Sub par snow cones, not very friendly, too busy, how is it that a place that only takes cash doesnt have change? This was my sign to never come back and that Stephs is sooooo much better!!!

This place is the greatest!!! They provide the perfect shaved ice, the flavors pop plus they have the best customer service. I will say this, the only thing I do wish is for them to fill up my snowcones, seems that they hired a new one that needs a little training in packing them up so I gave them 4 stars as overall its pretty good.

Great place to take the kids for a snowcone. Plenty of flavors to choose from. This place has been around for a long time.

This was my first time back to this place in 3 years. They used to have the most pillowy soft snow cones. I drove 20 mins just to be let down. They ice crystals are sharp and not as soft as before. No what I remember as a child

This place has been in Grand Prairie for as long as I can remember. It is close to splash factory so nice place to stop in and enjoy a snow cone before heading home. Nice staff.

Id remembered growing up in the area as kid walking pass what was an empty parking lot.Until one day, after school, while walking pass that same lot Ive noticed a small house being built...I didnt know what it was as kid, but I was curious to find out.On different days throughout the week I started to keep my eye on that little house as I walked pass by and everytime I noticed something was added to it every day:a little bit of color here and there, a window and a sign.Then finally, one day, I noticed it had people stopping by; and there were crowds of people who were eating ice from a cup. Since then, Ive wanted to go but never went.I ended up switching schools and life itself just kept me from ever going.Until now...Its been twenty years and I finally made it back home to stop by this little house that I walked pass by but never had the chance to eat anything.Dreams do come true... Sometimes it just takes awhile.😊

One of the best snow cone places Ive been to. Not only is this place super cheap, their ice has a fantastic texture. Along with tons of flavors, you cant go wrong with this place. Be aware that they are cash only.

Its a pretty good option for a hot day its a snow cone place that has sugar free stuff also other options like nachos and chips

Great great shaved-very-smoothly ice! Good flavors too.1/2 Banana & 1/2 White Coconut easy juice--WITH SWEET CREAM THROUGHOUT THE ICE.The Bomb!!! Sooo good!

This place has some great razpas or shaved ice the flavors are great not water down. But the lines are long at time prices are awsome and staff is friendly!!!!

If anybody rate this place less than 5 stars must be on some hardcore drugs.

I used to love this location! Texture of my snow cone was always GREAT! Lately, its way too watery...if you ask for lite syrup, its watery on top and completely dry ice mid-way to the bottom. I drive too far for the inconsistency. Even if you PAY for a second one and request it be made better its still the same. Love the nachos, but not worth it for a disappointing snow cone.

I like this little snow cone place however, the young ladies that work at the Grand prairie location are rude all the time. When they are rude it make me not want to take my business elsewhere. The owners and her family is nice its the people that she hire thats the problem.

The best place to get a Snow Cone even in the TX winter times. They also offer quick snacks and ice cream for your snow cones. Only negative thing they only accept cash so sometimes I am SOL! Lol!

It was okay. But the day I went I wish the young lady at the window would have kept her attitude in check. Someone or something made her mad and she is letting everyone know it by her actions and the attitude. Oh boy...

Sometimes they make their snow cones sooooo good!!! Other times they make me stop going for months. So its always a gamble going here.

We love our neighborhood snow cone stand! The ice is perfect... not too soft, not too hard! They are very generous with the flavor. I also sometimes indulge in a hot item with cheese (nachos, cheetos, etc). Their cheese is tasty and does not taste processed or cheap! They are a cash only location, FYI.

Very low prices on snacks. The teens that work there are always so sweet. Bring cash though, they dont accept credit cards.

Price is fair, they need more sugar free flavor options. The teens working there have the hang of what they are doing. The most frustrating thing is they only take cash. Who carries cash anymore? This is why I barely go there. I usually have to go further away to another snow cone shop that accepts cards, otherwise, Id be there almost daily since its 2 mins away from me.

Very disappointed usually good there and they are not greedy with the syrup but the past couple time light on the syrup alot of ice in the middle of the cup. Dont know what you guys are doing but you are about to lose customers. To many kids working there at the same time i think

I love the snow cones & all the flavors & topping offer a lot of variety but it would be way better if they accepted card already. Not everyone carries around cash all day. But the service is great.

I do not care how many people gives this place 4 or 5 stars. First they do not accept debit cards. Secondly the would not accept my $20 bill I guess I will take my business elsewhere whwre another place will gladly accept my business of $20 more. This place needs to step it up for business!!!

Food ices were great but the bees had my grandbabies Running Scared the whole time we were there imma give it a one because of the bees and how it scared all four of my grandkids otherwise - the bees it would be a five-star place
