I took my car to AUTO CARE CENTRAL to get an estimate of some minor damage under the car. The Manager had the car brought into the shop and lifted up for inspection. After his inspection, I was taken into the shop area and each dent and scratch was explained to me and it’s potential effect on the car. After a complete going over, I was told that it was fine and if I wanted to spend several thousands of dollars, they would be glad to replace everything but in their opinion, the car was safe and sound to drive and if the car was theirs, they would drive it without any worries. I did have them do some needed work on the brakes and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that was interested in having honest, trustworthy mechanics to work on their vehicles

I had a fuel injector replaced. The manager followed up with me just to make sure everything was ok with the new fuel injector. I highly recommend this auto shop. None of the auto shops in my lifetime have done this. This is customer care at a high level. Also, quality work!

DO NOT COME HERE! They do not do a good job here! I took my vehicle 4 times to get it aligned right and it’s still bad. I had brand new tires on the vehicle and after the 2 time taking it to get it fixed, Nadar said the tires were bad. They are brand new Yokohama tires from Discount tire. I went to discount tire and had the tires swapped for another set of tires(I have my receipts to prove the swap of the tires). I then turned around and went to see Nadar as he said he would get it fixed after I had the tires replaced. Now, this is the 3rd time coming here for the same issue. Nadar took the vehicle for the day to get it fixed, after coming to pick up the vehicle, it was still not aligned. I canned Nadar and advise it, he stated it was the tires that were bad. Now after going to discount tire again and having the tires checked out (tires were fine) I went back to the shop for the alignment. After it was “completed” I went for my vehicle and it was still is not aligned, now Nadar will not fix my vehicle for a service I paid for. Take it from me, DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE

I was introduced to Auto Care Central through family, but stayed because of the amazing service. They treat you like family. From the front desk greeting to the actual work being done; everything is excellent. They are timely with the work, offer a comfortable place to sit and wait, and are thorough in explaining what might be going on with your car if there is an issue. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome! I had noisy front end that was getting worse and showed up without an appointment. Even though they were short handed and very busy they diagnosed the problem, called me with my options and got the work done same day. Very happy with the work they did and the service is exceptional. Nader and his team are doing things right, highly recommended!

They did a car diagnostic, replaced my fuel pump and put some gas in my car. The owner took time to explain to me what happened to my car or why it may have occurred. Very nice people. I would definitely recommend them to others!!!!

They put in 5W-30 instead of 5W-20 that was clearly marked on the oil cap and surely came up in the computer. When I approached the Service Manager, he acted like it wasnt a big deal. Oh yes, it is a big deal. Took the vehicle somewhere else to correct their mistake. I cant trust them with any other repair if they cant even do an oil change right.

The work was great. However, I was overcharged. I needed my brakes changed and I told them when I first came in that the pads were in the car. It was right where the mechanics can see it. Not sure if they just ignored it being there or whatever. I didn’t know that they put their own $200 brakes on until after I paid. He said that He didn’t hear me say that in the beginning. Needless to say, I didn’t get a refund or anything for the unnecessary money I spent. He apologized though. Alas, I will not be returning.

I have used Auto Care Central for several years and have found them to be above all honest. They are efficient, answer all my questions and prices are quite reasonable compared to other auto repair services.

I had never had a problem with my car before so when the engine light came on and it started making a ton of noise and smoking I didn’t know where to go first. After getting a second opinion here they were fast in letting me know what was wrong, and had it fixed the next day. It also didn’t break the bank! Definitely will keep them in mind if there’s any problems in the future and highly recommend them.

This dude Nadar is awesome, I mean he explained so thoroughly what was wrong with my engine that I feel like I could teach a class on the subject. Extremely professional and welcoming, and he remembered us a year after our last visit. Also most auto repair shops in Grand Prairie seem a little bit trashy, but that is the opposite for auto repair central, it is a clean and welcoming establishment. Go to auto repair central and you will receive the best service, no question.

My experiences ... WOW. They have been phenomenal. As we all know one of the biggest experiences besides our homes is the car. I feel that Auto Care Central has been a blessing to me and my family. Glad they moved into the neighborhood. I had been taking my cars to the Dealership and other mechanics for years. And just decided to give them a try one day for an oil change. Glad I did. They have been doing my regular maintenance checks, oil changes and any problems that I have along with all past issues that never got resolved from the dealership.I have been experiencing the same problems with my fuel infections for quiet some time at least 2 years on my Buick Encore and for some odd reason the dealership has never pin pointed the problem, just masked the issues. And I’m back the next season with the same issue. Auto Care they diagnose my issues, fix my problems and I’m on my way. If there are any other recommendations they are taken into consideration and taken care of as soon as I can. I may need to do it sooner rather than later. Making sure I don’t damage anything else. That I do know.As a consumer I have the right to decline any services and shop around. I ask questions and get the answers I’m looking for, Thank you Issac and Auto Care. I am highly disappointed in this company due to the minimal values and integrity of Auto Care Central. I brought my car to this location to have a ignition coil replace back in February 2020, I was charged a fair price (89.99). I was then told that I will run into the same problem due to having three other ignition coils that will need to be replaced. This is understandable. I then ran into the same problem in September 2020 and was charge 281.53 this time around for the exact same problem (ignition coil replacement). I truly feel that I have been taken advantage of because of my gender as a women. When I called to ask about the difference in the pricing, I was given a cold response and a lack of compassion for the excessive amount that I was charged. I will no longer return to this company for any maintenance on my car. I truly believed that this company was Christian based and fair. Guess I was wrong

