Absoulty hate to go hereLong waiting times and service advisers are stretched way to thin
I wasnt going to say anything at first cause im still in disbelief at how they did me two weeks ago, but my new friends and coworkers said to write something. I think from experience that this Ford dealership shouldnt be allowed to be associated at all to Ford and what i once thought Ford stood for. Im new to Texas i came here on a bus and was new to Texas worked hard got a job at a Manufacturing company that built motor for Ford and completed my training in a year, during that time after all that was said about Ford from the headlines, and etc. I became a big fan, i so love working to restore motors for Ford, i came to know so much and became friends with outstanding people from all over the world i wore my Ford motor cap with pride, my uniform and was hoping to one day soon after corona to try to get employee with Ford directly. I was called even at my job now the Ford woman! Tears comes to my eyes know as i type about some of my experience before the word limit stop my typing. I got a engine light yellow and a yellow wrench light and my car cut off on me about two weeks ago could be dead it did it three timesbefore i could drive it to a parking location thanks to God!Before this i had bought a lot for it even up to the day that used old ford care put me down, even though it had 150,000 plus miles i was so proud to have saved an bought that car wanting to support American made. That car had everything i owned since here in it and it became a symbol for this country Mississippi woman that if you work hard and be honest you can have what you want and it gave me the need push to continue trying to make Texas my home i was devastated after i took that old car to this shop and it wasnt attended to for a good while, then after their diagnostics, parts they recommended battery, battery wire, and a fusebox when car had no signs of electrical problems, i kepted telling them i had already had the battery tested, was listen to my radio and was listening to my radio when my car was taken it would start just would stay running. After the calls email asking for an explanation about parts that i felt wasnt needed, days later i was told by telephone and from a in person visit my car was fixed and the advisor asked did i want my airbag recall replaced i agreed and made a call to the parts department to see if they had them my self they said had been ordered, and the advisor told me on that monday that she will let me know when to come get the car boy was i so happy. Until Tuesday at work i check my email and saw that 1,8000 not exact but for them to put another part on the car i was furious at this time sent a text to ask how much for the other parts that i felt wasnt necessary at the time she replied 1,4000 something it blew my mine. I told them not to put that new part on the car which was the throttle body, because after we had gone on for almost a week not once did she mention that price when she knew i wouldnt haved agreed to that amount from the beginning . Turning lunch time i was so hurt i wanted to speak to the General manager surely him hearing of this would mean something then after the other manager putting words in my mouth and flat out lieing i did get to talk to the General Manager that told me if i continued not caring what i had to say that if i kepted on i would be lucky he wouldnt put my car on side of the road i was furious and asked could i just get my car towed and tow him i see why he got bad reviews because they were full of ****. Then when i called to see another day why they wouldnt let my car be told after explaining everything and him claiming that wouldnt be something a manager would say and me telling what had been said he said either way you have to pay. Then when i got to the shop on wednesday after taking off work the advisor was so cold and didnt respond to my last text or phone call after asking the receptionist who was calling because after i paid for a car that wasnt fixed i got my description and a friend looked at it and read she said they lied u wanting the airbag.
SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE BBB website first!!!Took a Brand New car in for a service on a window motor, ended up having a panel damaged by their team of experts. I called to let them know and they said that it would be 2 weeks just to get diagnosed, and they wouldnt offer a loaner vehicle.I decided to ask if i could schedule and just bring the car at a later date since it would be 2 weeks. I received this response, you can bring it in 2 weeks, sure, but youll have to wait the 2 weeks so that it can get diagnosed and how ever long it takes to be repaired.Ridiculous, I then asked if they can just order the part that was needed since it was just a broken panel and of course I had to be on hold for about 1 hour and then be transferred to different Managers. Well finally I got to someone that said they would order the part and call me in so that it can be replaced. Oh, and that it would only take 2-3 days since it was on back order but would be rushed but not expedited.I have now been waiting 5 weeks for that part to come in and be replaced. SO GLAD I DIDNT LEAVE MY CAR THERE!!Horrible service department with lack of knowledge of time and parts
Made an appointment twice and both times I showed up on time and was told they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle for at least 2 hours. I was told today(Saturday) I’d have to drop it off and pick up Monday morning. Appointments don’t matter to this service department. I like to get my vehicle serviced at the same dealership I purchased it at but I think I’ll have to change that if it happens again. I won’t be buying another vehicle from this dealer even though I had no issues with vehicle purchase
