Completely incompetent. They entered the address wrong so the package was not delivered, fed ex called me to call them to change the delivery address. this would not have needed to be done if there was a shred of competency in this establishment, go to the ups store, they are incompetent as well but more competent than fed ex.

Had a project to do with the grand daughter. Needed a template blown up to poster size. Joe was great.. figured out what we needed and took care of us!

These guys are amazing, theyre like office print and ship ninjas!!! I have literally went in with a slight idea of what i needed and walked out with not only what i needed but also educated and ready to do it myself in the future.

Even though they didn’t have A4 format paper to print my stuff on, they printed on something else and trimmed it for me and made it look exactly like A4 which was what I needed. The quality is amazing

Rick, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful. I came in with a vision for how I wanted a project of about 300 pages done. After speaking with Rick, he helped me to create a cover page and bind it professionally. I came out paying substantially less than I thought I would. Great to see such good service.

These folks are professional and knowledgeable, and are a great resource for small businesses who need occasional printing services.

Customer service ... AWESOME!Package got to destination when it was scheduled and no damage! I ship my clothes instead of taking suitcase on the plane. This way I know my clothes will get there. Just wish I could ship myself Fed Ex too!

So I called to see how much it would cost to send a 32 tv and a ps3, young lady said ok around $75 with packing over the phone. Went down there and the gm of the store kenney told me $400 and tryed nothing to work it out.. Apparently she missed understood me and its my fault for everything after driving down there.

Fast service and cheaper than the post office. Packages will arrive much faster too.

The staff immediately stopped their argument to help me print what I needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been treated like that over the phone by someone who is supposed to be a customer service rep. I simply called to find out why my package was delivered and told me I had to come pick it up when the other half of the package was delivered. Once I told him that he got crabby said some random things on how ity my fault I work during the day then hung up on me. Awesome. Now what am I supposed to do?

I would take my printing jobs here any day. The customer service is amazing! The employees are always, and I mean always, happy and super helpful.

Ive been a customer here for years but Lori went out of her way to help me print new labels on Saturday. They consistently raise the bar for customer service at this location.

Worst experience ever! My 80 year old mother made quilts for my twin sons who are joining the Army this year and sent them to us using this office. Obviously a one of a kind, special package delivered last Tuesday. Did not arrive so we called and FedEx awful customer service said, sorry, it says confirmed delivery. We explained how there is another address in my neighboorhood that is Circle and we are Court and is there a chance it got delivered there? All they said is that it is possible, but sorry we do not know. Hard to believe. So, since this has happened in the past with packages that meant far less and this neighbor just keeps whatever is sent, I had to take matters into my own hands. My wife left a note on the door respectfully asking if the package arrived (3 days after the confirmed delivery date) and SAW IT SITTING INSIDE THEIR HOUSE THROUGH THE DOOR! I gave the night for a response and went to visit this neighbor the next morning. Horrible confrontation ensued, but I have the package.I immediately call FedEx customer service explaining the situation they caused and the canned, indifferent response was so disheartening. I also want to note that both my mothers clearly written label with Ct. on the label and the shipping label created by the office in Grand Junction with Cir. on the label. Mistakes happen, but I cannot see how they did not say they shipped it to this Circle address when it is in their system. Customer service did not admit this, the office in GJ did not admit fault and zero effort to go to this address and correct mistake. By the way, every time in the past we have recieved anything for that wonderful neighbor, it immediately gets taken the two blocks and dropped off.

WORST customer service IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I called in regards to a package i was supposed to receive 2 days ago, the man that answered my call was EXTREMELY rude and short with me, and told me that i needed to suck it up and wait for my package, which will be 3 days late, i asked what would be done to fix the situation and was answered with rude and disrespectful words, i then asked if he knew what he was doing and his response was to hang up on me. The man failed to state that this office has nothing to do with my package. It took a call to their corporate office to learn this information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Twice this office has sent our packages to the wrong address. Most recently they typed in our address in both the to and from fields and will not take responsibility for their error. We are out $55. We will never use this office again.
