I bought a hot tub in 2018 from Desert Oasis. In late October of 2020 I noticed one of the outside panels on my tub was severely warping. I notified Desert Oasis, and was told because of Covid-19 replacement warranty parts were slow. So, in being patient, I waited about 1 month before calling back. By now we were in the coldest part of December. I left messages never receiving a call back. In my messages I explained that I was having higher heating bills because it was costing more to keep my tub heated not to mention I dont know how many rodents were able to get inside. Once when I call at the beginning of February I was told they would come out and do a temp fix. It didnt happen. By now it is March I went in personally needless to say not happy. Ask why nothing is happening, got no real answer. I bought some product was given no real allowance for my hassle or additional heating bill thru the winter. then told they come out to do a temp. fix. I wont even type what happened then, but its not fixed and to top it all off, they sent me a bill of nearly $100.00 to put 4 screws in that arent even solving the problem. Ive wrote a letter no response, left another message no response. Im shocked at the awful service I have received from these guys. Doesnt make sense.

Very sharp on follow-up. Bi would have gone with another hot tub but oasis was communicating with and following up on my visit. They got my business

Overall very pleased from start to finish! Lorie was patient with me up front to answer a bunch of questions to help with my spa selection. We ended up with a Sundance Peyton and its excellent.Their support and organization with everything from start to finish down to the maintenance instructions and startup chemicals was top notch. The delivery schedule was delayed by Sundance, but DOSP, kept me informed with open communication. Delivery was on time and went flawless. Ive had a few questions post delivery and Mandy has been on point with quick responses. Overall great service and support.Purchasing experiences like these set the bar of what customer service should be like, especially for any big purchase. I would highly recommend DOSP!

Lorie (the owner) is AWESOME! I typically only go in 2-3 times a year, sometimes shes there, sometimes shes not, but when she is there she always recognizes me. We first bought our hot tub five years ago when Lorie was the salesperson at another local hot tub place, and she was great then. We were sad when Lorie left that business years ago. The owners of that place (Watermark Pools and Spas) stopped honoring the discount that they offered when we made our initial purchase. I was stoked when I saw that Lorie was opening her own hot tub place. Even though we didnt purchase our hot tub from her new store she continues to honor the discount that Watermark was supposed to be providing us (but wasnt). Lorie will always have our business.

Excellent customer service, we go to them for everything! Unfortunately our hot tub has had a lot of issues and they are always more than willing to give us guidance on how to fix it ourselves and have been extremely helpful every time weve needed something. Then when we were unable to figure it out ourselves their technicians are awesome. We would recommend them to everybody!

They had all the parts I needed for an older hot tub and were super friendly! Store is in top notch shape but the customer service(a young lady helped me) was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Bought a Sundance Cameo spa from Ray and the experience could not have been better. Excellent installation help and follow up. Our slab was far from flat and Ray solved this problem quickly, effectively and at a very reasonable expense. Highly recommend!