Was recommended to come here to see Isaac for a broken stud that needed replaced. My car also magically had the check engine light come on at the same time so I was thankful for the recommendation! Isaac was very friendly and has a great personality and related to me very well! I asked him to have the techs check out my brakes too, as theyd been making noise lately. I couldnt afford the part that had thrown the check engine light right now, but Isaac ordered it for me for when Ive saved up the money. He said brakes looked good and I didnt need new brakes for quite awhile, and I really appreciated the honesty!

Issac and his team of Master Techs were awesome. I originally diagnosed the car with a dealership but after being told I would have a 2 week wait, I was heated! Rotors brakes and ball bearings I mean how long does this take forreal ?!! I ended up finding Auto Care Central on google. Reliable Punctual and very honest and straight forward about it. I was skeptical at first so I asked for a break down of everything and Issac gave that to me no problem. With a clear understanding I left my wife’s care there. They open at 8am this guy calls me at 1:30 in the afternoon an tells me my wife’s car is ready. I’m blown because I went and rented my wife a care for a week because in my mind I’m thinking they need at least 7 days because of what the dealership told me. Needless to say I was really speechless. Next morning we went and got the car and everything checked out. Prices were reasonable and fair. The work was amazing. Haven’t heard nothing from my wife since she picked it up!! Thanks a bunch!! Y’all don’t know how much that helped me!

Great customer and vehicle service. Very honest shop.My engine began making a rattling noise and was burning through oil quicker than usual. The first shop I took it too didnt diagnose the engine, but rather did some kind of engine flush that cost me $200 just to see IF that would stop the rattling noise. Of course, it didnt. They then told me that the entire engine would have to be replaced and quoted me anywhere from $3,300 to $5,500 depending on if I get a used or new engine. I laughed and took my car to Auto Care Central, like I shouldve did to begin with.Auto Care Central diagnosed my engine, gave me the engine code it was generating, explained that the timing needs to be replace, quoted me $1,600 to replace the timing, but first told to check to see if my car is still under warranty before letting them work on it. Now this is excellent service.

Nice to find an honest mechanic. They got me going in a timely manner.

They did give me a $30 discount at the end (though my bill was in total $115 over what I was told it would be on the phone when we discussed what was being done.), but while I brought it in to fix an issue that was causing my car to not pass inspection, I did not say I wanted them to do the inspection ($25).I could go to Jiffy Lube for the same inspection, same price, and they would ASK me before replacing a light bulb (that costs >$9) ...which Id have replaced myself and saved the $41 in labor that this place charged me. They did not call to run the replacement or extra labor cost by me; really displeased with the sneaking around and lack of communication because theres no way Id pay anyone 40 bucks to do something like that.

I highly recommend Auto Care Central. I usually go with a friend of a friend who owns another shop and if I leave my car there, I will not see it for over a week. I was really just wanting to know what was wrong with A/C, but walked out of there in less than 2 hrs with cold air! Because they quoted me, and told me what wrong, told me the price to fix right away, so I decided to let them fix the problem. I will continue to use them instead, they are efficient, trustworthy, and prices are honest. As a single woman it is hard to find a good mechanic, so I am very grateful for them.

Went in to have my suspension diagnosed. They only charged 25 for that. Told me whats wrong with it and quoted me a price. I dropped my truck off this morning before 8 and it was repaired before 930. Quote was a few bucks cheaper. They even allowed d me to supply my own parts(no warranty on labor or parts if you supply your own which is understandable and expected). I will be using them in the future. Waiting area is clean and comfy. Highly recommended shop.

