Drove all the way here, there are 2 employees inside. The lights are on, the sign and website says open until 7pm, I was at the door at 6:54pm and the door is locked and gates pulled down. I knocked on the window and they ignored me.I did this same transaction a few weeks ago and it took the guy 30 seconds. I love to leave great reviews, but this really stinks. Wasted 30 minutes of driving time, & have to come back again.Say you close at 6:45 if thats when you lock the door!!!

Was charged $3 to print an Amazon return label, which is 1 piece of paper. I later confirmed with Amazon that this is supposed to be a free service for their returns. I reported the location, and will not be returning. I highly recommend using another UPS.
Spencer was so kind and pleasant today when I was in the store. Im always shocked at how many not kind people there are that work in the hospitality industry. That wasnt the case!She was asked the same question by multiple customers and she acted like it was the first time she has ever answered it that day. Thank you for the kindness and grace, Spencer. 3 stars only because despite the website and signs within the store saying that they offer passport picture services, they arent actually able to do it. The guys working were very helpful and directed me to a Walgreens that could help me. Store information should be updated to reflect services offered.
Martin and his staff take pride in providing the community with a convenient location for the busy entrepreneur, or business owner. Awesome assortment of services including shipping, packing, notarizing, printing our businesses cards, flyers, signs and graphics work. Parking is easy and dropping off large packages is a breeze. Easy in and out and if you need help, there is someone available even if it is holding the door open as you carry in all your drop off packages. Never a wait and everyone there knows their business and how to take care of their customers.
I had gone here to print a few ck stubs. The clerk had told me it was a service fee of 3$ for 3 pieces of paper. Any other place is usually cents. I was shocked. I explained I only need 3 sheets, which if theyd helped me Im sure it could of fit on one. I told the man Martin ? (The name on my receipt as a cashier) that his price must be wrong. He said well its one to 20 sheets for a flat rate of 3$. I said well you still charge 3$ for one sheet of paper? He said yes. As I was still printing it because I had to have it by yesterday,he walked away and another employee had come over with the paper to ring me up. I didnt catch his name, but I asked why it was a dollar a sheet basically for me ? I said I know its not free but every other place Ive gone is 15 cents usually, like Fed Ex on Alpine Ave, (which I was going to go there first because they have excellent customer service but were closed at 6pm) so he proceeds to tell me well its 3$ I was not only appalled by the price gouge but also he wasnt the friendliest person. With an attitude like that its no wonder why they dont have a 5 star rating. Since I was hard pressed for it I had to get it or I would of walked out. I paid the man and said your prices are way to high. He didnt seem to care or even make maybe an exception this one time at a cheaper rate. Was just highly disappointed and I will not return to this location. Dont bother to waste your precious time or money here especially for printing a piece of paper. The cost is way to high.
What a sad mess. Ive never seen such gross mismanagement and understaffing in my life. This poor girl working behind the counter today (around 6pm on Apr 15) had a half-dozen people in line, the phone was ringing off the hook, and boxes & packages were scattered so thickly around, it was like a hurricaine came through. Whatever sad-sack lazy potato-head is in charge of staffing this place properly ought to have his license revoked and banned from the shipping/retail industry forever! What kind of store only has ONE person working the counter during rush hour, and wont even bother to answer the phone? There needs to be a minimum of THREE PEOPLE at all times, the poor frazzled lady today was friendly but just stretched way too thin. Absolutely pathetic management here at this UPS Store, shame on the franchisee/store owner for his negligence.
First off, my two star rating was only given due to the location being convenient for me. I was also in and out. I would however rate ZERO stars based off of one employee over multiple visits and observing how he talks down on customers for asking the most simple questions. Speaking as if theyre inferior. No respect or manners. He has zero patience. My own encounter with him was little to no words. Put my package on the scale, got a receipt and he just picked it up, not knowing what might be in it and carelessly just drops it on the floor. Disrespectful. Thats all I can say.
Spencer is hands down the best customer service person I have ever met (over the phone). She went above and beyond to help me with shipping logistics and it absolutely made my life a million times easier!
This store is simply the best. I go out of my way, past a near by UPS Store to visit this location. The service here is phenomenal. They understand that you dont want to spend your entire day there. They are always ready to help and have a sense of urgency that you wont find other places!
We stopped by to return an amazon order. We were greeted with a cheeryhello and a smile. The young lady had us in and out in less than a minute. This was our first experience with this store. We will definitely use this store again.
Alex was super helpful today when I came in for print services. He was polite and upbeat with the customers in front of me, and they left with a smile on their face and so did I. So nice to come in to a store with great customer service. Will definitely use this location for shipping & printing needs in the future!
Went at this location to send some documents. Ralph who was at the counter was super friendly and helpful. He explained usually people send A4 size docs in UPS large size envelope(not the padded ones). Asked me if this is urgent becoz that would cost more money and gave me the cheapest option available with tracking. Will definitely go to this location in future😊

Worst UPS store ever!!! There was 2 guys there and they obviously didnt want any customers today. I simple asked which one would like to take my package and they didnt even answered my questions. They quietly mumbled and I said screw it. UPS needs to work on their customer service! This is unacceptable! I would rate this store a zero! Never coming back to this location ever.

