I had the old vinyl siding replaced, and I am very happy with the new look. The installers were very professional and did a great job making sure that the new siding fit properly. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job site very well when finished.

We just had all our windows in our house replaced. The whole process was seamless from sales to installation. The installers were very professional and polite. I had Rolox install screen doors at my new house on the front and back doors. They had a very quick turnover time and excellent communication. They were kind, courteous and provided exactly what I needed. These screen doors are incredible and top of the line! The installers were incredibly efficient, kind and respectful. He even went above and beyond and tightened up a child safety latch I had installed my self that was causing my front door to catch every time I shut it. He saw that it needed to be fixed and just did it on his own - which really meant a lot to me! The team at Rolox provided top notch customer service and impeccable workmanship. I highly recommend!

After a delay in delivery due to Covid-19, once the windows were received by the company, they were installed within a day or two. The installation technicians were on time and did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up.

I had siding and new gutters installed. Overall, the work accomplished was done in a timely and professional manner. I really like the end result. One minor area of critique was the delay in the gutter installation. There was a delay due to a lack of having the correct color. I was told that it was delayed due to rain and was only told the other reason after calling once I expected them to show. That was the only thing that I would ask them to improve on for customer relations. Again, overall I am pleased with the work accomplished.

Our home looks like new! Rolox did a great job replacing our siding, gutters and windows. The salesman helped us pick out the right colors and textures and even let us change our minds later. All the workmen were friendly and helpful with questions and doing extras, like replacing our porch light when the old one broke on removing it.The only improvement Id suggest is better communication, as we had to wait quite awhile for the project to start due to slow supply lines (covid, again) and we werent updated on what to expect. But the results were worth the wait.

I bought a Rolox bay window for several thousand dollars several years ago. The window is leaking and I tried to take advantage of the warranty only to be told the prior Rolox had filed bankruptcy and my warranty is no good. They offered me a discount if I bought a new bay window. I decided to go with Woodbridge instead. When the Rolox window was removed it had black mold from leaking in spots. Be aware if they file bankruptcy again your warranties can be null and void too.

The best ability is availability. John Gaffney has this down to a tee! When my plans changed due to other priority repairs that were needed, John made time and met with me to offer other services Rolox can provide to help our home. The windows and installation was smooth and the installers were a pleasure to work with and they even let me pester them with questions. Rolox is a good company, theyre fair and willing to help.

We are so pleased with the work done on our house by Rolox Home Service. We had windows, exterior doors and siding installed and it looks great.The windows are awesome and we love the tilt in feature of the double hung windows. Our house is on a busy street and the noise reduction glass has made an amazing improvement on the sound transfer. We had single hung windows before and didnt even realize how convenient the double hung with the sliding screens would be. We were able to open them during a rain storm from the top down and still get nice ventilation without the rain coming in. We had a new patio slider installed in place of a French door that took up a lot of room from the dining room and a new entry door installed. Both the window and door installations were quick and turned out fantastic.We had Hardie Plank Color Plus siding installed with vinyl soffits and they wrapped our old wood window trim with aluminum. It looks like a new house from the outside.All of the installers were absolute professionals and we were very impressed by their patience and willingness to address any questions or concerns I had about the installation. Any concerns I had about the process was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. I would like to acknowledge Junior and Joseph specifically. We enjoyed having them on the project and even though I was a bit of a pain in the behind they remained professional and more than accommodating during the installation.

We are so happy with the paint, windows, and doors we bought from Rolox! They accommodated ALL of our special painting and trim requests without question. They moved all the furniture, removed & re-installed window treatments, and removed all trash/debris from the premises in less than 8 hours!. We immediately noticed how much better the temperature regulated and and how much quieter our home is! It was amazing to watch how quick they transformed our home! We had a bay window installed by a very professional crew. Dave was in contact with us from the order to the installation. All wore masks and were very aware of safety protocol both with us and with the installation. We felt they treated the installation as if is were their home that they were installing the window. I had Rolox add vinyl siding to my house and tear down and redo my deck. Both jobs they did amazing work. They were very receptive to any specific needs we had to do what we needed. Weve gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors since weve had the work done. My wife and I are very happy with the results of their work.

