I just took a friend there, he had an error on his phone and all they could do is try to sell him a new phone so I just restarted his phone and it worked fine they couldnt even do that not a good experience

Even though I had to wait two weeks for the phone that I wanted, the customer service was great. Shout-out to Luis C. especially, he took my number down and called me when the shipment came in. He also set me up with my new phone and had me out the door within 15 minutes. Talk about exceptional service!

Janet is an absolute wonder! I watched her balance a store full of people while assisting a very needy elderly customer. She never stopped smiling, never made anyone feel anything but a cherished customer and generally made this store look FANTASTIC!

The help here was amazing. My service in the mountains is better than the AT&T service I switched from. Wish they had more locations in Colorado.

I love metro PCs they are willing to give you 48 hrs extra time if you need it to pay.

They have been very good to meSince I moved here and took their Service very happy with local location but the main customer service to call them and actually.get through to an actual customer service representative OMG better take ur lunch and something to drink to calm down ur nerves because by the time u get to speak to one you are going to be irate almost impossible because the automated service recording will hang up on you faster than snap
