Buzz Fence is an efficient organization. A rep comes to define the desired scope of work. They follow up with a quote. When accepted they will follow up with a more detailed plan as modifications can be made during the process up to an including the day of installation. When the installers come they will also go over scope of work. First day they installed posts and then I left town. They completed the work, cleaned up after themselves and the old fencing material. I have absolutely no complaints. It’s a fence. I note that weather impacts their scheduling but they are in constant communication until the installers commence installation.

Fence was put up to exactly what we wanted. They had better pricing then most. They did only have one guy doing it so it took a tad longer then expected (Multiple days). I believe this was due to them trying to catch up on multiple projects due to the rain we had.

Bob Snoddy was awesome. The most responsive of all vendors. Extremely knowledgeable of their products and various options. Tremendous follow-up throughout. And install went flawlessly. Love the end result. We’ll hire them again for any fence work needed. Thank you Bob and Buzz Custom Fence!!

Buzz fence replaced the gate on my relatively new wood fence. The original installer made many mistakes which I wasnt able to get them to correct so I contacted Buzz Fence. The professional they sent to my house was outstanding and completed the job quickly, professionally and with expert quality. The ONLY error that was made is the latch he installed was installed backwards where its primary opening is in the alley not in our yard.

I needed a section of my wood fence replaced and gate replaced. They did a very good job in less than a day. Job was completed while I was at work and I am happy with the service.

The four stars is because it would have been helpful if someone from sales would have showed up at the time of installation to be sure the installer was clear on the details of the install. Fortunately I work from home so could answer how the pickets were going to face. I was told it would be in the work order but obviously the installer needed that clarification. The last reason for the four stars was the language barrier between myself and the installer. Several issues came up that needed solving and it was hard to communicate. All this being said the final product is gorgeous and Felipe did a masterful job.

My job was not a huge one, but I was still treated like I was an important customer. Very good communication! I recommend them highly.

Joe was prompt in giving me a quote and explaining all my options, Alfredo expertly crafted the gate so quickly I truly thought he was a magician, and Christina(sorry if I am misspelling) made the payment process a breeze. Joe went above and beyond making sure I was completely satisfied with my gate and even went to Home Depot to get a part for me... Very impressed with the team and will use them for ANY fence/gate need I have going forward. A+ experience.

Sergio/Carlos was on time when they began the job and watching these two guys go to work was outstanding and educational, because I never seen it done before and I was very impressed with there work. Gilbert did a fantastic job building the fence in our side yard! It fits seamlessly with the existing fence in the backyard. And the gate is beautiful. The yard slopes and Gilbert worked carefully to keep everything level. We are very pleased.

Customer rep did a great great job of understanding requirements and preparing contract. Crew exceeded my expectations during demolition and installation. They went the extra mile to barricade to pool area so small children couldnt access the pool after they left after Day 1.

Working with this company was the absolute worst installation experience I she ever had in my life. Absolutely terrible. They were hours upon hours late. Gave me all kinds of wrong information. The fence they put up was so terrible they had to come take it down, and put up another one. They finally got it mostly right after 5 weeks and untold phone calls. As they are now, I would definitely not recommend their Houston division. Not until they have made some serious changes...

Ron and his team were awesome! They were very professional. Carlos, and the fellow working with him, were busy bees. They stayed overtime to complete fence same day. Quality of work was 5 star. They noticed that we had to run garden hose under previous fence for use on other side, and asked if we wanted them to make a little notch in the new fence for the hose.. very thoughtful.. a few days after fence was completed a fellow came by to inspect fence and make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Kimberly Lee was great. She worked with us to get the job done, with all the distractions like weather and workers being sick. They finally got it done and we are very satisfied and so are our dogs!!!

The installation went very well. The advisor was very helpful and professional at all times The installation crew were awesome. My only note is to make sure if a permit is required for sure as compliance change. I am awaiting the permit and the city is on point.

4 stars because we got off to a rough start with scheduling However, we were very pleased with the knowledge of the guys who did the install, quality of the work and responsiveness to an error. They accidentally damaged a sprinkler pipe, but immediately accepted responsibility and repaired it to our satisfaction! I definitely recommend Buzz and would quickly use them again in the future.
