The owner (I assume hes the owner anyway) is super friendly and helpful. They have awesome prices. With so many types of ink cartridges being so hard to find these guys are a fabulous alternative. Not only will you not have to worry about not having ink for your computer, but youll save a nice little chunk of change by opting to have your cartridges refilled! They also carry new cartridges if a) you wish to go that route or b) your particular cartridge isnt able to be refilled. Just be aware that the storefront isnt open at the moment. Theyve got a drop box out front and will call when your cartridges are ready for pick up.

Had my knives sharpen here and he was friendly and priced right. Will definitely be back if I need them sharpened again.

Fast INFORMATIVE service! The nice man took his time and made sure I knew how to install my newly filled ink cartridge and gave me some tips in case I had any problems. Prices are GREAT compared to buying new cartridges and the best part is, no waste! ♻♻ Will be going back.

They were incredibly helpful, courteous, kind, and very interesting to talk to. I needed to print out a few forms quickly and they let me email them over and printed them in 5 minutes free of charge. This is easily the best print shop I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Dishonest. After selling us on having our cartridges refilled, our printer could barely print anything.The salesman actually thought that our less than 1 year old printer was malfunctioning. After his and our own attempts to get it to print properly by carefully following his advice this man was very reluctant to honor his guarantee and provide us a refund. He actually suggested that we donate our supposedly broken printer to Best Buy. But after speaking with the printer manufacturer and installing NEW BRAND NAMED INK our printer functioned like new again!Id give zero stars if I were able. This so called ink specialist is very dishonest and if my husband werent as assertive as he is, he would not have been given his rightful refund.
