They got me in quickly and the work was done well and in less time than I thought it would be. The gentlemen were wonderful and knowledgeable so Ill take my vehicle there for all the work they can do on it in the future.

Very responsive, friendly, efficient, and worked on getting me the best deal and not pushing an upsale. By the time I came in to look at tires to picking up my truck with new ones was less than 5 hours and they had to drive to Medford to pick them up. Definitely coming back here.

Was told to pick vehicle up at 5pm on a friday, was maybe 10 minutes late because of work and i get there it was a ghost town. No phone call no message about it being done. Come to find out they dont open again until monday. Stuck in town for 2 days missing work. And the old bald dude running the store didnt even want to talk about it and ran his mouth. No discount or anything. Do not go here they do not care about return customers, buy 4 tires and still wanna charge 80 for an alignment? Terrible customer service. Terrible business ethics. We had an appointment we had to get to and our tire popped on our way. We had to make an emergency stop at Grants Pass Tire Pros. They got us in immediately and repaired our tire within an hour. A great new tire store in Grants Pass. I needed some new tires and this store came through. Very reasonably priced, fast friendly service, low cost warranty that includes free replacement and roadside assistance. Love it! Plus their coffee is really good too. I’ll definitely be back.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond there duties to help us with our car needs. Todd at the front desk took extra time, off the clock, to look around for our needed part and Mike the mechanic did an excellent job. I would definitely reccomend this place and am very thankful for all of there help to get us back on the road safe.

I got in before my scheduled time for a 4 wheel alignment. The alignment was quick and he had to make adjustments too. He explained the readings, what they were before and after. Also what needed to be done to get the specs back to factory. (My vehicle needs a part to do that.) I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door.Bad things were ladies restroom was not working and mens restroom needed serious attention . They also could use a nicer wait area.

Do you like to walk into a building on time for your appointment and be stared at blankly for 5minutes until greeted? This is the place for you!... And the first greeting be Im sorry I wish I could help you from an associate. And the lady associate aplogetically explains theres not much she can do... Nobody has even asked me why Im here yet! I had to say Im here for an appointment for an alignment finally... And here I am 18minutes after my shceduled alignment was due to begin and Im still looking at my car in the front lot. the only good part of this location is their tire tech who is genuine with his diagbosis. The customer service sucks. Hard to find good service anymore. They better not mess my car up.
