We walk in to ask about some parts for my car and the person that was at front desk started spraying and ask as to leave cause we were not wearing a mask when he was not wearing one himself and is not that he ask is the way he said it in a rude tone

Horrible customer service, they charged us twice for a part when we sent both parts back with the driver since they did not work. Supposedly they can’t find the parts so now it’s our problem and we’re out of the money since they won’t take responsibility for it. Do not do business with these people, there are much better companies to get your parts from.
Good experience. Called for some headlights and the first time I called someone there told me they didnt have them. 2nd time I accidentally called and the sales person Felipe answered. I asked again for some headlights for my Mercedes Glk and told him “I already called and they said you didnt have them” he said “let me check again for you. And guess what, he found them! Gave me a good deal, and went to the store. When I got there another sales rep told me they didnt have them. Good thing I remembered the names and told them I spoke with Felipe. I went over to him and he said he had them. After waiting a bit they brought them out! Now I can drive my car. Would give 5 but 2 people said they didnt have. Thanks Felipe.
This place is Fantastic! National had a TRUE OEM FITMENT, A/C condenser for my 1986 Shelby GLHS OMNI. This condenser was the last one in stock. It was made by a shuttered company that National bought all close out inventory from. National likes to keep old NOS stock around just to make people smile. Im on cloud #9!! This condenser is UNOBTANIUM, the manager said the condenser was probabily the last one in the States. Now I can keep my Shelby A/C system stock and that means a lot to me. ;);) Check National out if you have an old classic, They just might have it in the warehouse somewhere.

Great prices and really friendly sales staff. Even afterwards I called back thinking I had a problem. They helped look up part numbers knowing it was something they couldnt provide. The guys out side helped out a lot with getting my parts loaded and well protected. The only bad part was the older guy at the counter was really blunt and not friendly at all. I think it was his lunch time though.

This was so upsetting i ordered a simple face bad for a 2010 fordthe quoted me more then i had got prices for that part but i said ok send it when will it be here tomorrow for sure i said ok so im at my shop its noon time i called them and they said i canceled my order lol really never such a thing happened but when i asked go speak with supervisor i waited on hold for 10 min. to hear that the part was not available and thats why it was canceled i said whats so hard to call and tell me this her reply was i have no idea why now gotta pay for rental backed up and there help was to say sorry this place needs professional assistance and guidance tottaly unprofessional and not knowing there system as well
Staff are usually pretty busy on the phones, but they do try their best to get to the walk in customers.
Just ok customer service on placing the order.They were specified by insurance company because of low cost.The part we received was poor quality and did not fit the vehicle.The returns process was slow, and argumentative.I would not recommend.
The only thing I didnt care for here is that you cant get a refund on your parts and I didnt need a $50 part but am stuck with it. The service was excellent though and they were very friendly
This place not even worth a one star they are very bad store to get a auto body parts from, they have the worst customer service I have seen, specially the manager. She has a bad attitudes.They gave me a prices for 3 items and they want to charge me more money when I got there 20 dollar each item and when I talk to the manager, She supposed be nice with me because I upset and make me calm down but she told me GET OUT and told her employee don’t sell me any part. The manager should be in-charge and have a professional customer service scales how to deal with all kind of customers but this one she is not .

When I was searching around for a part for my car and came across National Autobody Parts they were the only one that had my part for a sports car. I even called them a few times on the phone and spoke to the same guy and he was pleasant and very helpful not to mention that they had the best prices. When I went to get my part I met up with the man I spoke with on the phone and again he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my part so I was glad I came across National Autobody Parts and saved myself lots of time and money.

I bought a part at this place and it went out in less than 6 months. they would not give e my money back nor replace the part 162.00 thrown in the trash. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS NOR ALLOW MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO GET BROKEN PARTS HERE. August 31 I got the part January it was not working.
We ordered a left and right hood hinge for our daughters car. My husband went to put them on and realized 1 of the hinges was completely wrong. We talked to customer service, who in turn transferred us to Clyde. His paperwork showed they sent out the correct parts. He had me take a picture of the hinges and email it to him. Almost immediately called me back and said he was shipping the correct part that day. We were very surprised and happy with how quick they were to fix the problem!My husband just put the hinges on and they fit perfectly!
I have been in the collision repair business for 40 years so I know a little bit about parts. While National does not sell the worst quality parts they are very close. The problem I have with them is they wont stand behind their parts. If there is any problem with them, youre screwed. The insurance company designated National as the vendor. I purchased a chrome bumper. The customer would not accept it because the chrome finish was inferior. When I returned it they claimed that it was damaged so they brought it back to me. I asked them to point out the damage and they couldnt. I returned it again and they told the insurance company that I had dented the bumper. If you want cheap quality at a low price I would recommend New World. Their quality sucks too but their prices are even cheaper than National and they will stand behind their products.
Great folks and good prices. The hood I went for was dented so they went and got me another one. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

My uncle and i own a body shop and we buy parts from National all the time. Their sales people are great, especially Reed. They know their stuff and can quickly give you a quote & deliver the part we need for free and in the same day.
Won’t stand behind their product. Bought brand new bumper and it was damaged. Wouldnt swap it because i left the building without inspecting it. Never buying from them again
This place is not even worth one star. Had to return a bumper cover $190.00 because it was wrong and they gave me credit for a $55.00 spoiler. Claimed I only returned the spoiler. They give you no paperwork to back up any returns. If you return parts with these crooks, take pictures of what you return and get the driver to signed something with the invoice number and part number on the original invoice.
They have the absolute best prices hands-down, Customer service is great and fast service!
20171026 - I call this morning and ask to confirm that they have the front bumper in stock. The sales person says yes, we do have one. I ask, Do I need to put a hold on it and he says no.I leave Texarkana and drive three hours to Grand Prairie which is right next to Dallas, stop at National Autobody Part, walk inside and ask for the bumper. He writes up a ticket and I wait for fifteen minutes and finally, the sales person comes out and tells me that they can not find the part.In fact, he says that does not believe that they have the bumper or can get another one.I gave him my name and phone number and told him to call me if he finds it and then leave.Sad excuse for a parts warehouse.
We have been doing business with National for many years and have always been taken care of. Problems are rare, but taken care of immediately if needed! Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, and will continue buying parts from them!

Very rude. Employees have no sense of customer service or respect. We placed an order for a bumper cover, and they sent us the wrong one. We took the bumper back in order to exchange the incorrect one, They did not take the bumper back due to lame excuses like it being a little dusty from attempting to be installed by the body shop. We have bought scuffed up bumpers from this place before. We asked to speak to a manager and the owner came out and didnt even want to assist us or compromise with us. We were humiliated and cussed at by the owner. Now we are left with a useless bumper, and no refund, and no bumper for the vehicle which was in need of it in the first place. Seriously, you would be better off taking your business elsewhere!

I ordered a part paid cash. Following day they told me they were looking. Called a week later they said they ordered the part i waited, the part never got here. I had to order the part else where.

National Autobody parts CAPA certified parts fit good as the OEM at less than half the price. I was very pleased with transaction and will use them again!!
