This was my first time trying the place and I was not disappointed! The employees were very nice and patient! They ice cream was very rich and creamy! Loved this experience and hope to experience it again soon!

My niece and I stopped by this location on Saturday, 6/5. We walked in ready to order, not knowing the store wasnt open yet. :) The manager was incredibly, friendly and polite. He offered to serve us anyway, and suggested the red orange smoothie! Incredible!!!! The customer service was amazing. While we waited for our smoothies, he offered us various samples. This was one of our first stops of our Saturday, :), so he set the tone for the remainder of our day! If you live in this area, please visit this location of the Marble Slab.

It was our first time going to a marble slab creamery; normally my family is all about the gelato. However, the ice cream was rich, creamy delicious! The young man behind the counter was super friendly y helpful with walking us through the process to the products to even a sample. I made certain to tip because it’s great when excellent service is provided. Also, The tiramisu was absolutely great! We also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie which was the best as per my oldest child; the youngest had Swiss chocolate mixed with birthday cake y sprinkles loved it! Excellent service y ice cream! Definitely will return :)

This marble slab is the best location that Ive gone to. The customer service is always amazing. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of the day you come in. The flavors are great too and you get a great value with unlimited mix ins. My personal favorite is the amaretto with gummy bears. It may be a little unusual but its a great combination.

Normally I have great experiences when going to marble slab creamery but today was very different I ordered a black walnut with chocolate covered raisins the ice cream was great as always but those little chocolate raisins tasted like a combination between a dirty chocolate and medicine.

I ordered a cone with sprinkles and the girl behind the counter gave me the ice cream when it was melty looking. I couldnt even walk all the way to my car without it dripping everywhere. I walked in and asked a young lady for a bowl and she gave me one. I get to my car and find out the cone is STALE. These are teenage girls so im not going to get upset with them because they were very friendly. But management you need to make your ice cream slab colder and make sure cones are fresh. I spent $8 on ice cream just to have to throw the cone away and to eat melted ice cream

It was my first day in this place, the workers are extremely friendly and neat, they also make customers feel welcomed.For sure this will be my next favorite spot to be in, i love it already

Not worth your money. I stopped by the 360 camp wisdom location a few days ago and i was not impressed with the ice cream. It was bland and melty. The employee who helped me was very kind & patient. Also it is very pricey here i mean almost $8 for a cup of ice cream????? RIDICULOUS!

This place is very clean but the Employees ruin the experience. There was a huge line and I felt like I was watching them in slow motion. They ignore customers that need help and are very LAZY! They definitely need to hire people who are more excited to be at work. I understand that people have their days where they feel down but every time I come ITS THE SAME THING!!! I had to wait 20+ min just to get a “happy birthday “written on my cake. I would literally not even get ice cream because it is NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!

Truly disappointed in my experiences at marble slab. I have had numerous amounts of bad visits and i’ll share a few of the main points. I walk in to see huge lines with only TWO poor employees trying to manage it (they did fabulous for being so understaffed). I continue to go for my favorite ice cream flavor (amaretto) in hopes of it being in stock and it is always “OUT”. Not to mention the ice cream is not the best it tastes watered down. The prices are ridiculously high for the bad ice cream they serve. I will choose Cold stone from now on over marble slab.

This is my go-to place for ice cream. The customer service is amazing and there isnt any false advertising. The homemade vanilla ice cream is honestly The best ice cream in America. Every flavor is made in the store as well as their cones and dipped bowls. They dont miss any steps when delivering a great dessert.

No one was in the front to greet me. After waiting 5 minutes I yelled out hello and a guy finally came to the front. I was picking up the order for a relative on their behalf. Once I got to my relatives house they were Very sad to see that it was not the cake they ordered days before online. Also, the ice cream cake was basically 5% cake, 95% ice cream.

We were always greeted with a smile, and we only discovered it on our last day in town. I had ice cream here twice. Lots of great ice cream options, great tips from the ladies working here.

