They opened the shop 30 minutes late on a Saturday. By the time they opened, I had cancelled my insurance claim to transfer to another store and was about to drive off. I then had to reschedule again. However, when they did start on my device, they got it done in a couple hours and did a great job with the repair.But please, guys, be punctual and respectful of your customers time.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They said my phone would be fixed on 2½ hours, but was done in 2, and it was perfect! Will go back with any repair in the future!

David M is trash at his job What was suppose to be a 2 hour battery change took a week and a day cause supposedly they messed up my phones they had to order me a new one. I was phoneless for a whole week and I have all my business work on there no update calls or nothing so I showed up every single day until my new phone came in and I paid 0$ even though I got a free phone my experience there was super trash they was not helpful ps a battery change for iPhone 7 is 75$ 🤦🏽‍♂️ I would NOT I repeat NOT recommend the one on 161 in Grand Prairie please take the drive to Arlington you would save so much time

Sent here by upsie, my warranty company. When I arrived after 30 mins in traffic and 10 bucks in tolls, they said their internet has been out for 3 days and they dont know when it will be fixed. I offered them the Hotspot I kept in my truck, and they just came up with a different excuse. They told me my claim needs to be assigned to another company. Pathetic

I would highly recommend Beau Davis for repairs on any electronic’s! He has excellent customer service skills and is able to make speedy and accurate repairs. I would trust him with any of my electronics!

I seriously felt they were holding my phone hostage. i dropped it off with a cracked screen they said it would take 6 hours. I was fine with that. I went to pic it up 30 min before they closed and with out them calling me or emailing me the whole DAY the guy said they cant give me my phone because something was wrong with the charging part of the phone. I said okay how much is that going to cost to fix. The screen was going to be 118 and to fix the other problem 60. I thought it was odd because ive never had a problem charging my phone. So to get that fixed they didnt know when it would be ready. I said okay well can I just have it back with the fixed screen and they said NO because they have to fix the other part as well in order to give it back or else they need to give it back the way I gave it to them. BROKEN So they rather pressure and try to hustle you for extra money instead of pleasing the customer. All i wanted was a fixed screen and that wasnt enough for them :(

Was quoted $119 for iPhone 8 Plus screen on a Monday. Next day brought the phone but the guy said they were really busy and most likely would not get to it that day, to bring it back the next day. The next day my husband takes the phone at 10:00am and the price went up to $149. It went up that much in one day?? The guys says yes, it went up. Went ahead and left the phone for repair and when my husband got home and told me the “new” price, I looked on their website and the quote said $119.99. My husband called the Arlington location to see if they had the same price and he was quoted $114. The Arlington location called the GP location to make sure he quoted my husband the correct phone and the man said yes, that their prices went up. My husband called back to the GP location to tell them to not work on our phone, but they didn’t answer the phone. He went up there right away and they were already done with the phone. Usually it takes at LEAST 2-3 hours but now it’s done in 35 minutes?? It seems like he didn’t want us to pick up our phone and take it to the Arlington location, so he worked on it really really quick. My husband showed him the screenshot of the quote from their own website and he still said no, it went up. So please, unless you want to get ripped off, try the Arlington location first!! We will never go back to this location.

Scheduled an appointment to have a tech come to my home to repair my phone. Appointment time came and went, no contact from the tech or the store. Home office chat is useless as well. Glad I spent my evening preparing my phone and waiting for a tech who decided to no show. Im supposed to hear back from the home office on a resolution but Im not holding my breath. Steer clear...Ive used uBreakiFix in the past, but I dont think I will in the future.

I called them last week to schedule an appointment for today at 11:30. When my gf got there at that time they told her that there were no appointments. On the phone i had confirmed that it was the grand prarie location twice and discussed the details and appointment time. Which was never put into their system. They told me over the phone it would be done by that evening; however, told my gf that there was a possibility that it could take til the next day. She needs that phone for work the next day so this is a big inconvenience and lack of care from the company. I went there after work around 5:30 and they said it wouldnt be done until tomorrow. I would recommend finding another company to go through or try another location. Seeing how unprofessional theyve been so far, were nervous to see how the back glass fix on her XR will turn out.

