Not a regular shopper here but had the need for some vitamins today. The young lady that helped me(Fawn was her name), was an absolute rock star! For having only been working there for 3 months, her knowledge was out of this world. Knew where everything I was looking for was located, and had options for one of the items they were out of stock on. Will definitely go back when I need more vitamins. Didnt shop the rest of the store, but have in the past and a good selection of what you would expect at a Natural Grocer.

For the few who look for true wholeness and honest organic this superstore is your diamond in the rough. Truly we will be more regulars here. Why? They carry probably the best loose leaf tea banquet, large organic bsgs of grains at amazing prices, also impressed with selection of truly organic fresh produce. Their staff was helpful and during these times friendly! It was a breath of fresh air to shop here and its recommended. You may also be surprised by even appliances and sprouting containers and a nice spread of nice sprouting seeds. Honey lets talk about honey you can buy it buy the gallons and delishious juices however we did find the juice a tad spendy. Try it you may be like us and just become a new regular.

They had all the things my wife was looking for. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the prices are very high.

Why are they selling products that have warning labels stating the product has Lead in them and other and other chemicals that cause birth defects? Consult your doctor and dont use if pregnant does not sound healthy to me. Why are they selling this?They also sold me a jar of honey that separated, obviously cut because honey doesnt separate.

If you need vitamins, go here. Still just like I remember them all the way back to Vitamin Cottage in Lakewood. They keep getting bigger and bigger without losing the small town atmosphere. Prices are very competitive to online, and the fresh produce is awesome. Stop in get your vitamin C on 😂

Love their selection for my specific dietary needs. However, there is a cashier that isn’t the friendliest. Otherwise, I just enjoy this store, their produce, and sales!

I remember one of the first vitamin cottage in lakewood how it has grown to natural grocers. The people are always friendly and helpful. Good prices strong supporter.

Had what I was looking for this time around. Previous visits to this location Ive had to leave empty handed because they were out-of-stock & had no idea when the items would be in due to manufacture shortages. Staff is generally friendly, though Ive also been ignored by employees in the aisles, too. Mask mandates are not currently being enforced in the GJ location as they are not mandated in the county.

From out of town and it was sweltering hot while walking around the small shopping center this store is located in, needing something to drink my mom and I went into this store. The cashier was very rude to my mom over .58 cents. Our total was literally change and my mom mistaked a nickel for a quarter and the cashier snaps at her the total again. Then she proceeds to count it again twice, just to mistake a dime for a penny. Not so snotty when the shoes on the other foot...

Truly a great experience I’ve had today. The people who are employed here are truly great people and incredibly helpful. I’d like to name Jinno, this man is truly a diamond in the rough and is by far the greatest and most helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with EVER. I came in not knowing any of the vitamins I was looking for but just a few names. He not only took the time to help me find the best vitamin or combination of vitamins but also at the best value. He truly did care and that’s something that’s special. You can tell when you’re in an outlet and the kid who’s working there just wants to go home versus someone who wants to be there and help. It’s truly profound how much one experience with a truly great employee has made my day. Truly from my heart Jinno thank you for a great experience and if the manager is reading this please give this man a promotion. He is truly 5 star material and I know so many businesses across the valley would kill for such a great employee. The easiest thing is finding people, it’s hard finding quality people so please recognize the great employee you’ve hired

They do not have chutney.

Was walked out of the store by a manager who refused to let me ship even though I do not have the ability to wear a mask. Now I understand that we have a mask mandate I also understand I need to do my part. However I should be able to have the same courtesy shown to me for not being able to wear a mask as those who can. If exceptions are made in the mandate itself for people like me then they should honor the exceptions! They do not seem to care about us 1% who can’t wear face coverings. So I will never be back.

Word of the Day RUDE, I just spoke directly to one on the women in the store that worked there and she walked right by me without saying aDa*n word. She was so rude it was incredible. Do NOT shop at this store.I will never darken there door again. W

Walked in like any other store in Mesa county. Dont have to wear a mask, do to medical conditions you cant even ask about Legally! 25 minutes after being in your store, this man that has asked us if we need help. He comes up with masks, saying I must wear a mask. I told him I cannot, he tells me they will not check me out without it. I told him I will leave. But wasting a half an hour of peoples precious days are unnecessary and uncalled for.!!! Your store is not managed well at all!!!And you lost sales. I have alot of family!

Clean, nice....never been b4. Expensive but they have great choices for natural supplements and herbal medicine.

