Great service. Karen in parts knew more about what I needed when I upgraded the gears in my crawler than I did. I proved it because I ordered the wrong parts and she straightened me out. Easy to return the wrong ones. Will go to them first on my next project.

Everything started out good. But i rerecieved the wrong item had to ask for return info twice and am expected to adhere to a return policy that i only recieved along with my order details email after my payment was processed. No refund for shipping either way, almost $35 total. And Im guessing Ill be penalized with. Some sort of restocking fee. When i go to a store and buy the wrong thing i get everything back. And Im the one who made the mistake and boighb the wrong thing. Not the case here. They goofed but i still have to pay. Wont likely do business with them again. 3 stars was a very generous rating.
