Be careful if you get any paint products they all look the same and I got a paint pen in wrong location and ended up with grey paint on my blue car and worst part is they didnt care after I informed them of what happened Ill be going to OReilly auto parts for now on

They provide detailed recommendations for engine check light computer tests which makes finding the right parts much easier. When the crack shaft sensor I bought was defective they made the exchange for another one seamless. Theyve even let me borrow some tools to put on parts at the store. Please return the borrowed told though so others can have this same benefit. The store manager is also very knowledgeable in his trade, which honestly is a rare thing nowadays.

Great for oil changes and tools. They helped me rebuild my 1993 Mustang GT Cobra. They had most of the parts in stock and ordered anything that I needed. Good stuff at a good price. Staff is/was very helpful.... In and out quick....
This AutoZone was awesome they really went above and beyond to help me out when my check engine light went off. They gave me the codes I needed to get it fixed and helped jump my car after it died in their parking lot. Al was really friendly and made the process way less stressful than it could have been.

Lack of customer service. Waited in line while 3 employees stood around. When I finally got to counter, employee looked up part & proceeded to go get it from store floor, I stepped right outside door to get wallet & came back to the employee serving the previous customers in which I had to wait previously.

Transmission wasnt shifting. I couldnt find the dipstick. So he looked it up and had he not I would not have found it. Long walk from Dallas to San Antonio.

Done with this location. Today the assistant manager Ray had a very bad attitude. I went in trying to get a part and he pretty much acted like he just did not want to help me. Honestly felt like he was about to pass it to someone else. I went in for a simple part that they have to order. This location has had issues in the past leaving people on hold for way too long. Ive gone to other locations that they said had the part Im looking for and when that location askes who told you we had it? They say oh yeah that makes sense, that location is bad.

The Worst Autozone Ive Ever Been to. They didnt open the doors until 8:30 am . Apart from that the workers are rude and no help at all. Years ago I tried to get refund at this AutoZone. The manager refused and was rude and disrespectful. I had to drive a few miles to a different AutoZone to get a refund, and I havent been back to any AutoZone since then, and I will never again go to any AutoZone.
Manager yells at customers occasionally. Not too friendly. Part of the reason I go to oriellys even if there is a smaller selection. Isn’t very kind to employees either. I can tell just from my few visits he doesn’t treat them well.
Takes years to check out. Most people need help finding what they need so they get help from the staff and that takes time. Sometimes you just wanna check out but the employees are busy helping people. Its a decent store just keep in mind you might spend a little extra time there.
They will answer the phone and just say please hold...i waited over 15 min and hung up. Thats really unprofessional and bad customer service.

This place is always hit and miss when it comes to finding parts for different vehicles the people seem to be friendly but it seems like they have a high turnover rate. One person might be very knowledgeable about cars and the other my only be aware that cars exist and sometimes theyre in them. Which makes it quite frustrating when trying to find a specific part. Is almost always 4-5 five people in the line all looking for parts and it seems like but pretty slow at it compared to other AutoZones Ive been to.
Customer service will improve if you get the sales counter people cordless phones, this way they will be able to wait for somebody on the line and get another customer going. The manager gave a bad attitude to the cashier when he was asking for a password to get the sales going, 4 people in line waiting patiently. Plus 9 waiting for parts. Or get a system like the one on goverment offices when you pick a number and get chairs to sit while you wait. I sarcasm...

I am giving 5 Stars to Catherine for her apologetic attitude and helpfulness in returning and refunding money due to a mistake that a new employee Jesùs made yesterday during a purchase of an item. It wouldnt have been so bad if his behavior and attitude wasnt terrible. I even had him come out to look at the part I needed. I dont know a lot about cars and parts so I try and depend on others expertise and knowledge of the field they work in. In my opinion Jesùs would get 0 Stars but I dont want that to effect Autozones reviews AS A WHOLE, so Im giving them Catherines Stars to keep customers a coming to their location and not losing business of ONE INDIVIDUALS mistake. This store always have a long line! Then there’s only 2 people helping at the counters. This place is ridiculous! I’ve had to come up here three times for spark plugs because the same girl gave me the wrong ones twice! These people are not competent about car parts. It’s just sad and slow in here. Auto zone need to staff their stores according to business!!

Why does commercial suck? We get wrong parts half the time and when y’all say have it by 1pm we don’t see the part till 2 days later,what’s the point of haveing 5 delivery cars when y’all only have 2 drivers ?people are so worried about getting bonuses they forget about customers satisfaction

Employees and even management has little to no knowledge regarding parts. Most times they have no right answer.....or even an educated guess when asked about an automotive question. They (Employees and management) have no idea how to search their own computer system when it comes to finding customers warranty and/or information, their answer is always it doesnt show anything or nothing comes up. In top of it all Autozone employees they DO NOT KNOW the meaning of Customer Service, whether in person or phone.

Exactly what you expect from an Auto Zone. They have just about everything you need for your car other than the big ticket items. Waiting times can get silly if folks have to dig around in stock for items.
