This was a very cool store, they have everything from candy to alcohol to beer and wine, They also have greeting cards and breakfast cereal, they also have lawn chairs and of course all of your pharmacy needs. The store was very clean and the staff was very polite and very courteous, so if you need any of these items you can definitely get them here at the CVS in grand Terrace. Shop local, buy local, spend local.

Andrea had friendly and excellent customer service over the phone. I had searched MANY CVS stores looking for the Frankenstein Hello Kitty Greeter. Including Ohio, Michigan, Chicago and Arizona. Once Andrea confirmed 2 were in stock at this location, my daughter rushed out to get it. My daughter panicked when she didn’t see them up front. Jason the store manager came from the back and saved the day! Jason was nice, and gave service with a smile. THANK YOU JASON. He looked through several boxes which he didn’t have to do! That’s what going the extra mile is! 😍😍😍 My daughter is SO HAPPY 😃 (Sending Hello Kitty Hugs 🤗)

My prescription was out in Saturday came to pick it up on Wednesday still not ready their excuse it was on hold then asked to have me come in since their window would be closed and they would start it and have it ready in 10 minutes! Always horrible service this isn’t the first time!

This pharmacy never has your prescriptions and then when you come back at the time they tell you it will be ready, theres another reason as to why you cant pick up your prescription. Do yourself a favor and save time and gas.....go somewhere else, not worth the run around.

I went here to pick up my medication and the pharmacist was absolutely RUDE to me. I kept asking questions, she kept rolling her eyes at me and just acted like she hated working there. Definitely not going back. Places like this who employ rude people such as that lady doesn’t deserve our business. Do yourself a favor and shop for your medication somewhere else.

I love that there is a drive through. The drive through is convenient. This pharmacy is always busy so make sure you are not time restrained.The staff is nice and helpful.

They sent out a invalid covid test, how unprofessional cab you be, to make someone do this process and loose work days because of the lack of expertise

They are horrendous! If you’re thinking of using them- DON’T!!!! Every month it’s like Groundhog Day. I always call a few days before it’s time for my medication to be filled to verify the day I can get it and they tell me the day and tell me to call that day to have them fill my meds. I call the day I was told to call and never fails- their famous words are ‘Who told you that?’ I have never in all the years I’ve had health issues had this many issues. Walgreens treat you like a human being but here at this Cvs- they are so unprofessional and so rude. They actually changed the quantity of one of my meds and lowered it from 3 per day to 1 per day. I ran out because I hadn’t realized they did that. It scares me to think that these pharmacists here in Grand Terrace will do whatever they want with your meds your doctor prescribed and they don’t tell you!!! I had already switched all my other meds to another Cvs and they are great. I kept this specific Med here because the other Cvs can’t fill this specific prescription. Sadly, this pharmacy here is just down the road from me but I cannot deal with them anymore. I would rather drive farther than be crying every time I get off the phone with grand terrace Cvs.

I stood in line to pickup a ups package and after I got to the front of the line I was told to stand by the ups desk. I stood there for another 10 minutes until he finished helping the people who were behind me. Why did I wait in line for then?

My prescription was transfered to this store due to the other CVS in Colton doesnt have my prescription available. Drove for 15 minutes expecting that my meds should be available when I get there but arrived and not even ready. I was told by the lady at pharmacy (not sure if shes the pharmacist coz she does have a bit of attitude and not really helpful) that my meda are not ready for another 20 minutes since the person who supposed to get it ready for me was on lunch 😤. Totally lack of customer service. Not even apologetic for the delay of my prescription. Oh well, seems maybe its really difficult now to find a place who really do care for their customers who got inconvenienced, specially this CVS.

If there is one reason that I would continue to come to this store I would have to say its because of the very way that Im treated like a real person by no one other than Tawney. This young lady exemplifies what great customer service is and should be. Thank you Tawney for keeping your store very clean and organized, providing great service and most of all for your enthusiastic greeting when I walk in the door.

I like this CVS. The employees have always been nice to me and offer assistance.

Never had a bad experience at this store. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I favor it over its rival across the street.

Do NOT go to the counter if you need your prescription in anything close to a hurry! even when there is a full staff they ran at half speed! nice doesnt always overcome speed, or lack of, in customer service folks.

Service was terrible! I went in at 7 oclock PM to turn in a prescription for amoxicillin and ibuprofen and the RUDE blonde lady at the window told me it wouldnt be ready and till to morrow!!! For something so simple, shouldnt take that long when they dont close until 10pm.. Not something you wanna hear when your not feeling good, got a terrible tooth faction, headache with a burning fever and this is a way you get treated!!! No customer service, not even hello how are you doing!!!went right across the street to Walgreens got my prescription no problem, friendly and way better Customer service than CVS and they had my prescription ready in 10 minutes. But on that note, I got to say thank you for your rude terrible customer service, if it wasnt for you I wouldnt have had the best customer service experience at Walgreens right across the street... Will never go to that races CVS pharmacy again!!?

Horrible customer service, 3 days till you are able to fill your medicine. Nobody ever answers phone calls. And they are beyond short staff, its ridiculous.

This CVS Pharmacy has horrible service. I took my sons prescription of promethazine with codeine and the pharmacist inspected the prescription for 5 minutes, held it up to the light to see of it was legit. I said, just call MD and confirm. Then he said the medication was pulled off the shelves, they no longer carry. So i called walgreens across street and they filled my prescription with no problem! Janeen did not make us feel like criminals and she provided excellent customer service! And prescription was ready in 20 min.

I only used this pharmacy for a few months. I had problems with getting my sons ADHD medication every month. Until I started counting the medication. I realized that instead of the 30 perscripre every month I was only receiving 27 or 28. When I bought this to their attention they did nothing about it. So I moved to Walgreens across the street. I have been going there for prescriptions for a year now and have not had one problem.

Drive up Window was a complete waste of time! Terrible customer service!Waited for 20 min and after knocking on the window several times a staff member wrote a sign and posted on the window upside down that indicated that the window was closed. Then after prompting, opened the receiver and accepted my prescription. I thought it was it broken?Here again the next day, still waiting after 25 min for antibiotics scrip that I was told over the phone, would be waiting for me. Fun

Just want to add a note that CVS price matches Amazon. The service was great and price match made it even better.

A clean and well stock store. As I wander the store looking for an item a employee stop and ask what I was looking for and sent me in the right direction.

CVS Grand Terrace is the worst pharmacy ever . Thry gave the worst customer service ever experienced anywhere. John (if that is even his real name) the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription because we are not being nice to him!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!!! I CAME HERE TO PICK UP MEDS!!! NOT MAKE FRIENDS!!!!!!

I am still on hold to try to call in a prescription so I called the Wallgreens across the street and they helped me out instantly.... thats where I will send all my Grand Terrace patients from now on ..... CVS still has me on hold !!!!