First, I used Auto Care Central for about 3 years with great service experiences. At that time, Jessie was the manager and took care of all my needs. He explained everything and costs up front, prior to conducting work on my vehicles.A couple months ago my Saturn Sky stopped. My son said it was overheating. We brought it to the shop. Issac, the new manager said he could not get it to overheat. He said, My technician drove it, we had it on the lift and we cant get the car to overheat.On a separate call with the owner, Nadar, he explained that the cooling fan may need to get replaced. He said, but we got it going.Speaking to Issac again, I asked about the car overheating; his remark was it was low on coolant, but they could not find an issue. But, he said the car has other issues I want to make you aware of. He explained that the car basically needed a tune up, Plugs, and other things. Total $800 plus. I asked Issac again about the cooling issue. I told him very clearly I want the issue I brought the car in for fixed first. He assured me the car didnt have a cooling issue. Since my son drives the car back and forth to school, I agreed to the work. Less than a month later the car stops from overheating again. The engine is blown. It got too hot.Their reply: We told you it needed a new fan. My reply, You said you got the fan going.Today the job (checking to see if the engine was able to be salvaged) that was quoted at $89 came to $256.Totally annoyed, and done with this shop, I called to pay for the repairs while I am at work, so a tow company can transport the vehicle. I was told by Issac that I could not pay over the phone to omit fraud and other issues. OKAfter being placed on hold for roughly 5 minutes, I spoke to owner, Nadar, and asked for an exception. After all, ive been doing business there for years, on three different vehicles. The answer again was NO. I explained that I had the tow truck on its way and asked for it to be released and I would come by in the hour to pay for the repairs. He said yes.Tow driver calls me less than 30 minutes after the conversation with Nadar and explains the shop will not release the car because there is a payment due.Spoke with Issac, and he explains to me the repairs needed to be paid. By now I was livid. I just spoke to Nadar. Issac exclaims he didnt know I spoke to Nadar. I had to ask, Dont you guys communicate? What was the reason for my call while I was at work.The professionalism has diminished. The service is not the same. And apparently they have too much business, because when I came in to pay for my repairs I let them both know this transaction would conclude our business going forward. He asked why, but then remarked, Oh well.Everyone needs to know, if not for you the customer, businesses would not be in business. Dont accept being taken for granted. You have a choice in where you do your business.

I use my truck for work sometimes putting 200+miles a day on it. I trust auto care central to keep my truck in great shape, and they certainly do that! they do great, honest work, unlike a brake company, widely known does ! my truck runs as if it was on a cloud, not to mention the great gas mileage. He has had little turnover in mechanical staff which says a lot! What really puts him above most shops is his helpfulness. Several times I have had minor work done as a courtesy - no charge. The owner is one of the nicest people I have met. My mustang had a lot of problems and I choose to diagnose it here. Even though they didnt find what was wrong with it( the owner said 100% its an electrical problem but they had to work on it more to know the exact part). And even though I didnt fix the car there the owner refused to charge me the diagnostic fee. A really nice gesture and I would 100% recommend such an honest mechanic to everyone

This is my go-to mechanic. Took awhile to find an honest shop that does great work and doesnt pull your pants off over the price. After comparing between this shop and a few others in the area, I found the cost to be relatively in line with other places but the workmanship and staff are what really sets them apart. Ive been using them for going on 10 years now (this is the new shop, the old one was next to KFC on Pioneer). Great people and great workmanship.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They over charge you for parts and services. They are not honest, especially Jesse. They said my car would be done in 3-4 hours and I didnt get my car until 3 days later. Had to get my own rental. They made me pay before my car was even done because they were closed by the time I got off of work. Jesse promised he would come up there after hours to cash me out but then went back on his word... again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Rip-off! They charge you for everything and they dont let you know upfront. Prices are on the higher end for comprable services elsewhere. Will make you believe that parts need serviced immediately even though there are only on average wear. Do your research people and please dont get ripped off at Auto Care Central.

And prior to me bringing my car to them my transmission has had no issues wut so ever. And when I call them they where real quick to try and sell me a transmission service...

I called Nader today to find out if they could replace an alternator on a 2005 C230.The Mercedes Dealership was quoting $1600 to replace the battery and alternator. The service rep on the phone told me that the alternator was showing 18 and it should be 24. ( I dont even know what this means )When I told this to Nader he was so kind to take his time and explain to me that the alternator should be at 15.4 or 15.5. He recommended that I take the car to AutoZone or OReilly Auto Parts to have the alternator checked.I will be taking my car to AutoZone in the next few days (when I get it back from the Dealer). If they show that the alternator does need to be changed, I will be taking my car to Nader - NOT the Dealership.

The waiting area is a very impressive private lounge room.I recently had my 2008 Infiniti M35 in for a brake inspection at Sewell Infiniti. I needed my rear brakes replaced; and I didnt think a simple brake job at Sewell should cost $310.00! And for all non-warranty work, I never use the dealers with the inflated costs.So I started shopping around. Just Brakes was/is a joke, rip-off, scam, etc.. Kwik Kar is reliable, but sometimes more expensive than a dealer! Then I remembered this new place (Auto Care Central) that I saw on Pioneer Pkwy; they are a AAA approved service/repair shop. Robert wrote up the estimate for $174.00 for the same parts/service that Sewell quoted.I know that this is the place for all my non-warranty car services.
