I have three words that made our moving experience so wonderful:TIM, TYLER and SHAWN! These three men did an excellent job. They were very respectful, professional and timely as they moved our belongings into our new home. Tim was a great supervisor as he lead by example. When a part was missing from our bed, Tim improvised and made it work!

We used Mesa Moving and Storage for our move to Pueblo. We have so many items that are broken or missing. It took them six weeks to get our dishes to us because they forgot to pack them! When my dishes arrived, two bowls, a coffe cup and drinking glass was broken. My garden cart was also left out of the move, that took six weeks to get here.I just had a claims person come by to look at all of the broketitems. That took six weeks to happen. We havent finished unpacking because we have been waiting on someone to see how our things were packed. I paid for professional packers, I got high school boys who couldnt care less about packing things. They threw things in boxes, they loved the 4 tall wardrobe boxes to throw things in. An Afghan my mom crocheted for me was used to wrap an antique medicine cabinet. A quilt my mom made and my grandpas horsehair blanket were thrown in with items from the shed. They are in a zippered plastic bag, but I havent unpacked the 4 tall box to get to them.This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with.I have called Jim, the terminal manager twice. No response.

I used Mesa Moving in late June. Sorry I was so late for this review. The movers were Richard B., Kyle D., and Alyssa H. All three were so professional and work their behinds off. I was so impressed with the care of of my property. All three were very personable, professional and listened to our concerns of fragile items, which nothing was broken or scratched. They even “staged” my furniture how I wanted. I can’t say enough about this team. I was so impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend Mesa Moving and ask for Richard B., Kyle D. And Alyssa H. The Mesa moving crews were punctual, professional, pleasant and very careful with the furniture. The move was from Castle Rock Colorado to Grand Junction Colorado and Mesa loaded on a Thursday and delivered on Saturday.Mark and Steve did the pickup end and Mark and another crew unloaded (I cant recall the names but they did excellent work. I moved into a new place that I had never seen before and they were all very patient while I made decisions on what went where).I dont think that anything was damaged and I would not hesitate to recommend Mesa to anyone. We couldnt be more pleased with the great job Mesa Moving did. Moses and Alyssa packed us on the first day and were amazing. Next day Moses brought his crew back to load, again amazing crew. 2 days later Moses brought another crew to unload and move everything into our new home. Can’t say enough about this company and the two gentlemen who delivered our household. Cody and Steve were fast efficient and very accommodating to all our needs or requests. So different from the two who loaded our belongings into the moving container back in Los Alamos…..They were a 3rd party contractor and had nothing to do with Mesa…thank goodness..! Highly recommend Mesa Moving, customer service goes a long way and seems to be lacking these days. Mesa movers know what customer service is all about!

We are seniors who are downsizing and sent a large dining table with 2 large leaves and 6 chairs, a buffet, and bookshelves that are tall and have 4 glass doors. This was all heavy oak and cherry pieces of Ethan Allen furniture. They were packed and loaded to be moved in a container to our granddaughter in NC. The work was done by Jeffrey Austin and Mark Jones. They were very professional, courteous men. Also Duke did a great job on the appraisal and estimating the cost of shipping.

We moved from Steamboat Springs to Grand Junction. Since we had been in our home for over 20 years there was plenty of stuff that needed to go with us. We also had a few weeks between when we needed to move out and when we were able to move into our new place.Chris, Kyle Josh, Jeffrey and Stephanie were a great team. We felt like they took good care of our possessions, answered questions and were cheerful and professional throughout the process. We had pretty much the same team at both ends of the move even though about three weeks separated the move in from the move out.When we moved in, our goods were inventoried in and the crew was very responsive getting the furniture placed exactly where we wanted it, beds re-assembled etc.Cost of the move also came in right on budget. Excellent job estimating by Duke and our inside co-ordinator Sheridan was right on the spot with all information and planning. This is a first class outfit all around. We will certainly be calling them first if/when the time comes to move again.

The staff at Mesa were all incredible. They followed up during the COVID_19 lockdown to keep me informed when they would be able to pick-up our things in Colorado and deliver to Pennsylvania. Once the move was rescheduled they communicated constantly. I knew exactly when our belongings would be picked up and delivered almost to the minute. Both Sheridan and Duke were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mesa Moving.

Jeff and Steve were efficient, well organized, safe with our belongings and very friendly. Rarely am I surprised by good service these days but these two did surprise me with their professionalism and knowledge of their trade.

The representative who came to the house for an initial quote was professional and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable. The movers arrived timely and loaded the truck quickly without incident. They were efficient and careful with my items. I would definitely recommend them to you.

I had a 2,000 mile move with a 26-ft truck full of household goods, and was on a deadline to return the truck. The crew arrived exactly on time and went right to work. They unloaded the truck in good time and were also helpful in assembling and arranging items. Overall, it was a very good experience. Brooke worked with me when I had to push up the date, but would still allow me to return the truck on time. Brandon, Derek and Josh were all hard workers, friendly and great to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again, or to recommend their services.

