Best customer service and the manager there at this location was great and even help me locate my shoes and entertained my kids. Definitely come to this location for great service.

Had what I was looking for right size, and fit. 13s and 14s are hard to fine sometimes. A little low on the selection but they did have some.

Walked in to browse their selection of shoes for both men and women. We didn’t find anything in either shoe selection and decided to leave to another store BUT a sales associate followed us out of the store. She chased us down to the end of the corridor, asked us if we stole a pair of shoes when we only had one bag. Completely unprofessional and as a retail sales associate myself, she went against store policy. We felt singled out and targeted based on our appearance. If I had the choice to not leave a star, I would.

Really liked this place and the sales they had. Even though I went literally the week before school started, there was still someone around to help when I had questions. They were well stocked and the store was clean. The cashier made sure to use all my rewards and coupons upon request with a pleasant attitude.

Not very many variety of shoes

Went in decided to come out with a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, an employee’s attitude quickly changed that when he accused me of opening a pack of socks to try on shoes when I clearly had my own. Drove out to the outlets specifically for this store, thankfully I know where not to go back!

Great cusomer service

I went yesterday looking for some bearpaw slippers and the employee said there were none even though the website said able to pick up at that location. So then, I go home ordered them to pick them up at this location and I received a confirmation to pick them up less than 5 minutes later. I picked them up today and the manager was there and I was telling him about my experience and he tried to say that they could have gone to a different store to get them; come on in less than 5 minutes, really. I work in retail and we dont go to different stores for an item plus I ordered two pairs of shoes and you canceled the other one because you didnt have them in stock. I was not born yesterday. He didnt even apologize for having a dumb employee; Thats all I was looking for.
