Have purchased technology gear here over many years. They are an Apple dealer and offer nice deals during Apple sales events. Similar to big box hardware stores, you need to do your research and learn to find your way around. Occasionally you get knowledgeable help from an employee that focuses correctly on your scenario and provides right information, most often you need to ignore the lie of hoping for dialed guidance and work the system to reach the right understandings about what is available and how that translates to your picture. Good inventory in computer, phone and TV. Have always done well enough with the clerk on hand that have never needed to talk to the store manager. It works if you work it. Photos attached

Recently picked up 3 new 24 curved monitors. I have been very happy with the monitor. I decided to purchase a new TV for my bedroom found an excellent deal. My only issue was that after looking through the store for 15-20 minutes I finally had to ask for help. My experience normally sales reps greet you when they see you looking at their products. However the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful I feel like I got a great deal

We went in just going to look at big screen Televisions as we are having a home built, but came across a great deal we just couldnt pass up, we also bought a Sound Bar, both were Visio! My iPhone 11 screen stopped working and apple made an appointment with Best Buy to repair it. I showed up and they required me to erase my iPhone so they could run diagnostic tests that couldn’t be completed due to a server shutdown by apple and then told me to come back in 2 days for a $200 repair! I walked to the mall and had it repaired in 15 minutes for $180 and they didn’t need to run tests or diagnose it as it’s common and said Best Buy knows this!Never again will I go to Best Buy for anything phone related.

Well they did have what I needed and it only cost twice as much as Walmart. My favorite part was the upselling other products and the $200 All Devices warranty.... nope. One guy recognized I wasnt with the car sales and he pointed me to what I needed. I really appreciate you not cramming more blah blah blah into the experience.

I had a radio install set for 2 hrs at the Grand Junction CO location. I handed the installer the part I needed hooked up, showed him what I had already installed, and told him what needed to be done. He told me they didnt have time to install it. I told him it only takes about an hour to do at most, and I was called in 6 hours early, so it shouldnt be an issue. Apparently the national call center had booked the wrong service. He starts to tell me how I need to buy an additional 100$ digital loc from them even though there are several YouTube videos showing the exact part I had being installed. Of course I expected this even though they say Best Buy will hook up parts purchased else where. I knew Best Buy was going to sell me more stuff, and I didnt mind paying more even though I already purchased the part I needed. So now Im pushed back another week because of their mixup even though I explained exactly what I needed done, before I even came for this appointment. When I asked to speak with a manager, there customer service couldnt even be called to that direct store, it goes to a national calling center. I returned the part I bought from Best Buy and got a refund but at this point Im done. I really hope the same experience doesnt happen to you.

I had an amazing car stereo installation done by Rich with the Geek Squad. Rich was very knowledgeable, super personable & listened to my individual needs. I had some residual issues from the previous car stereo installation, so Rich consulted with his supervisor Mark for a solution to fix the issue. They certainly went above & beyond to ensure I had the Best installation & quality of work. Ive been shopping at this store for several years, but this was the 1st equipment install, and it was superb!!! I would recommend this store & Geek Squad highly!! Thanks Rich & Mark 👏

I recently bought and had a car stereo installed with best buy and I have not been having a good experience with it. The Bluetooth doesnt work all the time, the aux cord was not connected, the back up camera was not wired into the head. The new stereo faceplate is loose and doesnt seat into the dash because the mic was installed in a lazy fashion. I took my car and got out of there. I recently discovered that my car horn isnt working either and suspect that it was broken during the install.

What kind of business doesnt allow calls to be placed to your local store? You cant call your local store, it redirects to a national call center. After a 10 min wait for someone to answer the phone I get told I need to talk to a different department. The estimated hold time for that department is 19 mins?!? Ridiculously poor customer service. Actually no service since I dont find a need to wait 30 mins on hold for a simple question. Your competitors answer the phone.

They fixed our computer for a great price that included 5 other devices we can get fixed, we were hacked, but best buy fixed it so we didnt have to buy another computer, and in a timely manor keeping us updated on what was going on with it and what our options were. I highly recommend the geek squad they are awesome!

I bought a $1,299 Samsung QLED television from Best Buy in Grand Junction. Using all supplied instructions, I am unable to keep the picture and sound synchronized. I called the store for help and get a recording that the store isn’t taking calls.I hold the line for assistance, explain my problem to someone (who knows nothing), and am put on hold for 16 minutes the first time and six minutes the second time before hanging up.This is very poor service in my opinion.Be forewarned that Best Buy is not currently taking care of their customers.

