We managed to put our whole house in storage for 2 years. No problems with stuff stolen or ruined.

Manager was very personable, as well as professional. She took time to ensure I fully understood how Self Storage operates, and personally showed me to my union.

DeNorma is very knowledgeable and a very sweet person. I have been coming to this facility for years. Every time I need a storage unit there is no other place I’ll go but here. When we had that very bad snow storm my mom’s house had flooded and she needed to move her stuff ASAP I called DeNorma and she had setup a storage unit and Uhaul truck for me so we could move quickly and not have any extra stress. My experience was so wonderful!!!! This is my first time leasing a storage unit and I am so glad I came to Compass!!!! De Norma went above and beyond to help me! I needed to change from an inside to an outside unit and she did it with no problem! She also personally cleaned out the unit since we switched the new one wasn’t “ready”yet. I told her it was ok but she didn’t want to hand it over to me unless it was swept out! I can’t say enough good things about her and my experience leasing the unit. Also her associate Becky showed me different units because I was unsure about the size. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs! The place is very clean and the staff has always been extremely courteous, but (and this is a BIG but) my rates for a climate controlled 10 x 15 have gone up TWICE in a year, so Im now paying $26 MORE than I did a year ago.Their low introductory rates are a total bait and switch and people should be aware of that before renting from here.

The location and prices beat out the other competitors within my area. Also their staff have excellent customer service. DeNorma assisted me she was easy to talk to and made sure she understood my storage need then reviewed the best storage units choices based on my needs which I appreciated alot. She was also very clear about prices. I would highly recommend this business to others who have self storage needs.
