We upgraded to the most expensive fence for durability and installed according their specs. We live in a windy area and their website doesnt specify any details on their warranty and wind limitations. I sent them photos of the damage panels which were torn and detached from the fence.(after only 1 month of them being installed ) Only 1 panel is left out of 7 installed. They will not warranty their product. Hidden warranty information, lack of responsiveness to my inquiry and rudeness prompted me to review this unethical company. This was an expensive purchase: $1600

Ordered online. Ordered 8 pieces and 6 were special cut sizes ranging from 33 to 403. Complete order came before expected time and everything was correct and professionally done.

Made a custom size order and was sent short. Talked to them and was told that I could order another one at discount at size I originally ordered. Should have been done rite first time.