I am beyond irritated with this location. I took my XR to get the cracked back glass replaced. That’s it, just a cracked back glass. Every other part of the phone has been in a case and was in really good condition. Even the back camera avoided any cracks when I dropped it while in a case. Dropped it over a year ago and my phone has worked perfectly fine since then. Finally decided to get it fixed. First, my bf called up a week ago to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Confirmed the location and appointment time before getting off the phone. I go in there Thursday morning and they claim to have no appointments but still fit me in. However on the phone they said by the end of the day. Thursday morning I was told it might take longer and wouldn’t be done til today. We went to pick my phone up today after work around 6:40 hoping it was done bc we never received a call about it like they said. It was..somewhat. He informed me that he damaged my battery while taking off the back so he put another battery in (yet never called to inform me about it). He says it’s OEM but I’m not confident about that. Especially since he said I’d be getting a notification about my phone not being able to verify a genuine Apple battery and that it wouldn’t go away until 3 weeks later. He told me he had to take the front glass off to replace it. Now we have noticed a few white dots on my screen which I’m assuming was damaged while taking it off. Which in the first place should’ve never been messed with if he didn’t damage my battery. When we were about to leave I noticed my screen not flushed at the bottom near the charging port. He forgot to put the tiny screws in at the bottom. My bf also told him about the newly cracked back camera cover and he said he didn’t notice that. The edges around the glass back have been in good condition in a case and now has scratches and chips from him prying on it to get the back glass off. The edges around the back glass look awful and just makes the repair look sloppy. Honestly at this point I’d rather have just left my back glass cracked. The repair is worse and there is now additional damage we have to address with the company. We will not return to this location. The people there clearly do not have the experience needed to fix iPhones. ***I am now having to add another issue to this review. I have now discovered that when I’m on the phone with someone, they can’t hear me if it’s on speaker phone, only when the phone is up to my ear. I don’t even know how the guy could’ve broke this. He must’ve really been trying to damage my phone more, or he is really inexperienced and careless. I hope this case can be resolved the right way. This is not okay and Charles needs to be let go if he is doing more damage to customers devices instead of fixing them. This was the most basic and easiest repair that this company probably gets and it has been a disaster.

I came to this store just after winter storm in Texas in Feb 21 driving 15 miles for an repair estimate and I was told their printer is not working only to be disappointed and go without being served. Prior to coming I had also left voice mail of my planned visit with no call backs. Never doing any business with these guys and won’t recommend to anyone else either.

Make sure to check your phone functions before leaving. Make a call using your phone to ensure you can hear the other person. Brought my fathers phone in got the front camera repaired as it was failing, samsung covered it under warranty. Brought the phone home to my Dad next day his 1st phone call was to me he couldnt hear me. I took it back to this store and told them his earpiece was not working. The fella behind the counter went to the back and checked to see if they had the part. He came back and told me that the part had to be ordered and would take 3-5 days to arrive. I asked if theyd call me to let me know when the part arrived, he said yes. 3 days later I proactively called. Spoke with a different fella checking on the ordered part. He searched to see if the part had arrived and then came back to inform me that it had to be a full screen replacement as the earpiece is with the screen. They had 3 in stock, they also had 3 in stocks 3 days prior when I was in store the tech was just unaware of the phone parts.

I brought my Google Pixel in for a simple battery replacement, but I had no idea how bad things were about to get! The phone was working perfectly fine when I brought it in. During the process of replacing the battery, the tech working on my phone cracked the screen. The phone was white, but since they didn’t have any screens with white trim in stock, he took the liberty to replace it with a screen with black trim. No one took the time to tell me what happened. I guess they just expected me not to notice. When I called to check, they told me that the phone was ready for pickup. By the way, throughout this whole process, no one called me to update me on the status of my phone. I had to call every single time. When I arrived to pick up the phone, I noticed that the face was black. After I questioned it, the tech admitted that he broke the screen. He said he didn’t think it was a big deal, so he replaced it with a different color screen. What?! Of course it’s a big deal! I want my phone in the same condition or better than when I brought it in. They ordered a white faced screen for the phone. Additionally, the phone would not read the SIM card, so I couldn’t make calls on it. These issues were caused by the tech who broke my phone during a simple battery replacement. In an attempt to correct this issue, they replaced the motherboard on the phone. It worked for a little over a week, then reverted back to the same issue with the SIM card not reading. Since the phone was damaged beyond repair, due to their mistakes, they replaced the phone. However, they replaced it with a REFURBISHED phone. Now, I have no guarantees that the phone will work for an extended length of time. All I have is a 90 day warranty with ubreakifix. If anything else happens, I’m out of luck. Your phone is not safe with this place. STAY AWAY.

My Daughter brought in her Iphone for a screen replacement. They were able to finish the repair in 45 minutes! We got there very late in the day so I wasnt sure they would be able to fix it in time. As we were leaving the next morning for a trip, I needed it done right then . Sam was very professional, knowledgeable, and I was very Impressed with how fast he was able to get it done.

Came in and thought my battery was bad on my phone and they did a diagnostic and showed me the phone charged well and had a good battery in it. No shady sales tactics or trying to talk me into repairs turned out my charger was just bad! David helped me he was a good dude with a lot of knowledge!

