Excellent, new after market right front fender for my 97 Ford F-150, was pre-painted w/primer, boxed and ready for painting/replacement onto my truck. Very friendly, organized and professional business with body parts for sale. Some new, some salvaged, but had already been pulled if salvaged. No pick & pull your own! Good inventory system for quick reference to see if they have a part in stock. Wholesale prices made it that much better, as I love saving money on parts when possible. I was very pleased with the set-up they had. They are located in Grand Prairie, TX for local pickup, but delivery and shipping are available. You probably wont find a more affordable place, as thier name implies!! Thanks Eagle autobody parts wholesale for helping me in my time of need!

If they had a place for zero stars, I would have picked zero. Absolute worst company I have ever done business with. The attitude in and around this place is the absolute problem with new age America. After driving an hour to pick up my part (bumper cover) I was sent home with a bumper cover to something completely different. When I called to start the rufund process, I was questioned, Why did you not check out the part before you left? Thats why I paid you, my friend,thats your job, to give people the correct part the paid for. I did check it out, but I am not a paint and body genius,THATS WHY PEOPLE PAY YOU, FOR YOUR SERVICE, WITH THE HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT THE HECK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, Not to be made fun of and ABUSED VERBALLY when you are incorrect and blame the customer, whom is still chasing the right part. Apparently, getting peoples money and sending them down the road is more important than PROVIDING A CLEAN/SMOOTH SERVICE. This company is not American owned and operated which is blatantly obvious, and IM JUST WARNING YOU........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Phone call ended (WE WILL NEVER SELL YOU PARTS AGAIN AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE BUMPER)Details:Order a 2006-2011 HHR front bumper (CAPA) Certified. When we got it the E-coat had a run in it. I found odd but a quick sand and it will be gone. When my guys started sanding the run out, they notice fish eyes in the e-coat all over the place. when we look closer at the bumper we saw someone try to bury the the fish eyes with more e-coat or primer. I called to get new replacement bumper and explained to guy working returns. He wasnt getting it, then I said sir just send me a replacement bumper and pick up the old one. He refuse to see me new one because it was a low cost bumper. What?? Low cost bumper? I purchased a product from your company and something wrong with it and you now wont return it or exchange it. WOW.. This guys was rude from the moment we started talk over the phone and turn out he is the supervisor. The called ended with the guys saying, WE WILL NEVER SELL YOU PARTS AGAIN AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE BUMPER

We called and confirmed parts were in and drove over an hour to get there. Once on site they told me they closed early. They didnt mention that over the phone or I would have saved the hour drive and the gas. All the staff was still in the parking lot drinking beer. This will be the last time we ever use them for parts. Terrible customer service and drinking where customers can see you!!!

Great experience with eagle auto body. Had to give them five stars due to the excellent customer service, price, and end product. I just picked up a bumper for my 2006 Acura TSX and couldnt be any happier. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of good QUALITY auto body parts.

I paid for my front headlights assembly online and picked up next day in store.I even had a option to choose certified. Still lower than used(junkyard) parts and come with one year warranty.Recommended and Definitely will do it again if I need any thing.

A great small auto-body shop that was able to work with all necessary parties to get me back on the road ASAP. I was always kept in the loop as to my repair progress and could not be happier with the final product. As a small business they work their hardest to satisfy customers in a difficult mountain setting that limits access to parts/convenience.

They suck. My transmission was delivered to them on march the 30 by mistake. They took it and sold it. They have cost me 3 weeks in rental car. I have 2 yr old triples and a 3 yr old. They refuse to return my transmission or compensate me for it. I will be filing small claims and calling police. But in the mean time I have no vehicle and cant afford to keep rental anymore and another transmission will cost 1000. So far in out 2200 because these dishonest thieves kept my transmission and sold it instead of returning it.

By far the rudest customer service ever by the lady at the entrance after all her yelling a gentleman from the back stood up looking at us trying to intimidate us instead of walking over and asking us what the problem was...honestly I think she needs to be fired....she obviously doesnt care about the customers!!!!!!!!!

Very poor treatment of Hispanic people!Today I called to request the price of a part and the manager apparently answered meGiving me a price of 40 dollars for the part.When I got to the place to pick it up, I was attended by one of the cashiers which gave me the priceOf 49dlls I told him that I had already been given the price of 40 by phoneSo he went to check with the manager.Changing his opinion, he told me that the price would now be 49 dollars.And in a VERY RUDE way he told me that if I wanted to buy it it would be at that priceAnd if he didnt like that he didnt buy anything.And I will retire.It makes me feel very bad since there were more people and I felt DESCRIBED.I mentioned to the cashier that this was not the way to treat her clientsSince most of their sales are from us Hispanics!If someone else has been discriminated againstYou can contact state agenciesWithout fear.Businessmen have to learn to deal with their clients.Lets raise our voices
