John took so much time in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for and Mike went above and beyond to do the installation throughly without leaving any mess behind. The floor turned out even more beautiful than we had hoped for.

I would highly recommend Carpetland for your flooring needs! Marifrances was wonderful to work with! I had several flooring companies and contractors provide quotes for replacing flooring in parts of our home with luxury vinyl tile. Overall, Carpetland was our top choice: We knew we could call on them if we had any issues with the install, we knew they would want to do a quality job, and they were competitive with their bid. Mike was the contractor that did the work and he was fantastic. Very professional, kind, and excellent attention to detail. We were very pleased with his work! Marifrances communication throughout the entire process was amazing. She was so great with follow-up and updating me throughout the process (when materials were ordered, expected to come in, when work was scheduled, etc.). I would recommend them to anyone!

Allen was super helpful as he guided us through the carpet options for rentals. We dont live in Junction and communication was easy throughout the whole process. As a special request, Mike installed on Friday afternoon and Saturday as that was my only window while I was in town. Mike was fantastic too! Thanks Allen and Mike!

Brand new carpet in my house. Love it, beautiful, soft carpet. Installers were professional and courteous. Will always look at Carpetland and John for my flooring.

The company seemed very nice to work with. They scheduled the work quickly and had it done very timely. The individuals who completed the work were very nice. However, a month after the flooring in both bathrooms were installed it began to come up. We let them know of the issue and they stated they would have someone come look at it. After a few weeks of not hearing from anyone we called them again. Someone finally came out. They stated they would have someone come out and fix the bathrooms. Another month went by and we have not heard from the company. We called last week and they stated they would call us back in a couple of days. Again, have yet to hear from them. Really disappointed with their customer service and their lack of response. I would not use them again for another home project and will take my money elsewhere.

I needed a good quality carpet for a rental home. Ken was very helpful. His price was better than the Big Box stores I checked. Ken was able to install within two weeks and the install was great. I would recommend them highly.

Came in to look at remnants and when we got to discussing me fixing up my home, the suave gent gave us a perfect size section at a great price, highly recommend.