Great overall experience. The initial visit for an estimate from Duke and the moving crew were awesome. Everything was moved with care and all of our belongings were in perfect shape. The kitchen which we had the crew pack in full was immaculately done when we unpacked. The only thing lacking was timely contact before moving out and moving in.

I had a couple of pieces of furniture to move from Grand Junction to San Francisco. I asked Mesa Moving and Storage to move the items. They were very courteous and helpful. Although they are used to moving households they were able to accommodate me and also provided me with much needed packing materials.In Grand Junction they arrived on time and picked up the items. Within a week I was informed that the shipment had arrived at their destination with no problems and no damage.My only comment for others shipping a small quantity of items is that they base their shipping on the container. A container is a crate about 5x5x6. So fill it up, youll pay the same rate whether it is full or partially full.An excellent moving company.

We used Mesa Moving to pack our house and load everything. They were very prompt each morning. They worked hard and were so professional. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. Reviews are not on my list of priorities but this move was a big deal for us. So here goes.Brent and Sheridan understand the definition of customer service. They were both updating me every day or so on the move and inquiring if I needed anything or had any questions. I had to call Brent on a Sunday to confirm unloading issues and received a prompt response back with answer. Sheridan got in touch with me early arrival morning and later in day to confirm everything went ok. The team arrived on time to pack furniture and on time to unload in another state. The packing team and unloading team all had masks on when we met them. We appreciated their respect for everyone’s health. Tony was a big help at Redman location directing the stacking of boxes and furniture. Sione and his son were great and surprised that I had friends in Tonga. They do this everyday whereas for us it was a one time move, a little anxiety involved. I would use Mesa Moving/United again in a heartbeat( and will be using them for local move once we find a house). I’m not a pushover when it comes to customer service. I understand it as that is all my business sold. No surprises at the end regarding price quote-what I was quoted was what I paid. This outfit is Best in Show!

Great support was provider to my son and I as we packed up my wood shop to to be moved to his garage. We were provided excellent advice and the materials to get all ready for the movers to load. Brooke was our focal point for understanding our needs and would have materials waiting for us when we showed up at Mesa Moving to collect them.She topped her support when I discovered after the truck was loaded that I had missed identifying one item to be moved. She arranged for me, in no time, to bring the item to Mesa Moving and have it loaded on the truck before it departed. That was tremendous cooperation at the last moment to make the move a success.

I had my dads furniture and Stuffffff moved from Grand Junction Co to East Tennessee, I would defiantly use Mesa Moving and Storage again! They worked with me on delivery date and had enough help to unload and place boxes and furniture in my basement. Good Company Good people to work with!!

We couldnt have asked for better. We were told they would be there between 0800 and 0900 and they were there a little after 8. We had 3 young men who were so very mannerly and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently. They had my house emptied in about 40 minutes and then over to the new house. Again they worked so well and so hard. I asked them to move furniture 3 times in one room and they were so accommodating. everything was done, there was absolutely no damage. I would recommend them to anyone moving, they were fabulous.

I used this company to move and store furniture three times this year. You can imagine that this was no cheap bill. One the very last move, one of the movers (a summer hire, no doubt) who was not following the policy of two movers for anything with glass, broke the glass door out of one of my cabinets. Despite the amount of business I did with this company, instead of just doing the right thing and repairing the damage done by their employee, they issued us a check based on some bogus calculations for $87. Just hire someone else.

What is normally a stress-inducing process was made easy and comfortable. In addition, the staff that manages the details to set everything up was polite and covered every detail. Wonderful group to work with from beginning to end. Professional, courteous, and helpful. Duke performed the estimate - obviously experienced in what he does. Sheridan, our coordinator, was awesome. She helped arrange for services we would need once reaching our destination and checked in to make sure things were going as planned. The loaders in GJ (Johnathon, Gabby, and Cameron) and unloaders in Bozeman (River and Jeff) did a great job. Nothing lost or damaged. Our driver James kept us up to date on his travels. Had some delays with weather and a bad tail light - but these things just happen. All in all - very happy with the services rendered and recommended without reservation.

Best move ever. Spencer, Trini and Andreas packed and handled everything as if each item were their own small child. Spencer and and Trini did the unloading and treated each item and the house as special and no complaining about the large heavy items that needed to go up and down stairs. They are the best.

I made an appointment to have my moms house moved and the lady I talked to confirmed the date over the phone. A week later we were told that the appointment was never put in the computer. Now they cant do it till a week after we need to move. We are just going to have to rent a uhaul.

Above & beyond! Called to get emergency delivery service of a replacement refrigeration unit to one of our schools, we were faced with losing food and affecting service to our students. Mesa Moving was scheduled out for two weeks BUT Sheridan (coordinator) found a way to make it happen later that same day! A BIG thanks to Mesa Movings culture of exceeding expectations!

Very nice moving experience. Friendly and efficient movers. My only complaint was that three of my boxes marked fragile ended up with other boxes stacked on top of them in my garage.
