Kevin & Alex are great ! I made an easy purchase for a small unit online and recently transferred to a larger unit. Kevin helped me get a rate cheaper than I was expecting and Alex confirmed a refund to my card for my most recent monthly payment since I moved out in a certain timeframe from my smaller unit. So far every business transaction through the app and conversation with the office has been smooth and easy. I highly recommend this location

Okay, so the only part I dislike is having to park on a hill and try to load the flat-bed dolly on that hill all by myself. Although, it did give me a laugh when the dolly rolled down the hill and I had to chase it. Overall, this has been a good experience. I did everything over the phone and the entry keypad has a touchless option if you have a smart phone. Im satisfied so far💕.

I was able to do secure a unit over the phone and with documents sent to my email. I was able to e-sign and get everything done quickly and efficiently. The manager was very helpful over the phone in helping me determine the size of unit I needed, the type of lock I would need, detailed directions to the unit, and how to use the security code/gate to access the property.

Fairly priced. The front desk staff is really helpful. Go in and chat with them if you are thinking about this or another storage place because I think after an in person talk your mind might just be made up. During the start of covid corporate decided to cease any rate increases which I thought was nice. But annual rate creep does seem to be their standard operating procedure. But there is no contract. So you can move back and forth every year between the other storage place.

This storage is near by my apartment and is very convenient. I choose to store here instead of paying the outrageous price demanded from my apartment complex. Very close and handy. Good value for the size I rent and the place is always so clean.

My mother stores here and we are in and out the storage at least 2-3 times a week. I love how the staff is always friendly. I usually see a young lady riding on the cart. I love how she takes her time to say Hello to me or my mom passing by. It comes a long way to be acknowledged with a simple hello.

Found myself in need of storage recently and tried the closest place to my apartment. Sometimes that’s not the best choice but this time it was. Great move in special. Clean unit that was just the right size. A cart I could use to move my items in the same day. They really made the choice a simple one and I appreciate that.
