5 years ago used to be affordable now no more the prices went skyrocket 100 dollar for used cv axles plus removal fee common when in the auto parts 133 tax included

One dollar to get in. Most engine bays are empty. Place was fine. It definitely helps getting around and asking questions if you speak Spanish.

Had good experience here. The staff are good, treat you well, they even gave me a chance to pick up a part almost 10 minutes to close, but the part was very easy to remove. So overall I recommend these guys.

Wouldnt bother going here unless your looking for body panels. They pull all the engines out of the cars, so you cant pull parts off of them.

Cheap but finding what you need takes time because the yard doesnt have a system to locate vehicles.

Set up to pick up an engine. Drove from Galveston to find out that it was sold out from under us. 576 miles round trip wasted fuel and time .

We found the two cars that could have had the parts we where looking for. The frist was one was the wrong year. The second one was right on the money. But was we went fo take the part off we notice that the part was broken the exact same way as the one we where looking to replace. LOL. Was still able to get some other parts we wanted. I would use them again.

Its come on its been awhile since Ive been sitting a salvage yard about 20 years but once getting past the initial unfamiliar feel, The staff has no problem helping you out and are happy to do it. Theyll tell you where to go and also what other makes or models that are compatible to your car. I could have stayed out there all day. Im no longer going to sell my car Im going to get it back to where it used to be-its a no-brainer for me.

A great place for auto parts at a great price. Be sure to take tools as you will need them.

Guys here work very hard to help their customers find everything they need. We have been here three times getting parts for an 1984 square body Chevy. They seem to be the only place around that has what we need. (Without buying the part brand new and spending a small fortune) I know we will be back to get more parts soon.

If I could leave -0 stars I would.My dad went in looking for a transmission for his truck. He explained which part he needed and knew there was a no refund policy. He didn’t mind because he trusted the employees to tell him the correct part he needed. Fast forward to when he’s home. Realizes the part doesn’t fit. We call them back and they say there is nothing they can do and they will call when they have one available. They themselves advertise “over 8 lots” & if you cannot find a part “let them find it for you.” They told my dad it could be a day or years until another vehicle like his had an available transmission to swap out. Considering this was his only vehicle for work we insisted we really needed them to switch out the part. It took them about a month to take care of this. But it doesn’t end there. My dad couldn’t make it in before closing hours so he sent a friend to swap the part out. They still had the audacity to yell and belittle my dad’s friend because my dad would call to check on status of his part. Working in customer service I know first hand this is not how you treat your customers. They claim to have messages my dad asked for the wrong part but he never sent a message inquiry. I sent an email and called myself to try and sort this out before it came to this but seeing they don’t care, I’d like to warn others to refrain from visiting this establishment. For the money they charge, you can go to a better place and get treated better. Since my father isn’t fluent in Spanish they thought no one would make this known. Please go elsewhere and save yourself time and money.

I had a great experience. I believe the manager there, was very kind to me. He gave me a discount and even installed for free the part I purchased. Very respectful to an old lady like me.Ill go back for more Chevy parts, if I am lucky enough to find any driver side fender and other front parts for a 2002 Avalanche.

A little small but and has a lot of older cars but it is organized.

The cars are stacked in a way that facilitate the pulling off your parts. Their prices are decent. The staff is courteous, even gave me a deal. Ive also asked others and they said they preferred it over many of these other yards around that area.

Its a salvage yard... Nothing too special. If its been raining, dont bother coming as youll be knee deep in mud.

I went to this place with my husband and needless to say Im not the type of girl that goes to places like this.. I was very impressed with the service and they had the part that we were looking for! No where online and other junk yards had it and best of all the price was a deal! Also bathrooms were very clean. Will go again if I need to.

Its not like the U pull its that i have been too, its not a neat place and its hard to find the vechicle you are looking for, but i can say, it looks like they are trying to get it together, just slow with it. And the people in the front are nice, but the ones on the lot, are not good with customer service.

Great service great yard had almost every car you can think of it was kind of money so I had my son going by himself to go ahead and get what he needed I wasnt going to stay in the mud but it was busy a lot of people there that means good service it cost a Dollar Tree in the yard which is respectful and then on top of that it was just an overall great experience

Cars all mix up and all of them with nothing ut the barebone.. water everywhere or in the best parts muddyI went there for 2 hours and didnt find a simple part .. shame of this place.. and they not loosing they charge $1 dollar to get in

If you are looking for Ford, this is not a good place to go. I couldnt find good parts for crown vic. However, they have new or rare cars so its fun to look around. (2015 charger camero, Corvette etc)

Carlos, than manager needs to take some detailed and lengthy courses on customer courtesy. he has a serious attitude problem and i will never ever recommend someone to go to U-Pull-It. save yourself some time and go to Pick-n-Pull. do yourself a favor and avoid this place
