Thank you! We recently moved from Michigan to Kansas and this Team was excellent. Everything from the initial walk through to packing to unloading was very professional. The truck driver, Mark, was highly professional with a great sense for attention to detail. The packers were very careful with our household items & the movers were precise with every piece of our items when placed into our new home. They even protected our homes with extra care. The rate was competitive, but the overall satisfaction was priceless. Great work Team!

Van was right on time 11/26/18 to load despite overnight 11” of snow and day of delivery 12/1/18 it was pouring rain in the morning and despite the rain all was unloaded and with the floor coverings they used you would never guessed we had a rainy! From day of estimate to delivery we were very happy...definitely recommend

Overall, I had a very good experience with Premier. Id prefer to give them 4 1/2 stars, but thats not an option. The reason I would dock them half a star is because there were some issues with trying to submit my payment. My employer paid for part of my move and I was responsible for the other part. They were able to process my employers credit card, but, for some reason, when I went to input my info, their system could not process it. Its 2016, split payments between two different parties for one move shouldnt be an issue. And they cant take verbal authorization over the phone, which I do understand, but in a move, my printer was packed so it wasnt super convenient to print and scan a signature for them. We did eventually get it worked out.At any rate, the rest is all positive. Excellent communication from the move coordinator and driver. Driver showed up onetime at origin and destination. Items were packed with such detail that each of my individual shoes were wrapped in paper separately. No items were broken.Also, they were very accommodating to my schedule. I got the exact dates I needed for packing, loading and delivery.Highly recommend.

Honest and reliable moving company. Steve W. from Grand Rapid office came to our house to do an estimate and they guaranteed the price that was quoted. Steve W. reply to all my phone calls and email quickly even on weekends. He gave us as many boxed as we needed for packing and he delivered it to our house.The Driver Mike was also professional and on time. He kept me posted on when he would delivery, he gave me 2 days notice. On delivery day, Mike made sure our furniture was where I wanted them. He went out of his way to be sure I was settle before he left.I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. This company really help in making our move easier and less stressful.

The estimate process was smooth, the crews worked quickly and carefully and our entire interstate move from start to finish was accomplished without hassle. Lina was especially helpful in coordinating all of the details. I would highly recommend them.

For my wife and I, this was a big move. How to have everything we own packed, stored and then shipped from Michigan to Texas. I did some research, obtained a few estimates, spoke with previous customers, and settled on Premier. Joe was honest and thorough when working up a load and price estimate. And Lina, well bless Linas heart, she was available and helpful during each phase of our move. The packers were courteous and respectful - and quick!When it was time to have our belongings shipped down (we had them in storage with Premier in MI as opposed to finding a storage facility and hiring another company to transport from their facility to our new home), all it took was a call to Lina and she set up a delivery window. The delivery was hampered by a huge storm but Lina kept in constant contact to keep us updated. Even with the storm delay, our belongings were delivered within the window. And the crew that unloaded were wonderful. They did everything from prepping the house to removing some of the waste material. Great group of guys, annd if I could remember their names, I would give them a big shout out. Nothing damaged. Not one item. Nada.Hopefully we dont have to move cross country again, but if we do we will definitely use Premier.

From Joe to Sandy to Dan and all the drivers both in Grand Rapids and Phoenix,,,they made the process so well if not easy...much less stressful. They answered all of my questions and followed up several times after I arrived in Phoenix. They were careful of my belongings and protected them, were very courteous and helpful too.The pricing was more then fair and the customer service stood out far above any other companies I spoke with. Be warned. If you are planning on storage and subsequent moving out of state you might look elsewhere. We had items damaged at the warehouse, informed about them before the delivery only to discover that they are not going to be responsible for the damages. The second trucking company that picked our items up felt it necessary to repack the load because they were not packed properly at the warehouse. We spent close to $10,000 dollars with this company only to be faced with this disappointment.
