They charge for tape?This was my first, and last visit.I thought Id stop in on my way into work, as I often do when I return Amazon purchases. I am a vendor, so I have my pick of which store, which day. This mailing center was empty. The place in Cedar Hill on FM 1482 is always so busy, but Ill go there any day and wait for a friendly face and helpful soul than someone curt charging for a roll of tape, ffs.Since I am a vendor, as I mentioned, I carry tape and scissors. Its just that some places prefer to seal the box and put the correct info in the appropriate place, so I wait to do so on my first visit.I didnt even get a confirmation slip or receipt.Its a shame. The location is great and the parking lot is nice and easy to maneuver.I wouldve bought stamps this visit, and several mailers.What I didnt mention is our IT business. We couldve had an amazing working relationship.We order so much! We ship often, all over the country. Oh well.

Well, i go in here all the time. the guy who runs it is a very pleasant chap. but he runs it a bit laid back. and i find it very inexpensive. and, he is a Notary.

The gentleman working was very helpful and friendly. Pleasant experience and will return for future shipping needs.Negative reviews are from customers that expect packaging materials for free.

This place is a ripoff! Unless you have the package ready to ship, they charge $1 for just two pieces of tape while other places it’s free. $2 to print from email and $2 just a plain evelop. They didn’t tell me price ahead either. The owner was so rude too! Had very bad experience. Will never go here again .. Not HQ!

Terrible service, very unprofessional . After waiting outside for 10 min past advertised opening time, he charges a dollar for tape when I had everything else that I needed and its a $5 min for my card. Explained I didnt have any change, only suggestion was to leave and go to the atm to take out money for $1 of tape despite the used tape dispenser in front of me on his desk. Very rude and looking for any way to make a buck off your drop off so come prepared. I went somewhere else where they tape for free.

The worst service that Ive received. I had a packaged delivered and signed for. They lodt it and told me to call UPS. I advised them its not UPS because they signed for it. Mh husband had to go back once they found package. They arent friendly or professional

They tried to charge me $1 just to drop off usps prepaid package. I thought he wasn’t serious but he was. It was my first and last time
