Bought car last December, been having problems ever since. From the horn not working, (took it back and they “fixed it” aka rigged it up) missing the third break light, to being told my car would not pass any inspections just based on those things alone. Fast forward to now, I’ve spent over $1300 on all these major issues with this car and it hasn’t been one year. You take a risk buying used cars, but geesh!!!!!! We got PLAYED!

Extremely disappointed and do not recommend although Jose was nice salesman). My family and I drove 7 hours roundtrip to purchase a car only to find out the mileage was wrong on their listing and the pictures did not show the hole in the back bumper or the damage around the car. Lastly, we called before leaving home to make sure that if we purchased the car we could take it home. We were told they did not have the title, but that if we purchased the car we could take it and they would mail the title. Soooo.... we made the long trip only to find out the car had 10,000 more mile than listed, had damage AND..... we could NOT take the car like they said over the phone. We would have to make a second trip to get the car whenever the received the title. I was upset, but said for our time, trouble and misrepresentation of the car that I felt they could reduce the price by $400. I was told they would get back to me the next day. Its been 48 hours and nothing. Hopefully, someone else can learn from our experience.

I’ve only had my car for 1 month and I’ve had to take it back almost every single week. One of the mechanics stole $40 out of my car. Also the issue that is wrong with my car (the starter) still never got fixed. That’s why it’s so easy to get a car. No one cares about my car.

Owner cut me off while asking about trading my vehicle in here, to tell me it’s not available for trade because it’s a manager’s car. That’s fine, but there was no reason to be rude over the phone.

The worst ca company i have ever encounter with. They offer horrible service. Per manager Cece Howell she was not able to offer any owner information regarding my complaint. My car was picked up and when i went to pick up my belongs i was missing items from the car. No one would help to resolve the issue. They tried to put it on the tow company THEY used.

They shut my car off the day before Christmas eve. They said because of insurance which their mess up. I tried to jump my car multiple times, called to get it towed (which I payed for) and even had to take it to a mechanic (which I also payed for) waste of money for nothing! I never received a phone call or voice mails from them. They claim to have called, but my doesnt have any history of it. We got it fixed yesterday they turned it back on, got it home tonight and they shut it off again without notice. I make my payments they never have to chase me down. Way to treat your customers right. Ridiculous they should knock off the next few payments, or pay me back for the crap they caused. I cant wait to give them the car back now.

Hey everybody watch out! They will screw you towards the end of your lease! If I could rate less...I would! They will get you in a car real quick make it seem real easy... work with you so they say...charge you more than what your car is worth...then dump extra money on your lease at the end all just to take your car back then resale. Several people I know had this happen to them including me. My fault though! Don’t be a victim!

Worst car dealership I’ve ever delt with in LIFE!!!! They have new people who don’t know they’re jobs. no one will ever give you the right amount of what you owe on your car payment. I paid cash for my car payment on my second payment and they came back and said they didn’t log it in so they say i didn’t pay it. So i had to repay it again which set me back major on all my other bills. Abby is ok i believe if she wasn’t under CeeCee management she would be good. CeeCee however is HORRIBLE!! Rude no sympathy cut my car off literally 4 times and i hadn’t even had the car 3 months yet. She actually shut it off one day before i could pick my son up from school no call warning anything. So my autistic child stood outside of school almost an hour waiting on me. I ended up having to Uber a ride to get him and she didn’t care one bit. I should have listen to the lady that was going out of there office the day i purchased the vehicle she whispered to me “Don’t do it don’t buy a car from them” but i didn’t listen. They add charges to your loan making it impossible to keep up with your payments. I’m so glad I’m done with them and now have a new vehicle with another dealership and they have been great. Word of advice don’t do business with them you will definitely regret it.

Ill give them two stars for giving me a car without a license and tagging my car but other than that this is the worst dealership to go to. they have limitations on which insurance you can have how far you can drive the car you are paying for and to top it off they are rude and often timed inconsiderate. my car has been making the same noise since i brought it home and they expect me to pay to fix it. my breaks constantly squeak even after they call themselves fixing them. this dealership is only good for you when you have to make a hasty decision.

After making a agreement to pay on Thursday with Andrew my vehicle was shut off Wednesday. When I called to speak with the lady in charge of payments she would not let me finish explaining what had happened she got extremely rude and then hung up on me. So I then proceeded to contact Andrew who I happen to have a cell phone number for to contact him and see what had happened and he also hung up on me Ive been called back to city wide auto to find out when I could speak with a manager and I got told basically that she couldnt tell me when I would be able to talk to the manager that the only people that are there right now are the people that I could talk to. When I first got the vehicle we had agreed on a weekly payments of $180 a month well because I wasnt making a $90 payment weekly they were charging me late fees. The lady in the department that handles that precedes to tell me that no I did not sign anything saying that I was going to be paying bi-weekly but too bad for her my husband was sitting there with me when I signed for the vehicle. I will never recommend this company to anybody ever as a matter of fact Im trying to find another vehicle so that I can give this one back and quit having to deal with these people they are so unprofessional and rude theyre so nice to you when you walk in the door to get you into the vehicle but after that its pure hell

Terrible experience i was looking to lease a car and cece was very rude and just wanted my money she did not make sure i got the deal i wanted one star is too much.. May i add ylir car will have problems soon as u drive off

