Ive only gone here a few times, and very impressed. These guys are easygoing and seem very honest. Theyve given me a few pieces of advice, including talking me out of a repair. I havent done anything major yet, but prices seem reasonable.

We have been taking our vehicles here for years. We have always gotten great and fair service. Our family currently owns 6 vehicles amd they service all of them as well as all the other vehicles we have had over the years.

They are always honest and professional. They show you what is wrong with your car. They are reasonable with prices. They do the car work you need done and work with you on future maintenance and repairs.

Stacy and Don have worked on all my vehicles and always done a great job. The price is fair, they get the work done quick, and they dont do quick fixes or push stuff you dont need. I decided to use someone else recently for some major work and after that experience, I will not go anywhere but fulghums from now on.

The best repair shop hands down! I am so impressed with Don and his crew - they told me what was wrong with my car and then, knowing I was strapped for cash, told me what needed to be fixed asap and what could wait for another time. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just open communication while my car was there. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else!

Went in to get my cooling system check out because it overheated on me, was told needed head gasket, timing cover gasket and water pump. 2500 is what they quoted me... Also when they pulled the car onto the lift they broke the rack and pinion bracket, side note the car never had front end issues before I took it in. Steering was tight and was aligned, on the way home I noticed extremely loose steering and the steering wheel was no longer straight when driving straight. Just sold the car for 400 dollars and the guy called me said he found the issue, it had a broken hose coupling. So basically I was quoted for work I DIDNT NEED and they caused more issues just by pulling the car into the shop. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

These guys are great. Will really work with you to keep your car running and safe on a tight budget.Best to drop your vehicle off rather than wait, as there is no official waiting room. But, if you have to wait, there are a couple places to sit.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I know these guys do really good work. I would just encourage anyone NOT to bring a DIESEL vehicle to them. They charged me $650(Diagnostic/part swap) and did not fix the problem. Said it would be a $2500 fix to replace injectors. I took it to another mechanic (actual diesel mechanic) and it was just a small part. I brought this information back to Don. I was willing to bring vehicle in and prove the old injectors are still in with the broke part, but he didnt want to take any responsibility. As a biz owner myself I couldnt look myself in the mirror if I treated people like this. All money aside.

Fantastic service!!! My car started wobbling the last few days so I called this morning and they had me come straight in. The guys were so nice and friendly while I waited to get it checked out. They determined my tire had gone bad (they explained it better than that, a belt broke or something) and my back tire was looking pretty bad too. They showed me exactly what they were talking about (I could see the huge bulge in the tire after they got it lifted) and didnt try to sell me on anything other than exactly what I came in for. I feel like I got a really great deal on two new (nice, Pirelli) tires, considering Ive spent a lot more at other places. They even gave me a ride home so I didnt have to walk around Grandview for hours on end while I waited.I highly recommend Fulghums for your car repair needs. I was recommended to them by a friend and Im so glad I listened instead of going to a chain auto shop. Honest, affordable, dependable and friendly, what else can a gal ask for?!
