Dustin showed up quickly, was able to get us loaded in about 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. Will definitely call them if I need help in the future!

My driver, Alexis arrived quickly and immediately got down to his business. In less than 15min he had my vehicle loaded and was ready to go! It was a little wait, about 2 hours, but they were very busy that day. They did an excellent job loading my truck considering it was a left rear tire. They kept the truck from any extra damage. Very professional. Thank you again

I’m in Gear, but it Won’t Move.I don’t like being in a vulnerable position. On the road, this is the involuntary, stationary position. In other words, being stuck. Especially in the winter. I was in one of the harsher winters, but I didn’t expect to get stuck on a business’s property, no should I have, but I drew the short straw that day. Fortunately, 24 Hour Towing & Recovery came quickly and performed a “winch out.” This is one of the cheaper services and I found out the most performed for the particular property, which was my misfortune to park this particular night. There seems to be a number of businesses that are “thino’s” (twenty-four hours in name only). Not these guys. They were very responsive, pro-active and maintained contact with me to let me know of any delays or circumstances. But the time went by quicker than I thought based on my experience with other tow companies and considering the cold where time can seem to pass slower. Thanks guys, it’s more enjoyable to write positive review. You guy’s earned it.

Long story short my insurance company called a company out of Sunnyside and after a hour and a half they never showed up. I called 24 Hour Towing & Recovery and they saved my day. They had a very fast response time & Doug was very skilled and handled our car with care.

I was first given Andys Towing from my roadside assistance and, long story short, they never showed up. My roadside assistance then gave me 24 Hour Towing and Recovery. They showed up before the ETA I was given and were incredibly helpful and gave me a ride home. I would highly recommend 24 Hour Towing and Recovery.

24 Hour Towing was there when no other local tow company would help us. Matthew was the driver that was sent out to us, he did excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. we will be return customers.
