Worst company ever. Do yourself a favor and find a different printing company. Make sure if your in a 5 yr lease you cancel with mos and your leasing company. Had nothing but printing problems for the last two years. Always being charged extra for support.
Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is awful and unwilling to help in any way. My recommendation is to find another supplier that actually values their customers.
We were given a copier that is defective and constantly breaks down. MOS does not take responsibility for addressing this. Dozens of service calls, and they claim there is no record of service needs! Will not work with them again when contract is up.
