We switched to Verizon many years ago for the better reception. Has worked well. Had a first bad experience with a Verizon employee working the Chat Agent role...He took 40+ minutes to answer that seemed to be a 3 minute question on a detail with identifying a SIM card. Turns out a legitimate handling of the question was even faster than anticipated. Went to the store, the corporate store agent refurbished my sense of how Verizon was handling this event. He listened to the explanation of the situation in a professional manner and answered my question with exactly the same information presented and no more, within 20 seconds.*Went in for an additional appointment. Service started at appointment time and ran for 30 min. Spot-on plan. Got an old device traded in, a new line started with number issued, a new device activated and several questions answered. Went great. There store agent was friendly and knowledgeable.

Incredible team here at this location!!! I was w/ Sprint/T-Mobile since 2011 & was unhappy w/ the recent change. Matt truly was so knowledgeable Monday & went above & beyond. (aka. Lawrence)Kayden the manager on duty has been a huge help to w/ handling multiple questions I had before the switch back to Verizon. Tony & Vennie helped me Thursday as well with with ease. This place does not have enough staff to operate efficiently or provide any acceptable customer service. Ridiculous wait times and appointments needed. As much as Verizon charges the masses for equipment and service I would expect better.Also...lifetime warranty on screen protectors is a scam. Around $65 and you have to physically save your receipt and go into a Verizon branch right. Then you have to contact the manufacturer yourself and get them to ship you a replacement. Then you have to go back in and have Verizon put it on. Forking waste of time and a scam. I hate that Verizon is the only decent cellular provider for rural areas.

Would not recommend this location we got on this list ran a few errands came back an hour and a half later Like they told us to and then waited 30 mins in store. another women walks in says she has an appointment at 4 and is helped right away WE WAITED TO hours just for her to jump in line in front of us and it wasn’t even 4 she was helped 20 mins before her appointment even started lmao we won’t be back .

I must say the phone system is daunting, and we actually never got to talk to a person in Grand Junction, even tho I had questions regarding the visit I had just finished. This is very frustrating because you have to start all over to explain the one tiny thing you need. However when I finally got to talk to a lady (in who knows where), she was also kind and took good care of me. I hate automated phone dummies that always catch me up in a vicious circle going nowhere-thus the 4-stars. We are seniors struggling with all the language of computers and clouds. We made our appointment, and arrived to get HELP understanding data, usuage, and find our best options. We were greeted at the door, and directed inside to sit and wait for our helper. I can not say enough nice things about our experience. Kayden took excellent care of us, answered all my questions, and educated me on a few things I didnt even know to ask. He updated our plan and made sure we had all the discounts we were eligible for. Thank goodness for these young people who are patient and kind and help us navigate this new language! Thank you to the store managers for making customer service a priority--it starts at the top!

I’ve seen and heard a lot of negativity about this store and it’s employees and would love to offer my opinion. First, they are a corporate entity, so immediately, lower your expectations of how much help they are allowed to give you. They would love to solve ALL your problems, but corporate America limits their abilities and to forget that is to look and sound foolish. The employees here are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, give them a chance. They show me an incredible amount of respect and I appreciate them all so much. I recommend this store and want to thank the team here.

They didnt properly input the information for my wifes promax 11 and weve spent 6 months fighting to get it replaced. The insurance cant replace it because the information is still wrong no matter how many times she speaks with them. Were out about $1,200 because this company cannot get it together and fix the information on file. Theyve repeatedly dropped calls from my wife and 3 way calls with her and asurion. They say they can see the issue and will fix it, then hang up on her. My wife is extremely angry with this company and will be leaving once were able to get them to complete a simple task.

Past experience 15 years ago was terrible. Switched to another provider Sprint which was a mistake. Just recently went back to Verizon. Every rep I have spoke with in the store or on the phone has been extremely helpful. Went in store tonight last minute to setup 2 new phones. They stayed 45 minutes late just to make sure everything was right. They have my highest recommendations.

Worst experience ever!! Have been to this location on several occasions. It has been a train wreck every time. Not the sales staff, it is the management or ownership or both that are the problem. Based off conversation with manager today. Will never step foot in this store again. Do what you need over the phone or online from home, walking into this store would be a waste of yourtime.Telesales has fixed everything for me at this point. 1st review i have ever left on any webpage. Felt compelled to this time around. In my experience face to face customer service has always been the way to go. Not with this location, I have been with Verizon for 14 years.

Verizon Seemed to have a Great Deal on a new 12max iPhone until they tell you ya have to upgrade to a data/service plan that I didn’t need. They are baiting customers with a big trade in on older phones but sticking it to you with increased prices on services.

This store is a POS! I wait two and a half months to get an appointment and show up to purchase new phone and what do I find but a lame excuse Well were out of theses phones. What...No wonder she took me direct to the $600.00 plus phones.Ive been a Verizon customer in excess of 18 years, instead of asking for my phone # to bring up my account I have to be questioned as to if Im a Verizon customer, show proof of who I am and jump through a few more hoops.Ill be talking to my wife as we have 3 lines we pay for and determine if we should change carriers. My vote is it cant happen soon enough!!!!