HP directed me to drop my laptop here to be sent in for warranty repair. Warranty was good until January 2nd. 1 month later I called to check on my computer. They said oh we never sent it because we needed to make sure you knew there was potential to lose all your data. Ummm? I dropped it off and signed the papers, but ok yes please send it to HP as agreed. That was December 17th.Now almost another 2 months has gone by. I called and went up there to see what’s up. They’re telling me that by the time they tried to send it to HP, The warranty was expired. When did they try to send it? January 12th. 26 days after we last spoke. Why the delay? No one in the store had an answer...Very convenient for HP! And for them. Now that the warranty is out they can charge for the repair. This is a SCAM. Do not bring your devices here.I’m so totally upset at the lack of ethics and professional behavior. Their only response was that they tried to call me when they found out the warrant expired. How would that have affected anything? You held onto my computer for nearly 2 months just so the warranty would expire. Notifying me of that doesn’t = customer service.

Ubreakifix location in Grand Prarie fixed my phone screen and it was like new when I picked it up! I dropped it off around 1:30pm and it was ready for pick up around 5:30pm. The rule is within 2 hours unless theres a wait behind other customers. The rep that helped me was Jordan. He was professional and informative. Only thing I can say that I wasnt a fan off is them trying to make more sales by offering a monthly payment service. If you say no then theyll ask why you dont want it. They were nice the whole time even with the question, Im just uncomfortable with that sales tactic.

I brought my iphone 7 in for a repair. When I brought it in I was ready to pay 50 - 80 dollars to fix the charge port. Whenever I told Sam this he immediately looked at it and said it looked a little dirty on the inside. He cleaned it out and returned my phone working perfectly. I was in and out in a few minutes and they didnt even charge me anything. Very Honest service!

David and Josh were patient as i was dropping my phone off to be fixed as well as trying to activate my sons phone. They let borrow a cord that ended up not working and let me borrow a charger for just a couple of minutes. They were knowledgeable, had great customer service and were very responsive.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not bring any devices for repair here!!!Last Monday I called the store to get a quote on replacing my cracked LCD screen for my 2013-14 MacBook Pro Retina 13” and I got a price in the $400s. I called other stores and got prices way higher so I ended up deciding to bring it here. When I went to drop it off, I asked for a price again because it seemed like the guy in person was different from the one I spoke with on the phone so I just wanted to make sure. He could not provide a price because he said it would depend on who knows what, but he assured me it wouldn’t be very high because I was persistent on knowing before leaving my laptop there.The next day I got a call saying it would cost me $439 and I made sure it was including the labor cost, and the guy on the phone said yes it’s the total pricing so he went ahead and ordered it.2 days ago on Monday, which was a whole week since I left my laptop there, I was told it was ready so I went to pick it up and was charged $795. It turns out I was MISQUOTED TWICE. The only options I had were to pay the outrageous amount or get my old screen put back in and that latter was what I decided on. I made sure they put it back in THAT MOMENT because I refused to wait any longer with my laptop in their possession.Extremely disappointed with the miscommunication and poor service.

After I dropped off my tablet and let them know its not a battery issue but rather the power button that had a problem, I was told to give them 1-2 weeks to get another power button and test it out and see if that works. They said they would call me. Nobody ever called me even after 2.5 weeks. I called the store and the guy told me hes not sure why noone called me, but that they put a new battery in and it didnt seem to be able to be powered on. I explained to him again that it wasnt a battery issue to begin with, but he said they mixed mine up with someone elses. So then he told me to give them another week to try and replace the power button and see if that works. After a week, I still didnt receive any phone call or message. I ended up calling again and was told again that he wasnt sure why nobody reached out to me, but it looked like the tablet was not repairable. I would give one star, but the guys at the store and over the phone were actually very friendly. Still, the lack of communication is the reason for my review.

I had them come fix my phone. They charged me twice and refused to give me my money back. Jenna tells me they refunded me for a transaction that was charged twice, therefore I was only charged once. My bank account reflects differently. I was charged $248.96 twice! I offered to show her my full bank statement for that month even though I had already sent her a screenshot and she still refused to give me a credit. Now Im having to dispute this charge with my bank and they have basically stolen $248.96.

My young son had his xbox breakdown in the midst of the house confinement. Took it in & Sam did a diagnostics. Turns out it just needed an update. I wouldnt have known this & he could have stated it required a repair. But, he was very honest, which is so appreciated! I recommend these gentlemen for their integrity, good attitude and knowledge.

Went in to see what was wrong with my phone expecting them to figure it out and give me a call back which they didn’t they just it upon their selfs to fix it. It was my battery supposedly and I don’t know if they used a new one or a used one since the virus is going on we weren’t aloud in the store. They called me and told me it was going to be 40 and some change fine go pick it up and my screen is cracked so I go back to the door and tell the Javier I believe his name was what happen and that I didn’t pay for them to break my phone he gave me a attitude and said “your whole screen is cracked” yes I understand that but I didn’t pay for you to break my screen even more he went in and talked to the other tech and came back and asked for my phone I gave it to him and asked what he was going to do and he very rudely said he was going to fix my screen told me 1-1:30 till it was done he never called I had to call him and when I went to pick it up he was very rude to my husband and sent another tech to give it to me the first and last time I will ever use this company definitely a waste of time money and gas