If I could give them negative stars I would! The absolute worst place to try to shop! My husband and I tried desperately to buy an IPAD but we literally could not get a single employee to help us. Customer service is a thing of the past. Hi I need to share if you have any issues with an order placed online Joseph Valdez the assistant store manager is 100% your guy! I ordered something online and it never came. After 7 weeks of waiting I finally kinda had it with waiting. Upon reaching out and requesting a replacement product THAT DAY, for what i had ordered 7 weeks earlier. I was blown away with the ease Joseph Valdez handled the situation rectified it and scheduled me to pick up product low and behold that day! I could not be anymore grateful to Joseph, and Best Buy, but clearly Joseph had the touch to rectify, solidify and make good in minutes, it was close to amazing!!! Thank you Joseph!!!!!

Best buy has lost sight of their customer service as an important part of running a retail business. The employees are trying to make the best of a bad situation, but you can tell they arent happy and turn over isnt the best. It feels like you have to make an appointment just to walk in the dang door. And then they want to charge you to do what has always been part of their job, helping the customer. I understand that everyone is trying to survive, but they are literally chasing people away from their stores. Might want to rethink things so you can get some customers back!

Lots of employees standing around talking to other employees. I waited ten minutes at the cell phone counter/desk and the employees never asked is I needed anything or even knowledge me. I spent a total of 30 minutes trying to get an employee to help me with a memory card for.my cell phone. I just wanted to know if memory card I picked would work in my phone. Out of the six employees I tried to get help from. A young man helped me and showed me the key lock for my phone he was a real life saver and restored my faith in your store.Your store is great its clean products are on display selves are stocked. Work of customer relations and you could have 5 stars.

We waited for half an hour this evening and even asked the greeter if he could radio someone for help so we could get an Apple Watch. He radioed, which was great! However, not a single employee came over to help us even though multiple were free and staring right at us. We were very unimpressed by their staff on this visit and it left us with quite the sour taste in our mouth. It will be awhile before we go back and will probably only go in if absolutely necessary.

I have never had a worse experience with a purchase/ return within warranty. Best Buy has completely changed its service model to include all phones being answered by an automatic service, incredible wait times with no real hope of a person answering, if your call does get answered, transferring your call to multiple team members.I have bought many purchases from Best Buy the last 10 years and I will never return. I pity the team members that are part of this disorganized “organization” that preys on consumers that are unable to navigate this maze system or just give up due to the amount of time and patience needed to get anything completed. Bye bye has been Best Buy! Learn how to treat consumers in a way that shows respect and value to his/her time.

ALMOST the worst floor salesmen Ive ever encountered. The store seems unorganized and its impossible to find someone to help you. I went in for a part I had the number on and had tried to order online but needed to contact the store, I was able to drive there before anyone answered my call, I was on hold for over 45mins. I would of spent a lot more money there if I could of found help. And no, googling something isnt helping. I can do that myself thanks. The service overall was really pretty good. They have a new check in system where you need to have an appointment to drop off your computer. I was happy that I only needed to wait for 15 minutes pushing my sick computer around in the cart. They said that some people have to return in a couple hours to drop off their computer.

My boyfriend and I drove up from Moab Utah today to purchase a new washer and dryer...we did our homework and knew exactly what we wanted...I suggested Best Buy from past experiences in Nevada California and Arizona and every time I had a great experience...well not this time in Grand Junction Co...we waited over at the appliance department for a bit until someone finally asked if we needed help we replied yes...FINALLY when someone did come over to help she was short with us very impersonal and when they were out of the dryer but had the washer she didn’t even request a replacement or different one to get the sale whatsoever...anyways very disappointed in the customer service we lacked today...now going to another place to purchase what we drove here for...

This store and company are an absolute joke.... We ordered online for store pick up, was told it was in stock. Found out 3 days later that it was not in stock and could not tell us when it would be available for pick up, and was told it was not there problem that they didnt have answers, and maybe you should shop online for Black Friday, well since it was not a Black Friday purchase I asked when I might expect the merchandise in store or get a refund. They advised it was my choice but the where busy and yo come back later. Wow, great customer service and great way to manage the store. What a joke, corporate should probably offer some training and support to this store or shut it down. We will never do business with this place again.

I bought the new Ipad pro 11 inch. At first I was very lost and confused on how to go about buying this product, in fact I was a bit hesitant on going through with the buy. I shop at best buy all the time and I am usually never disappointed. Sometimes I will get standoffish service but this service really stood out to me. One of the sales associates named Peyton was there to help out with buying the Ipad. I have never received such excellent service while at this best buy. Peyton was very knowledgeable, understanding, and overall he was the reason why I went ahead with my purchase. If anyone ever goes to Best Buy, request Peyton, he is fantastic!!
