My husband and i picked out a BEAUTIFUL arrangement online yesterday for my moms birthday!! It arrived today on her special day and she was blown away with how gorgeous it was and how good it tasted! I stopped in here to order 4 arrangements for various entities, after being recently hospitalized. I provided handmade cards with addresses to go with each arrangement. Much to my displeasure NONE of the 4 cards were delivered with their arrangements.was told I would need to bring in new replacent cards. They filled a last minute order for me in less than a half an hour ago last week. The arrangement looked great and I received several positive comments from the recepiants.

This was my first time going here. As I was walking in, a (male) employee was walking out at the same time, he didnt say anything to me or even an excuse me. I pulled the door open, then he walked out towards me very rudely. I felt like I was being pushed out before even entering. This was a very poor first impression. I went in for a smoothie and I only had $3 in cash ready to spend, thinking that it would be more than enough for one of their small smoothies. It turned out that I was $2 short, so I said Ill pay $3 in cash, then put the rest on card, but the lady there had no idea how to do it. She didnt bother to try and figure it out or even ask someone else, she just giggled and said, well, this is a first (she appeared to be the only worker there), instead, she told me that she would remember me for the next time I come in to owe her $2. I was shocked that an employee would ever say that to me (or anyone). I wound up going out to my car to grab a $20 (that I wasnt planning on breaking until later in the week) just to pay for a smoothie. On a side note, she was unexceptionally slow. I was on my lunch break from work, and I still had to eat my food, I spent most of my break watching her clumsily make her way around the place. She dropped my money when I gave it to her, and she dropped my straw when she tried handing it to me (thats why I say clumsy). And for the part I went in for, the smoothie, was absolutely disgusting. I shouldve known that by the title Edible arrangements, they literally mean that its only edible. I wouldnt have a problem with her being slow or clumsy if the smoothie tasted good, but I took 2 sips then threw it away. That was both my first. and my last time going into that place. I am appalled that a place like this is even still in business. Bad prices, bad employees, bad food. In my books, thats a recipe for failure. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you want a REAL smoothie, drive an extra minute and go to Dairy Queen in the mall, its about the same price for 100X better quality.

Everything tasted amazing, the women working were super friendly, and my order was already ready a few minutes before pick up time. loved it!

I went to Edible Arrangements because of their free smoothie after voting and having an I VOTED sticker. More than impressed with the selection and freshness, the customer service was above and beyond. All we got was the free item. There was ABSOLUTELY NO pressure to purchase anything else. This helped me make the decision to go back when I am again in the area.

My son & I stop in once or twice a week for the $1.99 smoothies. I LOVE that it is just fruit, orange juice, ice (& the kale we always add!) No fillers/unnecessary sweeteners. The staff is so lovely and kind. We have grown to love seeing them as much as we love our smoothies. Cannot rexommend then enough. Always worth stopping in!

Fantastic Service... a surprise Birthday arrangment for my brothers 65th - when they werent home the driver called me and asked if he should leave it on the step or return to store - the weather was quite cold and it would freeze if over 2 hours - I figured out my brother would be home in that time frame - so the diver put it in an insulated bag and was ready and waiting for when they came home. The arrangment was bigger than I had expected and they said it was delicious! I am in Canada and they are in GR - it was a an easy process and I found the driver to be so very kind. Thank you for helping make my brothers birthday that more special! Cheers~

Love Edible Arrangements but sadly my husband had to wait over an hour for a pre-ordered and paid in full online. Nowhere will never go back :(

I placed an order for a coworker today about 8:10am. The BEAUTIFUL arrangement was delivered right before noon. I truly love edible arrangements, the product and company. I wish it was a bit cheaper, I would place orders all the time... maybe too often lol. But you get what you pay for in life, spend a little extra and youll get extra.Thank you to the designer of the arrangement made today!Gods blessings!

The coolest way i have ever seen to take something so cheap and class it up and profits must be through the roof

Fast and friendly service, and wonderful fruit arrangements. My only complaint is that everything is SO EXPENSIVE! I would do much more business with them if it werent for the crazy high prices. If you want delivery it will cost you an extra $14 or more, so I usually pick up because of this. Overall I am a big fan of Edible Arrangements. My wife loves it when I surprise her with a gift of their chocolate covered fruit. :-)

I ordered a get well arrangement for my Granddaughter after she broke her nose. It was delivered the same day and was incredible! Fair priced, fresh, tasty, best of all it did make her smile! It doesnt get any better than that!

Favorite place to go for a healthy all natural smoothie. Daniel fast approved (just make sure you have them leave out the sweetener)
