$2800 later boat still doesn’t work. Come in for one thing then it’s something else when you go to pick it up. Very unprofessional got grease all over my new seats, spend $600 on a part I could have bought for $300 then didn’t put all the parts on it. Then charged me for parts twice since it wasn’t fixed the first time. Had my boat for a total of year and a half. He says everything is running fine till you put it in the water and it doesn’t work. Wouldn’t trust him working on a brick.

I broke my shifting cable at lake Powell. The boat shop not only had one in stock but he fixed it the same day.About 18 months later, I couldnt get it to go in reverse, he said bring it on down.It took him about 15 min. to fix it.I asked him how much.He said first ones free.Im am very satisfied with his work and his honesty.Would recommend to anyone thats interested

Roland is awesome! I am considering buying a used boat and called the shop for some advice and he walked me thru the process. He also mentioned they had some for sale but the price range was a bit high for me, but I sincerely appreciate his helfulness, honesty and being a genuine boatman helping a potential future boater. Of course, when I get to Junction I will come in and support your shop, but his customer service was outstanding. Hard to find these days! THANK YOU ROLAND all your advice is being taken and I am taking the boat out for a test tomorrow at Recap near Blanding!

Roland is forgetful, but if you keep reminding him, he gets the job done. I didnt give 5 stars, because it took 2 months. Yet, in the end, he is honest and friendly. I checked the price of parts online, before he gave me my bill, and spot on, for an outdrive. Labor prices are most reasonable in the valley, and I feel like he threw in a few hours for free. Havent lake tested yet, however. But it starts and goes into gear, which it didnt before, onshore.

Theres always that one in the crowd that has bad things to say. Roland is a good guy, and good at what he does. I wouldnt use anyone else for my work. Numberof one fan.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO ROLAND!. after dropping off my 1987 very well working bayline capri on April 7th 2017 we had to get mad and tell him we were picking up the boat because he did not have it done after 2 1/2 months of having it. Then when we went to pick it up. He suddenly had it in his shop. $1100.00 later we pick up the boat to find the new paint job was scratched our brand new Bimini top had foot prints on it from them taking it off and stepping on it, our newly upholstered seat had a burn mark from parts being laid on it in the sun and now theres burn marks. We leave with the boat not only to get back to our shop and our prop had fallen off in the middle of the road. We go back to find it in the road and realize its not our prop! We call ROLAND he comes to our shop to put it back on and had to go get parts to hold in the prop. After leaving parts and tools in our boat we discover that our original prop is in our boat. They could fingers our so they put anot her one on from another boat. So we then try to start it up but guess what? Our ignition has been change because they lost the original keys so they decide to install a new ignition and charge me for it. My boat went it to get my a new gear cable and oil change. Lol, so we get ready to start our boat because he said it fires right up but didnt have time to when we were there because its Saturday at 1245 and he closes at pm but he assured us it started right up with no leaks! Well guess what? It doesnt freaking start. Now he says its a trashed battery. Nope, battery good got it tested at auto zone. This guy is not professional and if I ran my business like this I would of been sued a long time ago! You make the choice and decided .

Dont go there. Had an older boat. Was one of few will work on it. I dont have the time to write down everything. Lets say i got it back worse and and paid 1200.00 for alot of headaches. Did not even know who i was had to spend 5 minutes to explain. Dont go there. Dont go there. Nice guy but lack of professionalism and know how. He said he backs his work. And stand by it. But its just not good to take it back. It will be worse. I asked him to change oil and the oil pan bolt was not tight lost 2 quarts of oil and it came out of the drain plug on to my garage. Lower seals werent fixed. I asked him if he checked it and he did not. I live 4 hours away. I cant afford time and money on this guy. Find someone else. I wish i could say he was great. I wish my boat got 1200.00 in repairs. Its has the same problems and in more ways its in worse shape. I write this review because its my only way to protect others. People in business like him should be out of business. And if he wants to work on boats he should work under supervision of people with character and understand its hard earned money people are spending. Hindsight i wish i never went. Dont go.
