Awesome! They teamed up to complete my packaging so it could get on the truck right then. I came in about an hour before closing and they were all so nice! Kimberly even added extra nice packaging for one package going to Michigan to ensure it didn’t get wet on its journey. I will use this ups shop from now on!

Had a Amazon return and the printed return label didnt scan right. Agent manually enter info and I was out the door. I have used this location before and always have had great service.

Always very friendly staff and close to home so we are happy to use their services even though we find EVERYTHING expensive from boxes to shipping to greeting cards. Today 2 of the 4 female employees working who are blonds, including one who seemed to be a trainee with a very large face mask, were not respecting the state mandate to wear masks properly: their masks were only covering their mouths, not their noses. We ALL have to take masks VERY seriously until this pandemic passes, otherwise who can feel/be safe ANYWHERE?

Dont bother trying to ship a small package via next day air with this branch. It will take 5 days to get to its destination, since it will end up in a completely different state. And they will still rob you of the 95 bucks for it.EDIT: SENDER BE WARE!!!!!! UPS IS USELESS. Claiming COVID-19. Bloody awesome. Ive been screwed out of work for 6+ months. COVID is nice little crutch to ROB your customers of their hard earned money. YOU WILL NEVER EARN MY TRUST FOR SHIPPING BACK!!! PERIOD.

I am so glad I found this office. A gentleman and a lady served me. I had to make a change after leaving. I U turned and asked for signature on delivery. They made it so with ease. These two people work together with respect. It made my visit so pleasant and I will come back.Accolades to the 2 people working at the Rim Rock store on 6/20/2020. I will be back.

The UPS Store at Rimrock is AMAZING!I go to this location regularly and am always greeted by the friendly staff—who have made it a point to recognize me and have things ready on the counter when time permits. To the owner of this UPS store and prospective customers. Buyer beware.I wouldnt normally post a negative review, but I think my situation warrants it.I was down on my luck and needed my key overnighted to me. A family member went to to this particular UPS store where my family member inquired about shipping a key to be overnighted.My family member was assured that our package would be delivered and paid over $90 to overnight a key.The first picture I included is the owner of this UPS stores response and my heart sunk at the computerized response. I needed that key to provide medication for a family member. I would hate to have any families suffer unwarranted excuses from a store owner who blamed my package not being delivered overnight due to Corona Virus, yes Corona Virus, not wild fires in Southern California. Not an earthquake, but the corona virus.Notice on the proceeding screen shots, that UPS has an overnight guarantee. Youll also notice no where on there do they refer to an overnight guarantee not being fulfilled due to the Corona Virus.The USPS has been working through the Corona Virus and there hasnt been an interruption in service, additionally UPS stores assumingly pride themselves in green energy and fuel efficiency but youll notice how my overnight package was rerouted to just under 10 states violating their commitment of green energy.I have included the closest USPS store for any potential customers convenience and Fed-Ex as well to save them from a computeriz3d r3sponse from the owner.Lastly, UPS website states that a yellow banner is included on their website when tracking a package if a hurricane, or natural disaster (maybe CV19), one was never on my tracking shipment.USPS:241 N 4th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501Fed-Ex:240 W Park Dr, Grand Junction, CO 81505Thank God for a locksmith, our elderly family member was able to get his meds in a timely fashion but not because b of UPS or the UPS overnight service gusrantee.I hope I have earned someones trust in leaving this review. Im sure this isnt always the case, but excuses are excuses at the end of the day.Whats next a change $hortage?

We have used this store as our on the road mailbox for over a year and have been completely satisfied. They have never failed us, staff is extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. They have been 100% in notifying us of package arrival, forwarding the packages and mail and helpful when we had questions. We would definitely use them again.

This is the most friendly UPS store I’ve ever been in. We needed a mailbox for our business and they were so fast and helpful at getting it set up. Another time I needed to mail an odd shaped item and 2 employees helped me get it package properly. There is always 2-3 people working so even if there is a line it moves very fast! Great job to the store managers/owners!!

The UPS Store is where I go when needing copies made. The staff is awesome & made our last print job, 2 per page, so we got double amount & gave us a Veterans discount. The staff is wonderful & it is so easy to email your project to them & pick up same day usually! Highly recommend!

This has to be the best shipping store Ive ever used. They are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Ive used them on several occasions for business and personal shipments and they have never let me down. Even when I came in with a difficult request to track down a previous shipping label with scarce information, their expertise shined and they were able to pull it up pretty quickly considering I didnt even remember when I had sent it out. Ive been in 2 days I a row to drop off packages and have received less than polite or helpful responses to simple questions from the young man at the counter. At least today a lady came up to nicely resolve my simple question. Im really put off by it and wont be coming back.

I rented out a mailbox there and I had a some mail sent and make it there to the office . But, The post office said that they scanned it there at the UPS store that I should have gotten it in my box? but nope! so either an employee or someone just walked in and took it??? or just dont care? and placed it somewhere else. I will never rent out again.

A good alternative to dealing with USPS which goes further and further downhill all the time. The UPS Store receives packages for 5 bucks, and theres plenty of counter help too, they keep things moving.