Despite surprises that were found in electrical and building the guys were able to over come obstacles to leave us with a new updated basement. The basement had been done by do it yourselfers and need fixed right. As my wife and I age we needed handicap accessible doorways and bath. Our home is about 25 years old and was do for some updates. We now have full width doors. The narrow doors created obstacles for us banging our shoulders and elbows putting stress on our backs twisting each time we hit one. With this remodel I anticipate that we can live in this home 10 years more vs only 5 years more. We will be able to get wheelchairs and walkers through the rooms to keep using this home.

Our new windows have greatly improved the looks of our house. Their employees were very professional and efficient. I was surprised that they replaced all of our windows including 2 big bay windows in one day. The trim on the inside was not damaged which was another concern. My mom has these windows.One of her windows shattered and had to be replaced, took a couple of weeks before the replacement arrived.She had to pay a deductible to have windowReplaced, why have a warranty when you are going charge a deductible for repairs when it wasnt her fault?The technician was fantastic, and did a wonderful job with replacement of the window.But he noticed two windows that had defects in her bay window that needed to be replacedHe said the defects were factory defects.The tech said he would notify the company and would get them taken cared of.My mom has called once on this with no response from the company.There has been some miscommunication with the company on this problem.Talked to David the president about this,we had a nice conversation and he said thatHe would have his technician out within24 hrs, which he did, I was impressed byThe company wanting to make this right.The Windows arrived and the techniciancame out and replaced both.My mother is very happy with what the company has done to correct the problem.Thanks for doing a wonderful job.

Words cannot describe how thrilled we are with the windows that Rolox installed at our home! The windows have completely changed the look of our house, not only outside, but inside as well! I have severe COPD (on oxygen), prior to the windows being put in I was having major issues with dust coming through the old windows. Now, its gone! Contacted company. Salesman finally came out after rescheduling several times. Acted very unprofessional while on site. When I asked him to email the quote and the details, he states that is not how they do business. Never received quote for siding replacement on garage. Price he quoted was more than double the price of the local contractors.

My wife and I recently had 8 windows replaced by Rolox. It is now December and the heat is holding in our house so much better that we have not even had to turn our home heater on yet! Our fireplace has been heating the whole house on its own. It definitely was not able to do that before!

We purchased a front door with side lights and a backdoor. The doors are high quality, and they even painted the front door in a custom color that we picked out from Sherwin-Williams. The salesmen came to you which was convenient so we didnt have to travel to do paperwork. The installers did a great gob. We are happy with our purchase.

Bought our house 3 years ago and put all new windows in except for a picture window. We were so pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation that when we decided to do the picture window, we called Rolox again. We had some other work done and when our contractor saw the windows, he said that those windows were much better built than the ones he quoted us. If you are looking for quality windows you cant go wrong with Rolox.

I can not explain in words how much better it feels to shower because there are no more safety issues associated with climbing into a tub now that I have a shower stall only. Being a disabled vet, sometimes it was easier not to shower because of safety reasons. Thank you for your professional and quick work.

When they came to my house to install my windows, their guys were very polite, courteous, respectful and clean. They did an awesome job installing my 8 windows, and in January no less! My house didnt even get cold and they got it all done in one day too. I was so pleased with their work that I had them come back and install new guttering and soffits. Installing the guttering entailed moving my power line that went into my house. These guys took care of that too! And I got this all financed through them. Our home is 16 years old and our old french doors didnt lock right and let a lot of heat and cold in. We replaced the old doors this summer with a new sliding door from Rolox. The new door is the best investment we have made for our home. The door is snug and we have no more heat and cold coming in from the outside. The door is so easy to open, shut and lock. In addition, the blinds in the door give us privacy without curtains.

Once the job was started it went pretty quickly. Had one gentleman remove the old gutters and installed the capping of the soffits and eaves. Couple days later two gentlemen arrived to install the new gutters and the leaf proof protection. The clean up after each crew left was very good. Found a couple small pieces ( and I mean small ) in the shrubs, but I am not complaining. Have now had several days of rain and they are working great. Very good job, Rolox. We had to replace our sliding door and one of our basement windows when we put our house on the market. During the initial walkthrough, the owner of the company found out the previous owner of the house had a warranty but didnt transfer it to our name. He was able to give us a great price on replacing the sliding door and the window. This is a great company! They have fair prices, great customer loyalty and the installation was fast and very clean. I had windows and a door installed in 1989. They have worked great. My wife loves the fact we can lower them at will and clean inside and out. The triple glass keeps wind and weather out, I have no doubt it saves on utility bills. They have been so trouble free I had forgotten how long I had them. I especially like products that go over 25 years without issues. Wish all my other purchased lasted this long. I have 2 small plastic parts that have broken and looking a a service call. The people are very courteous and helpful.