This isn’t the very worst experience I’ve ever had with a business, but it’s in the top ten. I went in trying to replace my phone. It’s totally dead and needed something today.I get everything is weird with the whole covid thing and they aren’t letting people in the store. You have to stand outside in the weather and wait your turn and get served. They have no cover or anything. Jimmy John’s next door has one for Pete’s sake! You’d think this store earns enough to be able to afford a pop up shelter.I spoke with one person, they went inside, then another came out and I had to explain my situation all over again. The girl kept trying to convince me that I had the opportunity to “upgrade” my phone and would not back off when I told her I didn’t want to be stuck in a contract. I had to pin her down to admitting it was a contract by insisting I be given the quoted “special” price on Verizon.com. I said I wanted a refurbished phone and her whole body did an eye roll. She did not want to let go of that contract sale. They don’t sell refurbished phones out of the store and I’d have to wait for it with standard shipping, *but* if I signed up for a contracted insurance plan she could apply it to the dead phone and get a refurbished one tomorrow!I contacted an authorized seller at another location and got excellent advice on where to get a refurbished phone and he was absolutely pleasant to work with. The Verizon store is a waste of space as you can get better service for the same price at other locations.

The Verizon on 25 Road & 6&50 in Grand Junction Co . Is the best. They are knowledgeable, helpful, make you feel important even when you ask stupid simple questions . Service is quick although you dont feel rushed when its your turn. There is always plenty of employees. Sometimes you may have to wait during a rush hour period., but this wait is not often. Highly recommend this company and this location.

People were nice. Not happy with the company overall. Had to pay 50 dollars to return a device that wasn’t working. Didn’t get text messages. When I was at the store one came through. They said it worked. When I got back my old phone I had 21 messages and 3 missed calls I didn’t know about. It was worth it to get my messages again. Just sad they didn’t believe me.

Wellllll its like this. Kudos Verizon for not allowing customers in the store without masks. Kudos for an efficient process where you meet your customer at the curb to triage what steps are next. Then why three stars you ask? If a customer takes the time and risk to stop by in person, the online specials and incentives to buy online should be transferrable to in person transactions. We were sent back to our car to buy the new phone, new and additional line to our account we have had for six years, and then to come and pick it up at the store. Only problem was the debit card we used for the online purchase was erroneously declined, so we tried my daughters card, declined, so we tried her boyfriends credit card, declined. So we had no choice but to purchase in person, low and behold the same debit card was approved in person, and we only lost $250 in on line only specials! Yeah....3 stars..maybe thats even too high.

Our family has shopped at this Verizon store for many years. It was always a store where a person felt welcome and the employees were eager to help with your problem. I have been in the store twice in the last two weeks. Both times I felt that the employees were more interested in getting me out of the store as quickly as possible rather than being interested in helping solve the phone problem. I was asked if I could go run some errands and come back because they were running 40 to 50 minutes behind. I told him I would wait and in fact waited about 15 minutes before a sales person was available. Both times the employees were resistant to activating my phone and wanted me to do the activation on my own at home. One employee handed me the box with the phone in it and said “OK there you go”. I had to firmly state what I needed from the sales person. The store appears to have moved away from service and toward production for profit. I was very disappointed.

Watch out for the quotes they give you. They intentionally leave off all the fees and taxes. A normal bill will be 20 percent more than they quote you and your first bill will be twice what a normal bill is. If they could legally take your blood and sell it they would. I am not saying they are human traffickers but if it came out I really wouldnt be surprised.

Staff was extremely helpful. We received our new phone and it had a faulty SIM card. The closest store was two hours away but we stopped by while traveling and they got us in and out in under 10 minutes. Always fun to browse the latest phones and technology in person. Highly recommend.

Each time I go to this store the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have helped us each time weve upgraded our phones they also helped us with phones and options for our teens. Everyone there is great to work with. And if you have to wait you can run over to Starbucks next door and get a coffee. ;)

Jeff and his manager are awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty to offer me the best customer service I have ever had. My father was in the ICU with a dead battery. Jeff immediately jumped to finding a solution to get my father a charger for his phone. They processed the order incorrectly and the store blames corporate and corporate blames the store. We are out $691.19 for a phone that was never delivered and even their system shows that it was never shipped. I have spent 5 1/2 hours on the phone and made 2 trips to the store. Will be looked for a new cell service. AVOID VERIZON!!!!

Originally I had a very good experience with getting my new phone. The lady that put my screen protector on told me to come back in on Monday or Tuesday to have it replaced due to it not sticking correctly and that they would have a new shipment. I came in the following week and the lady that helped me that day was nice at first and then after 3 failed attempts of putting the screen protector on she tells me sorry there isnt anything else I can do, you need to contact the company and use your warranty for a new one. I cant keep depleting our stock. So I left with a screen protector that was cracked and not sticking to the sides of the screen it was worse than the original one. Very unprofessional

Adrian was very unprofessional. While he was assisting my sister with her telephone issues he was repeatedly texting someone named “gray” and sending him photos of something that was most likely from his account whole assisting us. He also was extremely rude while helping us with a very condescending tone. If we hadn’t driven AN HOUR out of the way to get this resolved today, my review would have been worse. overall he did fix her issues but in a very condescending and and unprofessional way of handling it all.

Have had good service in the past, but todays experience left me wanting to go elsewhere. The whole story is long, but they were not thorough and then when I called Verizon to file a complaint, they alerted me that I actually could have been assisted without the items the in-store rep said I had to have and sent me on my way.