Swung by here to pick up a print order I submitted online. Well they were friendly in telling me they dont have my order. It must be at another location. Went to my car, checked the pick up ready order email I got, and yes, I was at the right location. Went back inside, showed them the email. Yeah, let me check. We must have handed this order to someone else. We will reprint it for you. It would be nice to have some type of security so orders go to the right customers.
I ordered shoes and my jewelry for homecoming and they tried to deliver the package at 1:40 when my family and I was at work and school so no one was able to get it so they brought it back and we tried to pick it up the day of the dance they said we couldn’t until Tuesday. So long story short they ruined my homecoming.
This store is fine but it takes forever to send a package as well as wait in line. I usually just need to drop off my packages but they really need to install a handicap door. Most people come in with multiple packages and have to make multiple trips because they cant open the door. Installing a handicap door with an automatic door opener would be a great help for your customers instead of having them struggle and the office staff never helps open the door either.
Used this place to ship out some packages of heavy used bowling equipment. The service was top notch and the staff was helpful and friendly. Unlike that other place down the street with the Ex in its name. Thanks UPS Store Grand Rapids #3718

Brought in a Amazon return, with my own label. Lady was a little rude, and said it would cost 1 dollar for them to tape it. All she did was slap a label on the box instead on tapping it properly. Ill be surprised if it makes it without stuff falling out.
Walked in and stood there at the counter for 5+ minutes, there were 2 workers, one preoccupied, the other chatting casually with a customer who was already serviced. I waited for a while until I spoke up and asked where the drop off desk was, in which the worker who was chatting pointed at the pile of drop offs without a word to me as if I just interrupted his chat time. Neither spoke to me. I work retail and when I have a line forming I make sure to be timely and not have 10 minute conversation with a customer. I only gave 2 stars because the store was decent looking.
Came to this store on an occasion where I was cutting it close to a flight and needed to ship out some luggage fast. I was a bit anxious when I saw a rather large line, but the staff there handled everything very quickly and I was able to catch my flight with plenty of time!
Sent a package told guaranteed delivery, arrived late, money wasnt refunded, same as sending with USPS but would cost my 6 dollars. Make sure its on writing. Rules change quick through their mouth, also very rude especially manager
Despite the fact that theres advertisements for services such as passport photos inside the store that arent offered at the location, I appreciate their efforts to complete tasks in a quick and efficient manner.

Brought my package in to be shipped. My package slip was printed off so shipping was paid for already. I was charged a dollar to tape the box shut. If you dont want to get charged for .10 cents worth of tape, tape your box before taking it in. Lady said its the store charging as UPS doesnt own the store. Sad they need to make money off of tape which should be covered in cost they make to ship items.
I was dropping two packages off to be shipped and the clerk mansplained to me in a very condescending tone that I should have taped them before I came. I ran out of packing tape at home so I figured they wouldn’t mind taping it up for me because Fedex always does. When I apologized the clerk again condescendingly said, “Well, I’ll do it for you this time.” He did wish me to have a good day so there’s that.

If I could give zero stars I would, who tries to deliver packages to a buisness at 7am when it opens at 10am, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that if you deliver packages to a buisness regularly you sould probably know their hours of operation. I talked to 3 customer service representatives and I was lied to twice, they both said it would be redelivered on the same day. There is no reason to pay for two day shipping when they are just going to botch the job right before a holiday weekend and deliver it 4 days after it was ordered. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any logistics company ever.
My UPS guy picked up an Amazon return package with my shoes and NOBODY knows where they are. Amazon will refund me after 14 days but still I called twice and was told Id get a call back, didnt happen! So get cameras at your home. They steal! The shoes were picked up on Monday the 4th, its the 8th and theyre just magically lost.
Now charging $1 to tape a box shut! Sounds like a bank with petty charges! Recommend going to a real UPS location.
Yikes. I used to come in here regularly to print but I might drive a little further to another location-- An employee had to yell repeatedly for another guy to come check me out. After a long wait, the guy in the back slowly made his way out, made an unprofessional joke with me and then harassed me for not laughing at it. Ive never felt like more of an inconvenience as a customer...