Great job on tub and surround install. Very professional in their work. Only complaint is that they seem to have problems communicating among the different departments or areas as I got multiple calls from different people asking/or telling the same thing, and my information was not being given to the appropriate parties.

We have been a customer for a few years now and have replaced 14 windows to date. Not only are these windows of high quality but we experienced savings both in the winter and summer with regards to utility bills. Most amazingly though, we noticed immediate quiet! We live next door to the development pool which can get quite loud in the summer and that noise has disappeared. Window cleaning is now much easier not having to go outside or climb a ladder to clean the outside. We have about 10 more windows to go before they are all replaced and we would not consider using anyone else but Rolox.

We had 7 new windows and a door installed last week. The installer was friendly, worked efficiently, and didnt mind my black lab following him wherever he went. He cleaned up after himself and explained how the windows worked. Other than them forgetting to order our peep-hole which were still waiting on (its only been a week), we are very pleased with Rolox! UPDATE: they came and installed our peep-hole!

We just finished having Rolox install windows in our home and all we can say is WOW. From the time they first contacted us everyone was very professional. Rolox Home Service is by far a superior company! We had several quotes for insulated vinyl siding for our home. We did our research and sought out the best product and value for our needs. The whole project was done quickly with courteous service and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. We received everything promised; all the wood rot had been replaced and the installers kept a tidy job site, we had our garage doors replaced and again the quality and design was far superior than my expectations plus they finished ahead of schedule. They (Owner, Advertising Director and Installers) were in constant communication with us making sure we were updated on the whole process and that everything was going as planned for which I was grateful. My home looks better than it did when it was new and the “new” look makes my heart sing I love it so much! We have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and family! My house was built in the 1930s and when I bought it, the windows were in BAD shape - they were all single-pane windows with the ropes and weights. I couldnt even see through many of them because they were so dirty, and the worst part, they were all painted shut, so I couldnt clean them unless I cut through the paint and muscled them open! It was time for new windows and I was referred to Rolox Home Service. I had all 30 windows replaced in my home. Initially, I had serious reservations about getting new windows because my thought was that not only did I have to replace all 30 windows, but I thought I would have to replace all of the trim on each window, plus pay for a painter. I was wrong!Rolox replaced all 30 windows, it took them all of 2.5 days, and not a single piece of trim was affected and I didnt need to paint a thing! They worked through some really cold days in March. I was shocked that it only took 2.5 days, it was amazing. The crews didnt need me to move a whole lot of furniture on the inside and they worked around my landscaping on the outside. The crew worked efficiently and was very nice and easy to work.Now my house is so quiet, clean, and I can actually control the temperature on the thermostat, which was impossible before these windows.I just signed up for a new front door, and I cant wait. John Gaffney was my salesman and he gave me all of the information and service youd expect from a quality company like Rolox. I also met the owner, David, and he helped me with the financing which made it a great deal. Thank you Rolox!

We replaced all of the windows and sliding glass doors in our home in 3 phases. During each phase we had the same salesman, who was wonderful to work with. The people who did the actual work were very professional and polite. They put up with our curious dogs, cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful when asked questions. Weve had to have them come back a few times to make adjustments (a lock wouldnt work, a lever wouldnt work, etc.) and each time the person who returned was professional, got the adjustments made quickly and answered our questions politely. We love the new windows and doors! I like that the company stands behind their products and warranty and when something needs repaired they are quick to schedule the work and get it completed. You get what you pay for and with Rolox we got superior windows and doors, excellent installation and outstanding customer service. Totally worth every penny we paid and then some!

I recently had new sliding glass door and front and storm door installed and I couldnt be happier! Everyone at rolox are very professional and friendly. They are very easy to work with. Not only is my home more energy efficient, but my doors are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend rolox, and cant wait for my next project.

Installed new sliding patio doors in my duplex. Doors are great and install guy did a great job. We noticed he even fixed our garage door that we were having a hard time latching. Did not mention it but just a personal Thank you for going the extra mile for the install.
