for freight of product. Seemed to have a lot of add ons in estimate. Installers were prompt and efficient. Got estimate for dining/kitchen of my home. Had to call again.Would have to call out plumber to disconnect gas stove and reconnect when done, along with water to refrigerater. Pay for freight again, wait 3 to 4 weeks for product. Decided to go with another company that was a flat price and no extras for plumber or freight. Product color was exactly what I had been looking for after checking out 2 other stores.

Too expensive and took a month to get my order in. I was about to cancel when it showed up. The installer had to come out several times to redo his install.
