I’m worried one of these drivers gave me COVID.

Incredibly rude and difficult to deal with for the end custom. If you plan to use a contractor, find a contractor that uses a different lumber company. If DIY, definitely find another lumber company. This company apparently does not realize or doesnt care who ultimately pays their bills - the person whos project houses the materials purchased. Only one person here was easy to work with, but that lasted only through one encounter. Numerous phone calls were not returned, poor communication, no responsibility for mistakes on their part, poor customer service, increasing prices from order to invoice, etc.

They care about the customers and do what they can to make the customers satisfied with their experience. They carry windows, interior doors, exterior doors, interior and exterior trim, cabinets as well as custom work. They were very professional.
