Very poor customer service. We were told the vehicle would be ready Friday afternoon. When we called to see if the vehicle was ready, we were told it would be Saturday morning. We were told several times they would call to let us know when the vehicle was ready. Saturday came, but no call.... we called them, only to learn it would be Monday before our vehicle would be ready. Monday came ....once again no call from Avalon. Long story short... the vehicle was not ready until Wednesday afternoon. Not once did anyone from Avalon call to say there was a delay. When we picked up the vehicle, it took 45 minutes for them to drive to pick up the vehicle and return it to their shop.... I guess they sub contract their work to someone else. When it came time to pay the bill, they added $150 to the bill due to unknown damages. Dont you think it would be nice for them to call and let you know they were adding $150 to your previously agreed price? I certainly would not recommend this company for any vehicle repairs.
