Really love this store, family has accomplished a lot of holiday wonder with help of Grand Junction Hobby Lobby. The Christian spirit and supplies are really nice.Have bought a lot of art supplies, paints, canvas - also ink and drawing paper. Ribbon, all sorts of interesting decor items. The way the sale prices revolve you can get great discounts with an amount of awareness. Candles, silk flowers...Like other reviewers mention, sometimes staff members can be disoriented, this has never bothered me. Like a lot of things in life you might have to fend for yourself and do the best you can

You need crafty things this is the place to find them. Right across from The best chicken place in the valley. If its not 50% off come back in a day or two it will be. Dont forget to bring the wife, if you go to Hobby Lobby and dont bring her its like sacrilegious or something. 😁

I went to Hobby Lobby to do some Christmas shopping with my family. The store has a great selection of craft supplies, and the staff is very helpful and polite. The store is a good place to do some Christmas shopping, because it offers a selection of art supplies, and this is just the thing for someone who is creatively inclined! 🙂

Always stocked with Holiday merchandise and everyday crafts. Sales prices are sporadic and the stock is generally low in store and warehouse. Rainchecks are usually useless when the warehouse is out of stock on most items and they only have two of something in the store. Always plenty of employees at checkout and very short lines. Friendly and inviting staff that are pleasant and seem to enjoy their job.

Found many options to enhance my French/Farmhouse look at home. Hood prices, and weekly discounts on things at store. Check their weekly add.

This was the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I asked multiple associates for help, the first lady wouldn’t even look at me in the face when talking to me. The other woman just ignored me, and would not say excuse me when she ran into someone or walked right in front of them. I work in a retail store and this was the worst experience ever. I would much rather shop at Home Goods where I feel respected by the associates for my business at their store. Never go to this store unless you want to be ignored and treated like the chewed gum on bottom of my shoe.

DO NOT LIKE they charge a percentage of every transaction for a property improvement fee. It has been there several years still waiting for their improvements. Why should we pay what should be part of doing business.

I love that I can find so many things to go along with a theme. Fabric, ribbon, pictures, outlet covers!! If you have a shopping problem I would suggest bringing cash and leaving your debit and credit cards at home because every aisle has something youll love!They always have great deals, I can get vinyl for my cricut 50% off alot of the time and same with everything else! Definitely a big kids candy shop haha.

They do have a beautiful selection of decorations for the home and seasonal holidays. Great sales. But unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for. I will go online to print off prints for my beautiful frames.

Took a item that I had specially made, a felted wool replica of one of my precious Pomeranians, it was made for me all the way over in Russia. I wanted to put it in a shadow box and needed help. I was expertly and patiently helped by Cindy in the frame Dept. She took a shadow box I chose off the shelf and customized it to better fit the chosen Matts and needed magnet to hold the felted wool Replica and took time to help me choose the right mats and size of the border of each one even putting it up on the computer so I could see it as close as possible to its finished look and I could swap the mats and change the border sizing. Cindy spent a couple of hours creating the perfect look from what I chose with her help. Im so happy I went to Hobby Lobby and that Cindy was available that day to help me get my shadow box completed to house this so important replica of my most precious Fizzgigg😢💔💜🐾

Terrible experience in the framing department. They made a mistake with a framing project that cost $160.00 and when made aware of the mistake they would not refund any of my money, nor allow me to speak to the manager or supervisor of the store. Marissa, the co manager lied to me saying she was the manager and supervisor and there was no one I could speak to about the problem but her. Customer service is not present at this location.

I always have plenty of employees to ask questions if I cant particularly find what I am looking for. Usually when I do though, there are plenty of options for me to choose from. plus I always find way more than I went looking for or end up taking an interest in a new hobby, which I love.

Price is good I almost always can find what i need and then some. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite places to go for all my arts and crafts needs and wants. I can come up with a new project and everything I might need for it is found in this store. Its a toy store for me and my boys. I wish I had a place like this as a child.

I love the products at Hobby Lobby and would have rated it higher, but the lack of genuine friendliness and customer service ruins it for me. Add in the fact that every other shopper I see inside the store is just as rude as the employees. I know that isnt Hobby Lobbys fault but it still ruins the experience of shopping here.. I would almost rather order it online for delivery.

Great selection and lots of sales to get you to buy more than you need (-: however was very busy and only two checkout locations and other staff members in the store seemed annoyed when asking for help. Weither it was asking for a couple yards of felt or asking about where to find or if they carried certain items it felt like I had offended them on some personal level and I got a lot of glares that made me feel like I did not belong there or definitely should not be asking questions or for assistance. I consider myself to pleasent in conversation and especially when asking for assistance.... so in the future I hope to not be on a time crunch and be better prepared to shop on Amazon instead and avoid customer service all together (-:
