Our family owns 5 not so new vehicles and these guys have managed to keep all of them on the road, even my GMC Sierra P/U with almost 275,000 miles on it. Always professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. With 5 cars/trucks always needing something at any given time, we have never given any other place a thought for service.

Best Mechanics in Illinois, not only do they guarantee quality work, they give a unbeatable price and make you feel like youre family. When my power steering pump/and knock sensors took a dump and I didnt have a way to work, they took the time out to make sure I made it to work and a way back to the shop after work . By the time I got off work my truck was fixed waiting and ready. Enjoyed a couple laughs together, paid my money for their services ( which was amazing compared to similar businesses) and was on the road again with a perfect running vehicle. Thanks BG will definitely be back when needed!!!

The staff here really seem to care about its customers and their vehicles.. about getting them back on the road safely and quickly. They worked with us to get our truck fixed and back on the road in ways that other National chains maybe would not have and it was well appreciated!!- and they have our business for life now.

Awesome experience with BG Auto & Tire. Having experienced a blow out on the interstate and being towed here, I have to say I am very thankful. Foreign car, odd tire size, busy with other jobs, and these folks managed to not only locate tires, they had me back on the road in under three hours! Super fair price, incredibly hospitable, honest, and down to earth. America needs more small businesses like this! The opportunity to go here again may never present itself, but if I were a local Id not hesitate to return.

If I could give this business a 0 or negative I would. They were referred by O’briens For engine work. I spent over 4 grand there and due to their neigance something else broke and now I get to spend even more money taking it somewhere else. I don’t trust this place and would warn anyone to stay away. When I called them to tell them of their mistake they admitted they hadn’t done the kind of work I paid for in 20 years. Yet when they had my vehicle they claimed full confidence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Always a fair price with honest work down to earth

I googled tire mechanics near me and BG came up...i called the phone number and the guy that answered was rude as hell. I knowing late on a Saturday (730pm) but no need to answer the phone cussing. The guys sounded drunk also...take you biz elsewhere if you need work done.

Horrible, set an appointment only for the mechanic to decide not to bother with coming in to work. Had to reschedule. Not only did the mechanic not fix the problem, but he caused more damage by not properly bothering to dissembling. Body damage, ie scratches, the front windshield is cracked more than it already is.. Top it off with a bad work attitude. Will not go here again.