Dont have a problem with the store so much as a certain cashier who has never been friendly, curious or kind. Shes been there a long time. Why do you work where you have to interact with the public, you are obviously very unhappy.

Organic food and fair to low prices. We always get our water refilled here for just 25¢. Its obvious that Natural Grocers cares about its community by offering a service like this!Organic fresh produce, and the best selection of canned foods. Raw fermented veggies too like sourkraut or pickles, kombucha, kvass, and dairy free yogurts (dairy too).This location also carries CBD oils and hemp seed products.Super friendly help!Great sale prices too, we have grown to trust the products we get at Natural Grocers and make this our first stop whenever possible for food.

Our family received some black lava sea salt for Christmas and we really liked the unique flavor and texture that it gave to our food. It is chunky so you actually taste the salt. We mostly use it in salads. We went to Sprouts first and didnt find it there so we ran over to Naural Grocers and happy to find that we didnt need to order it online. Our chicken salad was complete 😁

The worker at the door he was an old man He was very mean and not very nice. just because of him I will never be returning thats how bad he was. And theyre out of stock on a majority of their things.

I love their water machine because you can fill three water jugs at a time. They also have an excellent choice of Kombucha, fresh fruits and veggies, vitamins, and other healthy foods.

This is just another grocery store masquerading as a health food store. Overpriced and their marketing is an unsettling mix of fear mongering with graphic design reminiscent of a failing preschool. They refuse to protect their people during a global pandemic and seem to cut corners as frequently as possible. I feel bad for their staff. Surely a multimillion dollar company can do better...

Only grocery store I shop at! Awesome organic only produce section. Lots of bulk good options. Decent prices for high quality food. And an excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff to boot. I highly recommend to anyone who cares about the quality of their food!!

I so appreciate how Natural Grocers has treated their employees during this time, so respectful of them. I have been treated very kindly by them, as well. So glad Natural Grocers is in our community!

The management and vitamins team are devious, and liars. I was told we would be able to purchase multiple versions of several vitamins, to take to our baby in the natal ICU, and return any our doctors didnt approve, no questions asked. Today i went to exchange them for store credit, amd was denied the ability to return or exchange ANY OF THEM. Over 200$ worth of supplements, when we need that money to eat while we pray the hospital releades our baby to us. We have been loyal shoppers for over 12 years, and i never wish to give this location a single penny again in my life. Ive never felt so deceived at a such a financially precarious place. Truly disappointed in the customer service

Ive just simply loved this store since I discovered it about 7 years ago, and great prices on their locally sourced bulk section.

Knowledge staff seems to appreciate the customers. What a concept.Shelves are always being restocked and the all organic procedure looks great.Prices are high but I guess you get what you pay for.

Love this place! My favorite thing about natural grocers is that they’re the only store I know that refrigerates items that should be refrigerated! Bulk nuts, flours, bulk grains, etc - those are all kept fresh with the refrigeration. Love shopping at the store and they offer good deals on foods that can be more expensive in other stores.

A little small a little dirty and didnt have what I needed the person I asked for help with wasnt too thrilled to be helping me. I am pretty sure he didnt know answers to any of my questions but just said no so he didnt have to deal with me I left without searching on my own because it made me feel wanted

Some of the current employees really need to work on their customer service skills. In the past I have met employees passionate about the products, but lately questions are met with impatience and disinterest. I think one of the cashiers also hates her job, or just hates people?

Absolutely amazing staff. I arrived in a hurry (and in pretty moderate pain) only semi knowing what I was lookin for having never been in a place like this. The staff was so courteous and helpful and suggestive after asking what I was after and my problems . Left with well more than I intended, but far less than I was expecting to pay. Also gained quite a bit of information that I would not have gotten otherwise. Thank you guys. I will be back.

We were looking for a high quality Multi Vitamin and the staff was wondering in explaining the differences. We found one in the clearance and one on the shelf that solved our need. The organic food there was fresh and I loved the selection of Colorado fruits.

A really good feel between an normal grocery and a co-op. You know that youre getting quality products and the employees have always been really knowledgeable about the things they sell.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Wide selection of products. More than I anticipated. Brought home quite a bit. Prices are reasonable. Glad I stopped. Will definitely be back.

Great source for vitamins, organic produce, and good that doesnt have artificial sweeteners, and loads of other junk. Competitive pricing, especially on the vitamins. The reward program, Npower, is getting better with fewer kinks to work out.

I love buying essential oils here the most, love sampling and exploring but hoping this store can someday move to a larger space, like the stores I shop at in other cities, like Salt lake city.
