I have been a customer of Lasers Resource for about 2 years now, and I am very happy with the equipment and the service they have provided. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable, and their service response time is quite impressive. My only disappointment has been with their parts inventory for some of the machines they installed for me. At one point it took quite some time to get staples for one of our copiers, and there has been more than once that they didnt have replacement toner in stock when I needed it. But other than these few issues they have been a great company to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease printers/copiers.
