Paid 400.00 to replace valve cover gasket. Returned today with pics showing leaking in my driveway and they said my car isnt leaking. They also replaced spark ugs which they said were no good that I had just replaced in March. I had also replaced valve cover gasket 2 months prior. I was also told i had power steering leak and that they cleaned my engine. My engine has not been cleaned. Run from these rip offs. I am a handicapped senior woman on a fixed income and they preyed upon me. I will be filing a police report in Grand Prairie.

Do not take your car here. We had our car towed here. With multiple problems (he only fixed one) and he charged me over $400 and the car still is not running correctly. I texted him about it and he never responded! Unprofessional!

Come here for anything that I need answers to on my vehicle(s) and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is so relaxed that you feel comfortable with the staff. They dont BS on any of the prices. They are quick and efficient, unlike the commercial car lots who will have you in there for 3-4 hours for a simple oil change. I havent had any complaints since I started coming here. For the duration that I have our cars and Samson is on the corner of Dickey and Carrier, Ill continue to bring me and my husbands cars here.

Really great repair guys not bad on the prices if you need a good cash ride they have some in many different prices. I bought a old truck and they put a brand new engine in it. Runs great. Great guys

You forgot to turn your open sign off. I arrived at 5:30pm on this beautiful Saturday evening expecting a quick service during their normal business hours.I called before I left but no answer or voice mail, it disconnected and I went anyway even though my first time dudes here weren’t too happy to provide the service I needed for their profit #eyeroll Customer Service was poor - I decided I was willing to try again since I’m happy to support local businesses...AND grateful for their posted business hours. They lied.Disappointed again. They’ve already locked up the door and shop, but forgot to turn off the “Open” sign. Dude, I’m fixing my own damn car.

Alex is the best I take both of my cars there for all my automotive repairs. He uses mobile oil so you know he cares about your car.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! They pretend to change your oil and flush your radiator. They could not change a thermostat!!!! They tried to charge me $250.oo to to try and do it again!!!! I am 70 yrs old. I bought another thermostat and changed it myself!!!!!! Oh yeah, I bought the thermostat

Not sure what to think. Twice I was told that the shop is closed, yet hes working on cars and I went during the business hours. And when I asked what time can I bring the vehicle Im told, Oh were not open until next week. He dont have to worry about getting my business. What a waste of time. Smh I wish I could give them half a star.
