Im not at all a tech. savy person (an thats an understatement !) . The young lady that helped me today was able to answer several questions . On the more technical side, she was able to transfer my old Office docs. . She was also able to reset pass words and merge my old Facebook account with my new one . Ive got my contacts back ! The Cricket store in Grand Prairie on 303 and Carrier is outstanding ! Outstanding because of their friendly, knowledgeable associates . They Rock!!

Where do I begin.. I went to this location around a week ago to get a simple LG Stylo 6 for the discounted price of port price. The lady, rep or whatever position she holds was extremely rude, kept on cutting us off when I had questions and would stare at my wife when she asked questions as if they were dumb questions. Owner, is this the kind of employees allowed in your stores? Never in my 57 years on this planet have I expireneced such a bad expirence with a cell phone store. The kicker was when I asked for her name she simply refused and said I dont need to cause if I do Ill get in trouble. I wish to get into contact with corporate as she put this insurance feature on my account without me knowing so I refuse to pay for this 8 fee for something I didnt want to begin with. I will be porting over back to metro whenever I can cause they treat me with respect unlike this store.

Never heard of them or used them in my life but yet someone decides to buy things over 165$ worth with my debit card they somehow stole out of state.

Cricket should work on hiring great people with customer service experience, cause people in there sure lack that experience, just terrible.

I went to 3 different cricket locations before I came to this one and the customer service here Was awesome. Rebecca was very helpful in answering all my questions and was able to guide me in the steps of purchasing a new phone. I walked out with my brand new iPhone and a few accessories thanks to Rebecca. Will never go to another cricket ever again!!!

The people that work at this location are completely unprofessional, rude, and have no idea how to do their jobs.

Network sucks. Its all just an extended network in my area. Means that only good for call and text but for data, you have to be outdoors to get online.

I will give it a minus 10 stars if it was possible. I switched my wireless service recently to Cricket in Lewisville Tx from other service provider. Today (around 1 PM 03/25/2019, for managements identification of those two bad reps) I came to this particular store and asked for a question of my phone of not being able to connect. The two (one female and one male) on the service counter refused to help and said I should us the website tech support even there was no other costumers there. They all have very bad attitudes and talked very uncivilized. This kind of service can hardly seen in any other wireless providers such as AT&T or T-Moble and is one of a kind in my 30+ years of cell phone usage. I believe it was an isolated event in this particular store, just luckily enough of hiring in some bad apples. However, if the owner of Cricket does not take action to correct this, Ill start a campaign to spread the news out and not recommending anyone to continue using Cricket, at least to that particular store.

Management now sucks. So does the reps working here. Charge us twice on accident . And you can never get your money back with cricket. You can only transfer it from account to another. If you paid your phone bill twice in one month. And need that money back. Forget about it !!

I do not recommend it. The first 3 months the internet was good. Lately if I connect to the gps I do not connect to any other function .. and I wanted to buy a phone that on the store panel had an affordable price and when I wanted to buy it I They were blessing 5 kisses more than the price.
