Great Place and wonderful people. They went above and beyond. Friendly and great at educating and showing what you need to do. To be honest I had a problem with a Hot Tub and these guys went above and beyond to help me. I ended up with a new hot tub, and yes it did cost more. But they understood my expectations and needs after we talked I ordered an upgraded tub, they understood my background and told me I would be happy with a new tub. I looked at the specs and it sounded great. Well I got it a few weeks ago and I will tell you: Its perfect. I also know if there is a problem, these are people you can talk to. The Tub I got is called the Aurora 3. Perfect for 3 people, but both me and my wife really love it. Its small but powerful, great jets, great lights, takes care of this old body after exercising, or chores. It has one seat that jets hit your legs just right for getting rid of tight muscles. Then another for back relaxing. Then it has a small waterfall, and lights that are also a treat. Great Hot Tub! Great People.

Nichole was wonderful to work with! From the first call I made to see what they had in stock, to working on getting me a hot tub that was within my budget. She even worked with me on the price and threw in a bunch of extras for me at no extra charge! I purchased my hot tub at Family Time Spas and had a great experience. Eric listened attentively to what I was looking for in a spa, and was able to match me perfectly with a tub that had the size, features, and therapeutic modules I was looking for. Went in there and the guy was so rude like we were bothering him with our wanting to buy a hot tub. His phone is more important to him than making money on a sale I guess. I will go elsewhere now and was going to give a great cash tip for them helping us but apparently that Dave guy doesnt think my money is any good for him. Going to Denver right not to buy one

We have owned hot tubs since 1989. We just purchased a new Hot Springs tub from Family Time Spas at the Mesa Mall location. The transaction was smooth and enjoyable. The Hot Springs tub is the best one we have ever owned. The jet placement, number of jets, and power is superior to all previous tubs we have had. I highly recommend Hot Springs, and Family Time Spas.

John was very informative and patient with us. We bought a smaller hot tub that we thought would be perfect but after using it once we knew we needed a larger one. He helped us find the perfect one in the showroom and exchanged it for us without question. He even came out to the house while it was being installed to make sure we were happy. Donnie, the installer was great. Very helpful as well. Highly recommend Family Time Spas!

We are deeply grateful to Family Time Spas for their excellent customer service and attention to detail in their care of our Hot Spring spa! We purchased our top of the line spa from a different company in town, that no longer is in business. Jessica from Family Time Spas stepped up and assumed responsibility for the care of our spa. The high quality service she provides is far above what we previously had received! Jessica services our spa monthly, is extremely attentive, and has worked with the Hot Spring Spa company to replace jets that suffered from neglect by the original Hot Spring distributor. She is very thoughtful in providing suggestions on care. We are very thankful that Family Time Spa assumed responsibility for Hot Spring Spas in the Grand Valley!

The owners are who worked with us, they spent a lot of time finding us the right tub and at a price we could afford... She was so informative and really educated us on our spa. She has relentlessly answered all of my questions and concerns. Delivery was an awesome experience, they knew what they were doing and had great personalities with all my kids around... They went above and beyond in that they delivered our spa on a holiday; New Years EVE so that we could have it for the new year... I would definitely recommend Family Time Spas for customer service, excellent quality spas and accessories and for their conviction to make sure youre taken care of. Arnold and Donnie were awesome when they came out to take care of the spa or to answer questions, they work fast and do good work, and are so nice!

The customer service at family time spas was outstanding! We purchased a Hot Springs Grandee and Couldn’t be happier! The salt water feels amazing and my skin condition has never felt better! I can’t believe how easy it is to maintain my water chemistry. Just have to test the water once a week and that is pretty much it. This place not only sells top notch hot tubs and other supplies but has some of the best customer service Ive ever seen. They have welcomed a group into their store on a weekly bases to just spend time with them and allow them to connect with the community. Watching these guys interact together is truly heart-warming. The purchase and advice within the store was easy, insightful, and extremely friendly. The follow up communication and service is far beyond expectations. Looking for a hot tub. Walked in and immediately was told give me money and well deliver it today. Didnt even bother to find out what I was looking for. Told him I couldnt have it delivered until I closed on my house on Oct. 3. He said, give me money and Ill hold it. That was the only interaction I had with any sales rep there. Will not go back!!!

We were the lucky winners of the KJCT Grand Junction Auction for a Family Time Spas package. The all inclusive package was for a Viking V300 Plug-n-Play spa, steps, cover, assist bar, initial chemical setup and delivery. Working with Eric was a breeze. Weve had the spa a few days and have already fallen in love with it! Love that it plugged into our electrical plug and we didnt have to have a special electric plug setup to get it going. Pretty great spa system and the owner/company have been very helpful thought the whole process!

Would give negative stars if possible. Worst customer service. Want to be ignored and talked down to, this is your place. The guy was presumptuous, and when he finally stopped talking about what to have for dinner with who I assume was his wife, it felt like I was inconveniencing him. Went and bought a tub at oasis spa the same day.