This location is just the best! They have so many different flavors and mix ins that truly allow for so many unique combinations. The ice cream is always so fresh and creamy. The mix ins range from nuts, candies, and fresh fruits. You’re allowed unlimited mix in and the option for either a cup or a cone. Honestly for the price you get an amazing value! Not only is the ice cream aspect good, but this location also has some of the best customer service around. The facility itself is always well stocked and cleaned. The staff is super friendly and attentive to their customers. They’ve formed pretty good relationships with their clients which makes for a welcoming experience every time. Definitely worth checking out, especially as it starts getting warmer out!

Marble Slab Creamery is a very comfortable and cozy place with delicious food and desserts. It has the courteous staff and they are very attentive to all of their clients, also has reasonable prices. The best homemade ice cream anywhere!!! Great flavors you cant find anywhere else. They will mix your favorite flavor with any number of choices of fresh fruit, candy, etc. So many mixings, so little tummy room! Homemade waffle cones dipped in a variety of chocolate & nuts & candy. Mmmmm....They also make sundaes & ice cream cakes to order. Worth the trip, worth the money!!

We had a hard time choosing a flavor — there are just sooo many! But the staff was awesome and let us sample a lot. Great place to get high quality ice cream. Itd be nice to know what the most popular things are for those of us first-timers who feel overwhelmed with all the options.

Tonight while visiting the marble slab, the two staff members seemed irritated and bothered by serving me and two other families that were there while we were there. They did serve ice cream well enough but it seems to take an waful long time to wait for two ice cream cones. I left there just feeling like I had been an imposition. I dont think it will stop us from going back, perhaps well try another location next time or this may have been an isolated incident. Im not sure. The ice cream sure was good

This place is the best ice cream you can add as many toppings with practically unlimited choices. I thing this place is better than Baskin Robbins.

Been here a few times. Generally its an OK experience. Theres been a few problems in the past, but last nights visit finally decided that well probably not come here again.We had been waiting in line for a while since only one employee was working. Another employee came in from outside the store and without even washing his hands, began to wait on us. We tried to prompt him to wash his hands by asking him. He lied and said he did wash his hands while he was in the back of the store, then followed up with we dont touch the ice cream anyway. He was only back there for about 3 seconds; theres no way he had time to wash his hands in that amount of time.With food service industry, its critically important to ensure cleanliness of the store, the food and the employees who handle the food, so with last nights experience, we will likely not return to this location.

I recently moved here from Missouri and decided to try this place out and I’m glad I did. I usually opt for cookie dough but CJ suggested something wayyyyyy better. I mean something I would’ve never thought of. He was very patient with my indecisiveness too. Lol GO CHECK HIM OUT EVERYONE! It’s very cozy too.UPDATE: So I came back to get the hook up (he picks out all of my flavors and toppings) from my favorite slab employee CJ and unfortunately he was no longer there but Steve saved the day! Lol thanks for your amazing service every time!

Absolutely horrible! They were out of almost everything I wanted. Then when i asked for a mint and chip shake, they were almost out of mint ice cream.. So i said can I get half off if youre giving me half the ice cream and the man said no. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This location has some of the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Not only was I cussed out on the phone when calling in, I was talked to like I was stupid when I specifically asked to speak with the manager. I am apart of a local charity and was trying to speak with them about partnering with this location on future events, but will no longer be doing so. If this is how this company is going to allow their employees to speak with customers, we will not be visiting any of the franchise locations in the area.

Wow, what a suprise. 103 outside and wanted to take my son to get some delicious Marble Slab Ice Cream. Gone to several of these locations all over the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex with my service dog in tow, and this is the only one who has denied me service. Had to call 911 to waste an officers time to explain the law to a yuppie moron. They will also be recieving a civil suit.

I usually dont write reviews but after tonight I had too, youd think discrimination was buried years ago but today me and my friends, like normal teens, wanted some ice cream. Being there at marble slab made us very uncomfortable one of the associates was profiling because we are unapologeticly black. they did not greet us when we walked in they also did not try to satisfy us as customers the way they were attending to the non colored couple beside us. While still receiving our ice cream he seemed to rush us as if we were going to run out with the ice cream. I felt very uncomfortable in this store, I will be filing a complaint.
