The employees are rude and not helpful at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Called to ask some questions and the lady who answered was rude and acted like I was bothering her by asking her questions.

Went during Christmas, Employees are rude to people asking questions, seemed stressed out for very minimal effort. Store still managed to be somewhat organized. Mansfield location is much better.

There was a worker that called me out for not putting the cheap baby lotion where the baby lotion goes cause he just fixed the isle, it is HIS JOBB! He chose to work there and if some doesn’t place something where it goes it’s his job to put it back. Horrible, don’t yell at me for your job

Everything is $1, unlike some other dollar stores. Its usually clean and well stocked.

I dont like this place cause you cant bring the shopping carts out to the parking lot. One time I went and ended up buying a lot of stuff and I had to lug it all back to my car and it was difficult. I understand why they dont let their carts in the parking lot but its harder for the customers. Place is otherwise clean and nice.

This review is solely based off the sales clerk ... She was a trooper... Lines were long but she kept a smile on and treated everyone so nice. Now the store itself was ... cant complain ... Its a Dollar Tree

So, I have to share the craziest story. I walked into the store about 10 min til 9pm. I got my 3 gift bags and was in line within 1 min. The cashier an older, thin, Caucasian, short haired lady was checking out. She was yelling out “you have 5 min to shop!” The lines were obviously LONG. She told all of us to get into 1 HUGE line. We complied. The entire time she was just yelling at us. People in line of course heckled and she replied... “ you think it’s funny but I have to do this” She also made a lady go to her line and then told her “ never mind I can not check you out!” The lady was a true boss she handed her a 5$ bill for her 4 items and walked out the door.The entire experience was a joke. Super unprofessional and for a lack of a better words ghetto. The lady is literally mentally unstable. There’s a manner in which employees should act. I understand they were limited with employees and it was close to closing time, but it’s no excuse.My cashier was the sweetest lady, she is the African American lady. I apologized to her for having to work with such a nut case.On the other hand, looks like they will be hiring :)

I will never shop here again. Dana was so rude. If they want to treat people with disrespect then I will go somewhere else. Store is filthy!!

My boyfriend didnt wear a mask and lady was very rude to him he said he has a medical condition and she said yeah Im sure you do the manager Dana was so very rude to my mom when she called Im not going back to that dollar tree 😡😡

Employees were nice store looked like rest of dollar trees stores I have been in SIRTY AND MESSY. I think they need more help. Boxes all over floors . mdse. On floor, very messy .

Wait in line was 10 mins with only 2 customers ahead of me and six behind me. Four employees to include a manager on duty. One stocking, two standing around while the one cashier was too talkative and slow.

Got to this store at 8:56p. And manager was ringing up an employee as we tied to enter the store. Door was locked. And without even acknowledging us at the front door pulls the register and walks into the office. And this was at 2 minutes before 9p. Obviously more interested in getting out off work than making money for the corporation.

Great selection but get it when you see it or it may not be there when you go back.

It was clean and surprisingly not crowded. It was opened recently, so we shall see how it does in the near future as it is open longer.
