I have been going to this store for 20 years. Im 60 years old and I look 60. Why do they keep carding me. I can see it if I look young but this is unreal. Taking my business someplace else. The employees are not to nice and the store has really gone downhill.

Manager is a mean old grump. New guys always have head phones in. Bad customer service. Fountain drinks are nasty found black stuff in my cup. Management there has no customer service skill. And employees lack at their job cause manager doesnt train right always seems they call managment for all little issues waited 15 mins for a manager to say I could have a refund on a bad soda. Refuse to go back

I come to this store frequently, even going out of my way when other options are available nearby due to the unmatched customer service I receive from it. Hiring Clay has been a big determining factor in this as he consistently displays a pleasant attitude and a good sense of humor while helping customers. Ive seen some customers who come in with unreasonable demands and expectations and not once has that deterred the staff that Ive encountered from engaging politely and courteously. Although some of the equipment, like the counter in the store has been around since I was a kid; the bathrooms are always clean, the store never has an offensive odor and the floors appear to be mopped regularly. Somehow, even the cups/lids/straws are consistently shelved to avoid awkward encounters asking for assistance.Ive seen other locations that cant seem to keep up on those basic tasks and dont have customer service as a primary focus. Avoid them and come here, especially during this crazy time with the new round about being installed just down the street.
