Horrible customer service. I tried to activate my new phone and they activated the wrong line on my plan. The people had the nerve to try and charge me to correct mine and the other line on my plan… just horrible. I paid just to get my phone working again but was later reimbursed by the customer support.The Salinas character was the worst…..
The lady sold me phone didnt help me transfer my data said do it by it self
He tried to change me $200 for one phone which is a free phone just charging me to much money to every cx I dint like the service

This is the worst stores ever they wouldn’t help me with me paying my phone bill they told me that I had to pay it through customer service I went to the other metro store they were gladly to help me with my bill payment this store has the worst customer service bunch of Idiots that don’t know nothing about customers service