I would suggest never to get a car from this lot. I leased a car on a Thursday( new years eve) and by Monday the power steering, while on the highway locked up on me completely I could not turn the wheel. I contacted Andrew and was told that I needed to bring the car in so they could fix it. I wasnt able to take off work and I also advised that I would not be driving an unsafe car the 45 minutes to get to him. So they sent a tow truck at 8pm on Wednesday night. Thursday I contacted Andre after waiting all day and he told me that the car would be ready by noon on Friday. 3 pm on Friday came and I called, he said, When you are ready to get a new car let me know I asked what was the problem with my old car. He said that the lot experienced some vandalism and he wasnt able to return it to me. I asked about my things that were left in the car and he said that he would call me back and hour and two phones calls which I got no answer went by and I had not heard anything. So I drove out to the lot once I got there I saw the car parked on the side of the building with no physical damage done to it. So I asked again where my things were that were left in the car. The only thing he gave me was a bag that was in the truck. So we went out together and tried to search the car for my other missing items..... Found nothing but only the case of my daughters tablet!!!! At this point I asked how the lot planned on compensating me for the things that were missing. I was told by Andrew that if I wanted another car I could get one and they would take the amount of my stolen items off of another DOWNPAYMENT on another car! And that I needed to file an insurance claim for theif of my items while in their care if I wasnt happy with that!!!!!! At that point my request was to have my down payment refunded to me and the cost of my missing items!!!!!! Andrew said he wasnt going to do any of that and that it wasnt his fault the lot was the recipient of vandalism! So I asked to speak with the owner he said he had no way of contacting the owner and that even if he did that owner wont be giving me anything either! But he would be willing to send him and email along with my contact info. I went out to the car again to look for my things and see this vandalism and there was NOTHING wrong with this car other than a piece missing on the steeling wheel that looked carefully broken.... So I asked if my car had been broken into like he said why wasnt there any damage (windows,interior, tires.etc) he said they used a Jimmy. So as I left I ask for the police report number he said he will get it to me later. I called back on Saturday and ask for it he told me NO he doesnt have to give it to me..... I also asked did he speak with the owner and he advised me that yes he did and they will not be paying me back nor will I get payment for anything stolen out of my car! I say all of this to say that for some strange reason the car that I drove for all of maybe two days could have killed me while on the highway then while they were fixing the car my things were stolen and not only have they shown zero compassion they basically robbed me of my MONEY AND MY ITEMS! Unless you want to be out of a car and money I WOULD NOT recommend a lease from here!

I have dealt with City Wide Motors for several years now. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from them. However, they have someone now working in the office named CeCe who has a very bad attitude and is very rude and obnoxious! Does not know how to talk to people who are long-term customers and have referred several others to purchase vehicles from them. She does not know what it means to express human compassion, courtesy and decency in dealing with customers who may be suffering emotionally and have a financial crisis going on. John is a great guy and normally is great to work with! It needs to be reconsidered to have CeCe in charge of running the office in YOUR ABSENCE!

They shut off the car the day before Christmas Eve right at the end of the day when it was for none insurance which was not correct. They had the insurance info mid day and still killed the car. Payments have been made and not late. Now they are closed for the holidays and we dont have our car for Christmas with places to go. No emergency number to contact for them to send the signal to get the car to start. Everything is up and current and we cant even use it. Worse possible place to go get a car. They get their wires crossed and then its your fault and your without a vehicle that obviously u need. What the hell r we supposed to do for the holidays now? Literally can not stand them!!

Out of all places I thought this was the place to go since they do In-house Financing, but they Require you to drive the car certain miles a month, you cant drive the car past 1,000 mile radius (no road trips) and the SEVERELY screw you over with interest and fees you wouldve never thought they were there, the cars have HIGH mileage and are over priced. A family owned business that should be BURNT TO THE GROUND literally.

They are really great people, they work with on just about everything. I’m definitely recommend getting a car from them.

Cece must be related to John to still have a Job here she is very rude and inconsiderate, if you need a car might as well get one from the devil his self than to have to deal with cece, I have many stories of her being rude and nasty but the one I’m going to share is unacceptable, I worked in Leavenworth at the time in a prison so wasn’t allowed to have phones on me, I got off one day around 5pm and my car would not start I had missed call for cece saying she had turned car off for failer to maintain insurance, I informed her that I paid my insurance 3 days ago so this must be a mistake, she than rudely said well I get off at 6pm so if you want it back on you need to prove that you paid it and hung up in my face. I called my agent to get docs needed, they closed at 5pm, I waited on hold to talk to a State Farm repesentive to get this proof I had insurance, they finally send me everything thru email and forwarded this information to cece, right after which it has be around 545 at this time I called cece and I hear the message we are closed for the day??? So I was stuck in Leavenworth over an hour away from home because cece cut my car off cause she didn’t do her job and also left early that day? That was her attitude all the time. I really like bula, she was very sweet lady the complete opposite of cece, I’m not really reviewing citywide here, I reviewing their employee what has the worst attitude I’ve seen in my life. She is really in un believably the way she acts to customers who’s paying her wages. I never got apology about this situation from her, the reason she could not verify my insurance is because my 6 months was up and to get me better rates they started a brand new policy and didn’t inform me. I told cece I was far from home she still didn’t care, she’s a cold blooded women, feel sorry for her husband if she has one

City wide is excellent for getting customers into vehicles unfortunately the service is not meet with the same gratitude. The employees are rude and flat out disrespectful. Some practices are predatory once within your agreement. Payments and services are vague and frequently unseen.

I found this dealership on Craigslist. Did the credit application, received a phone call from Juan the next day. Couple of days later, I went out to meet with him and received nothing but professional service. He answered all of my questions and explained the program thoroughly. Happy with my auto selection even though it wasnt my first choice.The only down thing that I saw was that Juan needed some help on the day I was there to pick up my car. I am finding out five years later that it not only had one but TWO one with unibody damage the second with front end damage. If I was ever in a wreck my kids and I would have been done for. The car should HAVE NEVER been sold to me in the first place.
